We needed some electrical work done in our house. There were 4 open ground outlets, disposal needed a good cord and brand new exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms was not working. So I called ACS Home Services and they sent Richard on 09/10/2018. After checking around, he gave me a quote of $551.00 to fix everything. I was pressed on time so I went with it. But when I found out that he just closed one outlet and put a cover, for the other 3 he just put a GFCI outlet.He didn't run the ground wire to fix the open, that would have cost me more, and the exhaust fan was a simple wire fix. We complained to the office and gave an honest review on Angie's List. Since we were not satisfied with the price for the job, ACS Home Services gave us a credit of $285.00 to make us happy.

This was easily the best experience I have ever had with an electrician. Richard was prompt, with fair pricing and excellent work. I needed my home rewired and he did everything very quickly. I had some outlets that quit working in my living room so I called ACS that I found on Angie’s List. Tom came out and did a full electrical safety inspection of my home and found several other issues such as expired smoke detectors. I didn’t even know they expired. Wow how knowledgeable is that and he is bilingual and made me feel comfortable because he spoke my language because I am Hispanic I highly recommend ACS to everyone they are A+ in my book.

ACS home services electrical department is great. Richard and Tom are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great with planning projects. Everything went virtually perfect from start to finish. I was chatting with them and found out that not only are they great electricians, but they are also master electricians. I mean WOW!!!! how safe that made me feel that I had not only one but two master electricians working on my house. They did a complete safety inspection on my electrical and found several other problems that I will be scheduling to have done also. They offer financing to help people that can’t afford to pay all at once which is great for people like me. I highly recommend ACS to everyone who wants or needs electrical work done.

I came home from work one day and noticed that my kitchen light was not working properly. It wasn’t as bright as normal and so I went to check other things and found the same. I called ACS by referral from and friend of mine. They sent out technician Tom and right away I was greeted by a friendly and well spoken guy. I explained my problem and right away he said he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was. He did a complete inspection of my home and within an hour my house was back to normal. I will definitely be using ACS in the future.

Richard was extremely professional and assessed my issue the day he came out. He then scheduled me in a timely manner and quoted me a great price. The issue was resolved and now the electrical problems are non-existent.

Called ACS again & Richard, once again was the ultimate professional. He replaced our living room ceiling fan. While he was here, we asked him about installing some under-counter lighting in the kitchen. He worked up a quote & we will be having the work done next month. ACS is a top-notch company with true professionals.

For the most part tech Steve who has appeared here a few times out of 100 times has been honest and fixed my issues always showing me what he's doing and not trying to further damage my unit like past techs
