The speakers on our four year old 32" TV started going bad just after the one year warranty ran out. It has gotten worst over time .A new comparable TV would run about $300, and we still would not know if the speakers would be any good. We called Mike and he suggested two options. to replace speakers for anywhere between $75.00-$185.00. He would have to see inside of TV to determine what kind it needed. Mike takes trade in TV's from Customers that want to upgrade to a bigger or more upgraded model. He offered us an olevia TV that was just over one yr old with better picture and sound quality than our RCA. At no time did we feel pressured to buy the TV, he would be happy to replace speakers and would not charge us for a second trip once he found out what type speakers we needed. We decided on the TV. Mike came out the same day, installed and programmed the remote and even fixed a sound bar for us. He was very polite and took the time to explain how to use the remote, he was very patient with us when we kept asking questions. We would not hesitate to call Mike again in the future. We feel confident we can call him and receive the same excellent service.

Mike did a proper analysis of the situation and suggested modifications by taking into account our budget and existing installations. He installed all devices and did reparations where needed. We appreciated his professional attitude and felt very confortable having him working in the house. We would definitely stronly recommand Mike and would work with him again in the future.

Mike repaired our twelve year old Samsung DLP TV. He properly diagnosed the problem over the phone and thus was able to bring the required part and do the repairs in one visit. He is a very professional, follow-through tradesman. We highly recommend him.

Mike Eidi and his associate did a great job with design and installation of a new Home theatre system. Mike was extremely responsive in all phases of our interactions with him staring with his proposal and ending with installation. Within a few days after the installation was complete Mike made a post installation call to us to ensure we were very happy with the new system. We would definitely use Mike and his company again for our Audio Visual needs.

The installation went fine. Mike is very, very knowledgeable. He corrected a series of problems left by the previous owner, and even corrected a problem with the outside Verizon box coming into the house. I tried another, cheaper guy before Mike, but he could not figure it out. Mike may cost a little more, but you get what you pay for. The job was done on time and on budget. I would definitely use him again.

Mike is very professional and qualified. He installed 5.1 home theatre system with speakers on my patio. He gave me a proposal and installed the system all within 5 days. He also returned 2 weeks later to follow up on the install and adjusted for my unique needs. Would highly recommend.

Mike, is very knowledgeable of how systems work. He was able to identify the problem and had multiple solutions from reasonable price to expensive but very good equipment. I ended with a new receiver, which I figured I was in need of, and two new rear speakers. The difference is amazing... Mike has been very good to work with while dialing things in. He is available on phone or email, calls prior to arrival and keeps you posted along the way. Does a great job.

Went great, very professional knew exactly what he was talking about. I could've bought a new TV, but I had purchased mine during a really good sale, so the board change was worth it in my mind. Took about a half hour each time (most of time was screwing and unscrewing the back case off the TV). Very careful with the TV and the equipment he ordered for me. Of course, it's a bit pricey, but this is a 50 inch LED TV: it's gonna be expensive to fix. Provided me with some information in regards to shopping for TVs in the future as well, so that was great info! Highly recommend them!

Mike replaced the color wheel and lamp on my Samsung DLP television. He explained in clear terms what the problem was,showed me the malfunctioning color wheel, and even showed me how to easily replace the lamp for future purposes.He also gave me good advice on whether or not to purchase a new TV and explained the technology behind the newer sets. It was also good to know that he also does home theater installs as well as sells all the hardware. Will consider using again whenever I decide to upgrade my system

I called AES to set up a service call. Instead, after describing the problem, they talked me through how to fix it over the phone. I appreciate them taking the time.

He was on time, found what had to done,preformed the service in a professional manner. We will use him again.

Mike did a really nice job and installed a new system within our budget. Mike made sure we were comletely satisfied and even came back to adjust the system several days later. We received a really nice system for the price that should provide years of enjoyment. i would refer Mike for other services.

