+ -1 moreThis company came out and did my roof. They were subcontracted out by advanced home solutions/AHS. AHS comes to your door "helping" you get your roof redone. This has been a nightmare dealing with AHS but my other complaint is that WestFall takes on more than they can handle and took forever to finish my roof. They came out one day to tear it off and put down the underlay and then left and didn't return the next day which was Friday. They didn't show back up till Tues and we had rain all weekend and they also got rained out on Tuesday so they didn't finish till wed. This caused water to leak through the underlay and onto my ceiling and now I have water stains on my ceiling and no one is calling back to take care of this problem. Also there was no permits on location and they didn't call for inspections at any time so now the permit is still open! I'd also like to add that the roofing crew broke a sprinkler head, left sharp scraps of metal drip edge and nails all over my back yard where my kids and dog play! They also stepped on the Sheetrock ceiling or laid something heavy on it when they replaced a sheet of plywood which caused nails to pop out so that needs repaired as well.
Description of Work: My roof to be repaired in a professional and timely manner!
