Gutter Replacement
Description of Work: They were professional from the first call through the installation. They had the best price and the best warranty. When they did the installation, the installer noticed a change he wanted to make to the design to improve the drainage. He didn’t charge extra but it showed me that he took pride in his work and he wanted me to be happy long term. And the gutters look great

It didn’t too pricey
Description of Work: I had called for 2 separate quotes for a gutter install and soffit/ gutter install. They first came back with just a gutter quote which was reasonable at 1200.00 and I was prepared to use this company.I had written back asking for a soffit/ gutter quote for the complete project. It took several weeks as Taylor said she was on vacation. She later quoted me 13,300$ for the additional soffit work, needless to say I had sticker shock as the house is only 52’X58’. So I reached out to Taylor to question the second quote as I thought there was a typo, and she just responded it was quoted correctly. Needless to say I did not go with them and used a company that was priced fairly for the job.
