RESPONDED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY TO A SUNDAY CALL. MADE SURE TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH ME TO KEEP ME UPDATED. THEY HAD TO MAKE A SECOND VISIT AS OUR MAID (WHO DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH) WOULD NOT LET THEM IN THE HOUSE. THERE WERE NO COMPLAINTS FROM THEM, AND THEY PUNCTUALLY SET A NEW TIME. THEY ACTUALLY ARE COMMITTED TO REPAIRING ITEMS TO SAFETY CODES, WHICH IS REFRESHING. IT MAY COST A LITTLE MORE, BUT I TRUST THEM TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT. GREAT FIRM!
Description of Work: FIXED AN OUTDOOR ELECTRICAL BOX FOR A SPA THAT WAS NOT INSTALLED TO CODE AND WAS SHORTING OUT. THEIR RESPONSE TIME WAS GREAT, AND THEY OFFERED ADVICE AND WILL BE QUOTING A SIMILAR PROJECT FOR OUTDOOR LAMP POST WIRING.

I had done business with this company before and thought they were just wonderful. Dan came out as soon as that afternoon. He installed a couple of ballasts and light bulbs in my home. The work did seem difficult, and he made it look easy! He was such a doll!
