Description of Work: Called Affordable to have locks re-keyed. He spent quite a bit of time removing the hardware only to find out the locks could not be re-keyed because of their poor condition. He made an excellent, affordable recommendation and put all of the old hardware back in place and never charged for his time. Very professional and I do not hesitate recommending them.

Description of Work: Made appointment next day between 10-12. tech wqas a no show. The receptionist Jolene arranged for a appointment the next day at 10:30. Tech (Mike) was on time and solved our Lock problem bcleaning lock and adjusting the size of the receiver. |I was unhappy the first day but Mike made the result of the visit good enough to recommend affordable lock if mike is the tech that is sent.

Description of Work: I simply needed two keys made. I was able to find a remote and valet key online but had a difficult time finding someone who would simply cut the key. I took both keys in to Affordable and walked out less than 5 min later. The tech verified that the remote I purchased was the right one for the year/make/model and cut the keys on the spot. I would absolutely recommend Affordable if you need a locksmith's services.

Description of Work: I had this company install special locks for me a year ago. One of the locks needed a battery replacement which they came and fixed for me the day after I placed the call. They are always responsive, and their staff arrives at the prescribed time and looking neat and clean (a nice touch in a particularly hot and humid Florida summer!) I won't go anywhere else for lock work.

 + -1 moreI WAS IN A BIND AS I HAD DISCOVERED THAT A CONVICTED FELON HAD A KEY TO THE HOME I RECENTLY PURCHASED. MET WITH THIS COMPANY AND GOT AN ESTIMATE TO CHANGE OUT ALL LOCKS. I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SHOP AROUND BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE FELON SO I AGREED TO HAVE THEM DO THE WORK BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULD DO IT IN 2-3 DAYS. I FOUND OUT LATER THAT THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS 30% HIGHER THAN I COULD GET ON OVER THE INTERNET. THEY AGREED TO MATCH THE INTERNET PRICE. HOWEVER, THE 2-3 DAYS TURNED INTO 2-3 WEEKS. THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT MY ORIGINAL PROBLEM AND THE FACT THAT I NEEDED THE LOCKS CHANGED ASAP. I HAD TO CALL TO FOLLOW-UP ON THE DATE 2 TIMES. ONCE THE WORK WAS DONE, WE HAD 2 PROBLEMS THAT THEY RESPONDED TO RELATIVELY SLOWLY. ALSO, ONE OF THE LOCKS IS DISCOLORED AND THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT THAT PROBLEM UNLESS I BUY A NEW LOCK.
Description of Work: INSTALL 6 MEDICO DEADBOLT LOCKS AND PROVIDE 4 DUPLICATE KEYS.
