Flooring job was acceptable, painting was awful. Albert demanded cash payment at the end of every day, rather unprofessional in my opinion and he hires people that are not professional painters by any means. Had to pay another painter to cover up the work. Would never hire again to do painting.
Description of Work: Hired to do painting of the entire interior of the house and put new laminate flooring down.

Did not do any Painting for this person...I do ask to be paid at the end of thre day for services rendered...Or i do not perform the job...Obviously you can see this is a lie ...Since if i was doing a bad paint Job... I would not have been allowed to Continue to Paint...This is not Rocket Science ...Rather an attempt to discredit Someone since i refused to do the Painting,,, Also..Painting is done before a Floor is installed...Meaning if i Did not pass the Painting Part,,,How could i have been allowed to do Floor??...Please remove this LIE from this siten

Floor was installed as told, however now that we are in the clinic we have developed some bowed areas where the flooring appears to be too "tight", we have contacted the installer 3 times with one return call stating he would come look at it, however after many more attempts he has not called to schedule a time to come and look at the floors. This is unacceptable in a clinic as the floors being bowed and uneven creates a potential hazard. As of today, he has not contacted our office and would not recommend his services to anyone. Do not hire.

They had their own Handyman who installed the new baseboards and trim and doors and casings.. When that was done it cramped the new floor that was installed...Any bowing by the cheap 7 mm laminate that was installed for a high travelled commercial area was caused by their personal handyman
