Description of Work: Had a problem that he caused, but he came back promptly and made it right, no charge.

Description of Work: My 60" SONY HD TV suddenly developed a serious green color cast. I selected Advance Electronic Solution from Angie's List and talked to Mike. He worked with me on the phone to troubleshoot the problem. There was no charge for this effort. He said that there was a 90% probability that the problem was a defective color component that would cost too much to fix. He suggested I buy a new TV. He did not try to talk me into a service call. I was having another problem with my home theater system, so I asked him to come out and confirm his diagnosis and look at my other problem. Mike arrived on time. He was very professional. He quickly confirmed his original diagnosis was correct, and that repairing my TV was too expensive to be practical. He was able to solve my other problem in a few minutes. (I had been trying to solve it myself for some time.) He charged me exactly what his earlier estimate had been. Mike has a degree in Electrical Engineering from USF. I am a retired electrical engineer also, but Mike obviously knows a lot more about TV sets the I do. :-) I intend to have Mike come back to calibrate my new TV set when I buy it. (He is ISF certified.) I was very impressed with Mikes professionalism, his technical knowledge and his ability to solve problems quickly. Advance Electronic Solution will get all my future electronic design and repair work.

Description of Work: I called and gave all the information concerning the problems, serial numbers & make of my 72" television. Mike came fully prepared with all the possible parts. He was very professional and knowledgeable, fixed my television and it is just like new. Thanks Mike.

Description of Work: We called and the gentleman was able to help us trouble shoot the problem over the phone. I even asked if they repaired computers I was so pleased. Definitely know their material, are friendly , and quickly solved the problem. Will call them if and when anything else REALLY goes wrong.
