Hi, A&M Cleaning and Maintenance Services, Inc., is a family company, operated by their owner. The company initiated its commercial operations in 2000. Since then, it has been completely dedicated to the cleaning industry, achieving the recognition of its clients for the quality of their services and the seriousness in the performance of the activity. Our activity is governed by Total Quality Management (TQM), since the quality of our service and processes is the responsibility of everyone who is involved with the services offered by the company, involving shareholders, management, workforce, suppliers, and even customers, in order to meet or exceed customer expectations. We learned, Strategic Planning is the first step for an effective and quality service. Customer’s Specifications are reviewed and added to our programs to determine the staff, supplies and materials needed. In this way, we are able to execute works in suitable form, without improvisations. The Supervision and Constant Inspections, makes a notorious difference between us and others companies. We put special effort in supervision and inspection during and after the work´s execution, because we know that it´s a mechanism to continuously improving the quality of our services. An element of our philosophy is the Permanent Communication with our customers. They charge depending on the size of the house but they are priced very well. They do a great job and they are quick.
