Mike was very professional. Very responsive. Got back to me immediately after every phone call. The installation of replacement speakers, high-end amplifier, matrix, HDMI wiring and upgrade of 4 ceiling speaker systems throughout the house was top-notch. Mike did not try to up-sell, but he gave me his best advice about getting a new smart TV screen that would have the high-speed processors and improved definition to handle the coming generation upgrade of Spectrum, Hulu and Netflix. After checking around, I found his price to be quite competitive, and I went ahead and ordered the Sony smart TV he recommended. Mike was very patient about running me through the TV modem and apps and also HEOS (which was an extra bonus that I was not expecting. Overall - A+

Because my husband was home, after we got the speaker repaired, we got into a conversation which resulted in ordering new digital speakers, new digital receiver and the new 55" tv which my husband has been longing for. Mike spent a lot of time putting the system together, wiring everything, testing it, and cleaning up after himself. He was very competent and professional. He was patient about teaching us and came back twice to make things perfect.

Mike was prompt, professional and knowledgeable about our projector and sound system. He replaced the HDMI extender which stopped working after a few months. He came back very quickly to replace the extender again - which was under warranty and so he did not charge for the equipment. I will definitely call him again!

we specifically requested the antenna to not be conspicuous and to NOT go through our brand new roof. he spoke with my husband about where it was to go and when I went out the ladder was in the correct place. when he left the darn thing was directly on top AND through our brand new roof. I am so disappointed. we literally just spent nearly$12,000 for it to now have a hundred dollar antenna through it.

Mike accomplished everything he told me he could do. I have “cut the cord” and receive all the major channels—free and in HD. I would highly recommend Advance Electronics to everyone considering giving up cable.

Mike is a true jack of all trades in the world of electronics. While installing a new tv roof antenna I asked if he did surround sound systems. Since my system was old and dying, I was delighted to find out he did indeed. As with the antenna installation, Mike arrived on time and immediately began installing a new surround sound system. My setup is not simple. Going through the receiver is a satellite receiver, 3 DVRs, a blu ray player plus a CD and a record player. Mike programmed each one to work with a universal remote. Before leaving he made sure each component worked and that I was capable of operating this system using the new universal remote or the multiple individual remotes. Everything is working beautifully. I could never have come close to accomplishing what Mike did, much less in the relatively short time he spent at my house. Then he returned (over an hour drive one way) to tweak the system. I am absolutely satisfied and am pleased to HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. His work is worth every penny I spent. Be aware the "approximate cost of service" is for the labor and NOT the equipment. To earn it he spent hours at my house, Then Mike returned to tweak the system at NO charge.

Mike was so awesome. As I saw my cable tv bill double and soon to triple from my very first one, I decided it was time to return to free over the air tv. Went to Angies' list and Mike's ratings shined out. Called him and set up an installation date. He arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work. Within a very short time I was back to free tv with a signal as good or better than the one on cable. Mike definitely knows his business. While chatting with him he guided me to an on line phone service which has reduced my phone bill from $85 a month to $5. Mike has saved me BIG bucks. I highly recommend him.

We needed to replace the lamp on our Samsung TV. We requested a quote and received a call within the hour. The technician was able to come the same day. Technician was very professional and courteous. We would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them.

Mike was punctual and set about his business in a professional manner. Was satisfied with how it went. Felt that he could have spent a little more time explaining use/features of all the devices. However he had spent at least 3 hours at work. He called the next day with a follow-up on how we were doing, and offered further assistance. I provided the 3 devices for installation. He also sold us Logitech universal remote wherein a certain profit was taken. He had previously installed a new outside antenna with the same professional approach.

amazing. Mike very patiently explained how to use new equipment, which was routed to new remote. very neat work, and I love new sound in my home. He told me if I had any problem to call . I did, because I forgot how to work one part of remote for music, and he walked me through. called back later to see if everything was ok. told me again if i have any issues to just call. so nice
