On 4/24 ChemDry came to my home to clean the upholstery on my couch and chair. Before starting the job there is an area on the invoice that states prior to cleaning do the following conditions exist(ie water stains, worn fabric, yellowed, browned, rusty stains, rip/torn areas) and none were checked as material was in perfect condition before work was begun. As rep worked on cleaning the material I noticed many areas were waterlogged and he pointed to an area that was torn apparently by him since was not their previous before work started. I paid him but was not happy and intended to call and inform ChemDry of this damage. Upon further inspection after material dried some I noticed numerous tears on both couch and chair that were not there previous to rep starting his work. Furthermore I noticed many areas not even cleaned and still rutty as not only did this service rep do damage to both items but also did not even clean what he was hired to do as different waterspots were left behind. Both my son and I called several times (813)969-0000 and my son was called back 3 times by the service rep who made all kinds of excuses with no solutions. The secretary who answered at that number hedged several times on different calls until finally promising the boss would get back with me and was on vacation with no call back ever coming. After 2 more calls with no results (a total of 8 all together of messages and speaking to secretary or service rep with promises of call back) and nothing. The bottom line is this.. I am an 84 year old senior citizen on a fixed income that had my couch and chair damaged and is now worthless due to numerous tears that were not there as witnessed by invoice showing no damage before work began. Furthermore calling this company to inspect their handywork has been fruitless with false promises and no results. How can a company get away with this as this is disgusting doing damage and then no accountability or even checking into the claims that were made by an unhappy customer. I do realize accidents do happen but there is no excuse for lack of accountability or customer service to check out a dissatisfied customers claims with fake promises of calls back or boss being on vacation excuses. Be very careful and think twice before contacting these people for any work if my experience is any indication. Buyer beware.

He was fast, efficient,courteous, professional and did an excellent job. Everything looked new again! I would definitely highly recommend him!

Things went great. The carpets look amazing! I was surprised, but all of the stains came out and it felt very fluffy. The couch looks great too. Also, all of the "doggie smell" is now gone. This was worth every penny spent. The person who performed the cleaning was polite, professional and courteous.

Overcharged almost double what we normally pay to have the exact same area completed. When I asked to speak about the price I was told the office would talk to me about it, no one picked up or returned my call. Tech was nice and did an ok job, the customer service was NOT GOOD.

He did a great job cleaning our carpets and arrived at the time scheduled. He answered all my questions and pointed out spots left by the previous owners. He was very pleasant and professional. He was also extremely efficient. When I called the office, they were very helpful and very nice. We even had some good laughs together. I liked them so much, I had them clean the carpeting at the condo we had been renting. I highly recommend this company.

Showed up exactly on time. Work was immaculate. Owner obviously takes pride in his business.

We are very happy with their work. Honest, friendly and fairly priced. Worked quickly but thoroughly and explained the cleaning process. I especially like that they use non-toxic products. We will use them again in the future

Cleaned carpet in the living room, dining room, two bedrooms, hall and closet. This was a two step process. To begin with they treated all the stains, shampooed, sanitized and applied a special coating to the carpet. Then a few weeks later, they came back did a hot carbonated rotary extraction and applied a protectant. They are so personable and friendly and did a fantastic job!

They are a little more expensive then the regular steam cleaning, but I have never seen a man work as hard as he did to make my carpet and tile look clean. He was down on his hands and knees trying to get them clean. He was extremely interested in making sure he could get it as clean as he could get it. When he came back to do the tiles, there were still some spots on the tiles, and he said that he was going to try to clean them again to remove the spots. If you use him, you get your money's worth and it stays clean longer.

They cleaned my bedroom, stairs, closet and a couple of area rugs. They did a good job.

We are in the process of remodeling and just wanted a temp fix to make our old carpet livable for guests until we replace it. Danny went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results and service. He did an incredible job at making an old carpet look new. We will definitely use their services again and will gladly refer on to friends and family.

He did a fantastic job. I had given up on some of my carpets and he was very meticulous and got them very clean. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Danny has been servicing our office (and my home) carpets, tile, and upholstery for the past few years. When selecting a carpet cleaner, a company which uses green products was a must due to the high allergies and sensitives among my patient population. The carpets always look great for a long time after the cleaning, (and we do opt for the protectant because of the heavy foot traffic). Each and every time the tile is serviced, it feels like I am walking into a new office. And patients (parents) almost always comment after the sofas are cleaned. Professional, proficient, efficient..and extremely friendly. A great company overall. Dr. David.

I don't usually write reviews but these guys were exceptional: on time, professional, friendly AND they did a great job cleaning the carpets in 3 rooms where the 4 dogs had deeply soiled the carpeting. They took time to the job right. After they were done, the carpet looked new. And they put on a special treatment so the next time, the cleaning would be easier AND they left me a can of spot remover . Very thorough. I have used other carpet cleaners before and these guys are the best. If anyone finds a better carpet cleaner, let me know.

The owner takes his time and is very personable. I had only ever used Sears in the past and decided to give chemdry a try. There were many spots in our carpet which now look very nice and have maintained. We also had a 5 year old recliner chair cleaned and he made it look brand new!! When I called to have my tile cleaned they said they are not allowed to come to the county that I just moved to so I am SO upset not to be able to hire them back!

The carpets looked great after they cleaned them. It was a good experience. The gentleman was very nice.
