We have had A-1 Seamless Gutter Solutions service our rental properties as well as our primary residence. The latest service was to clean out and install gutter screens on a rental unit. The installers were kind and polite and didn't mind looking at another area of the roof that was causing a ceiling leak problem. They located what they thought may be the problem and even took a picture for me when I asked. I asked them for a roofing company referral and they said to call their office. I got the name of a roofer and told them A-1 referred me and within minutes I was scheduled for a few days later. I have called roofers for small jobs in the past and got nowhere, but with the help of A-1 it was a cinch. I just couldn't believe it! I highly recommend A-1. I think they are a 5-star company.

Just make sure the installers follow the areas you want your downspouts (inside wall or outside wall). Other than that, we were happy. Just takes a while to get done as they are typically a few weeks behind.
