Desmond seemed like a nice guy however he came to our condo, looked over the job and talked about he treats people right and does what he says he will do. Well good old Desmond did not show up at 9am the day we scheduled the work, never called and didn't pickup or return my calls when I tried to find out if he was still coming or changed his mind about wanting the job. What was the most disappointing was how much he convinced me of his honesty and fair business practices. I was totally fooled. We were supposed to shut off our building at 9am and we told the neighbors and management company all for nothing, no show Desmond.

I called around for estimates to replace my toilet which I had never done before and found the process to be a little weird and uncomfortable until I spoke with Accent Plumbing that is... I found them to be really friendly and informative and liked that I didn't have to leave a message then have someone call me back hours or days later only to go over the whole story again with each of the plumbers I called. They kind of walked me thru my options right up front and made it seem like no big deal. When they arrived at my house, on time and promptly they gave me a couple of options for the type of toilet I wanted. I was happy I didn't have to go pick out a toilet and wait they just gave me pros and cons and put it in and took the old one out!!! Voila!!! The Best thing was that he noticed I had a hair clogged bathroom sink and sorted that out too!! I felt like the price was really fair and the work was clean and looks great! Thanks Accent Plumbing!