Mike provided everything promised on initial estimate; kept me up to date on product orders and installed equipment timely upon receipt; he also had to do additional wiring for outdoor speakers because of faulty wiring; he also suggested additional improvements like power surge protection, etc

Everything went very well. Mike is a professional. He worked tirelessly until the job was completed. He encountered some stumbling blocks because the way my walls were constructed, but he found solutions. He added a touch of class to my house and I enjoy my TV time much more now. I gave him only fair marks for price because I am a cheap skate. I would hire him again, no doubt.

The did a fantastic job - installed 6 Dolby speakers and a receiver downstairs. Then showed me how to operate everything. He showed me how to access it from my phone. He showed me how to operate it with the cd player or radio. Mike spent most of the day setting everything up, showed us how to operate the system, and cleaned up! Their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was NOT an easy job for Mike. He spent hours taking off a very stubborn 60" Sony Vega TV which had been mounted on a wall in an extremely tight space. But, let me digress. I called Mike's company looking for someone to remove and install a wall TV. He immediately returned my call and we spoke for 45 minutes about what we wanted, what he suggested, etc. I had looked at Best Buy, and knowing the old TV was going to present a problem removing it, I wanted someone like Mike who I thought could handle the job. This man is awesome, so completely professional, soft spoken and honest. He spent the entire day here (Sarasota). He programed our Universal Remote, showed each of us how to use it, and insisted we each take it in our hand and use it. He instructed me how to register our new TV for the Extended Warranty we purchased, and let us know he is a phone call away if we need help with anything. This fellow is a treasure!

Mike gave me a good price on a large flat screen TV and then set it up as part of a home theatre system with my existing Bose sound system. He made recommendations on the configuration as he went and I am very pleased with the results!

Prompt, professional and courteous. He hung a flat panel TV and was able to trouble shoot a problem that arose. There was an unexpected crossbeam that would not permit passing the cables behind the wall to the components. He had a specialized drill bit the enabled him to cut a hole in the beam behind the drywall. This took a long time to accomplish but he kept his focus and got it done with a smile. Connected all the components but realized that my receiver was older and didn't have all the inputs I needed for the gaming system, apple tv,... The receiver was also too large to fit in the console that I had. He offered to get a new Marantz unit that would be the proper size and have all the inputs that I needed. He came back the following week to install it. Remote was programmed and works flawlessly. Mike did an excellent job and cleaned the site. I am very picky and would definitely use him again without reservation.

I can understand why Mike has won all the service awards. Mike arrived within the time frame that we were given. He was very professional, courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I was embarrassed to have to call for such a simple set-up considering all the high end systems he installs, but he never made us feel that way. He went to work immediately with all the assembling of the various equipment. What was very impressive was his knowledge of the cable box...the cable people didn't have a clue as to half of stuff he did. We've had a DVD player for years that we were never able to use thanks to the cable company (because they didn't set it up correctly or just not taking the time). Mike had no problems. For the first time in years we can watch a DVD. When everything was finished Mike took the time to walk us through the process of turning on the TV (yes we are that pathetic) to using the VCR. I can not say enough good things about Mike. When everything was finished he took the time to help my husband place the TV outside to be hauled away. That is something not many people would do. He was wonderful. We can not thank him enough.

Mike helped us diagnose our old Mitsubishi big screen in August 2010 and following his advice we bought a new one instead, an LG Plasma. When it would not work today, I called him and he answered immediately. He prompted me through a quick diagnosis but while searching for the model and serial # I realized that we had purchased a 5 year warranty (as I remember, it was his suggestion). Since the TV is still under warranty, he didn't charge us anything and instead we called HHGregg and they will cover the service call (at no cost to us). Mike was a great professional to work with. He came to our house and performed a test on the TV to see what was wrong with it (lightening of course). The assessment was quick and easy and to the point, and also cost $75. He immediately went back to his office to see how much it would be to order the part and fix it, which was nice to hear right away. We did have to wait for the part since it was back ordered, but that was no fault of his. As soon as it came in, he called to schedule a time to come over, which is when he fixed our TV minus the price of his first visit. He was very timely, professional, and polite. He definitely knows what he is doing when looking at TVs.
