They did what they promised at a competitive price. Their price on installation of leaf guards was the lowest of all bids received. They allowed me time to quickly fix and replace some rotted fascia that was discovered during the installation of a gutter on my house. And they quickly finished the job, including installation of aluminum widges to hold the new gutters level on my large steel carport. They also quickly came back and fixed a couple of problems with the leaf guard on the carport that I noticed. I was very happy with the final result.

The work was done fast and looks great! Great job and everyone was very friendly, from initial estimater, to the workers and to the office! I highly recommend!

And when I changed my mind on where I wanted a particular downspout, they came back out and changed it for me, no hassle. I also had them add leaf guards after I noticed flowers and leaves from a near by tree getting in there, and Denise went out of her way to work me into their schedule, even though it's there busiest part of the year for them. It has been two months since A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions finishes the install. I received two other quotes and I couldn’t get those companies to even call me back to discuss the quotes and talk timeline. Luckily I found A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions. From the initial call through final installation they were top notch. They did everything as promised. Before installation, I had a coworker that needed a repair on his gutters. I told him to call A#1 based on my experience up to that point. The owner came to his house and made the repair at no charge. The installation guys were polite, neat and courteous. Emailed owner, Lee and Felicity several times within a two week timeframe which absolutely NO ONE responded. This was a month or so after the quote and during pandemic. Still no excuse for not returning my communication to HIRE them.

The salesman Steve was great, the staff in the home office who kept me updated before the work were courteous and attentive. The issue I have is with the install crew. They left one of the old gutter downspouts attached to the house and did not install a downspout on an area over the roof that was hard to see - both of which were careless to say the least. If I did not get on my ladder after they left to inspect their work, this roof area would have been a problem down the road. After I called the office and complained, the crew who were still in the area, came back and fixed these issues. I do not expect perfection, but this was sloppy.
