How standing customer service and value! Bob answered all of our questions and was very helpful in every step of the way!

I had an excellent time watching Bobâ s team come together. Every project that was part of the pool, like the pavers and the screening was completed within 2-3 days the most. You still must have patience when installing a pool, itâ s a big team working together and itâ s definitely a big job that is time consuming. Bob definitely uses one of the best screening company, the pavers came out wonderful and I appreciate his help designing the pool with spa!!!! Itâ s definitely Worth the wait and the upgrade. You have to remember itâ s adding Value to your home, I went with one of his best designs, itâ s costly but I donâ t regret it one bit, at the end of the day you get what you pay for. His team is amazing, they care about their job and they stop and answer any questions you have at any point. Their a strong team. I would leave my home any time of the day and leave them here working and it was never a problem. They cleaned up extremely, extremely well, and left everything organized. That was my favorite part! ð

Bob Grosso and his crew did an incredible job with my infinity pool that truly increased the value of my home and its "wow" factor. He is not just a pool builder; he has an eye for design and creating something special for his clients.

They are extremely difficult to get in touch with them. I have called, emailed and texted and no response. The service was sloppy at best. My pool always wound up being green.

A Better Pool I have been trying to have a pool put in by this company since March. Since the end of April I have been looking at a concrete hole with tile. I have had the excuse of the rain, the footings for the structure to go over the pool, problems with other projects he is working on. I ordered the pergola structure to be delivered on the day Bob Grosso told me he would be ready for it. It arrived April 26th and on July 10th it is still sitting in my driveway in two crates. I regret having ever started this project with A Better Pool. My yard has been torn up for 8 months with no end in sight. All I keep getting is excuses. He has 90% of the money and no incentive to finish and I have a beautiful concrete hole with construction debris still in it. The image is what it has looked like for over 3 months. The pergola was finally erected on Aug 15, 2018. It took about a day and a half of actual time to erect. Was told by Bob Grosso that he could have pool completed in 6 weeks or less. Now 2 months later and it is no where near finished. It has been nearly 13 months since I signed a contract and gave a 10% deposit. In perspective...it has now taken longer than took to add 50% to my home and to renovate and build an addition to my office combined. I would NOT recommend them unless you were my worst enemy.

After 10 trips to Pinch a Penny pool service buying tons of chlorine and never getting help I called Logan and he came right out and added some chemical and my pool is looking 10x better. Thanks Logan and BYE BYE Pinch a Penny!

They provided quality work when installing new pool pipes and a salt cell system. I wasn't impressed with their weekly service and went with another company. Their prices were on the average to below average side.

We've only been with them for two weeks and so far I'm impressed with their service. They were going to come out and install a salt generator but it had been raining. I had called to see when they would arrive and mentioned I was having a party on Sunday. Not only did they come on Friday to install the generator, but they told my pool cleaner to make sure he got there Friday because I was having a party. They've also pointed out some items that should be corrected with the filter system and have been very kind showing my dad how to operate things. I really value honesty and excellent customer service and so far these guys have both.

But, am so impressed that the owner, Logan, made a visit to the home to personally introduce himself and meet my dad to answer any questions that dad had about this new service. In addition, Logan already has identified a problem and has steps in place to correct it. Great service when working with a Senior man. Thanks Logan!

They responded quickly. They repaired and cleaned my pool well. I hired them for weekly service.

We had immediate service needs and they were quick to comply. We are now set up for weekly maintenance and the pool looks great.
