A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions

Everything about this process was simple from the estimate to the installation. Recommendations were made for the placement of gutters and we were assisted with choosing the color to match our house trim which was a perfect match! The installation team arrived on time and completed the job timely according to the design agreed upon during the estimate. Would definitely use A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions again!

They did a great job. The seamless gutters look great and have eliminated all of the flooding we were experiencing around the exterior of the house. The job was completed in one day and they cleaned up the yard before they left. I would definitely hire them again.

AVOID this group! They are unethical! They left the old materials in place and still charged me a material use fee. This caused me to have to pay another person to paint the exterior where they left the old materials. They came hours late, they are customer hostile, they never returned any of my many calls. The owner and the operations manager are the most disappointing as they are leading the company and in my experience role model this terrible behavior. Avoid at all cost!

Jason the estimator was great. He advised us he had many years of carpentry experience and that we could request him to perform the repairs. Also that we could delay the gutter install so that the fascia and scoffing could be prepped and painted. We paid a deposit and scheduled my husband to be off work on the day the repairs were to start (first morning appt). The gutter crew showed up at 10:15am (so much for first thing) without Jason and prepared to do repairs and install gutters all in one day. When we called the office to find out why Jason didn't come, we were told it was his day off and that he didn't need to be here. While we were talking to the office, one of the gutter crewmen, started complaining that we were holding up THEIR work. Eventually they rescheduled the repairs but didn't send a helper with Jason, so, they had to come back to remove the other gutters. Once we prepped and painted, they returned and installed new gutters. Overall, the workers are great, but dealing with Darlene in the office was very unpleasant. If you're looking for a street free experience, choose another gutter company.

Professional and courteous. No pressure and excellent communication

One leak they fixed just fine. The other leak was not fixed. If I had been thinking I would have asked them to test the leaks before they left but I didn't think of it til later. I would hire them again for a conventional gutter issue but because this was at the edge of my screened pool it probably presented more challenges than anticipated.

They were scheduled for a Wed install. Heard noise on the roof on Monday they were starting the install. Nobody notified us of the change of date. Nobody knocked on the door and said were here to work on the house. After less than two hours they left. Never said a word Figured they were out for lunch. Never came back. I called the office the next day to ask what was going on. Apparently an employee quit and walked off the job on my house. Reschedule for another day. They came several days later and finished the install. So our first rain today since the gutters were installed. Water pouring out of the seams. Just left a message to get them back to seal the seams.

Job was just completed and the results are perfect. The team was efficient and professional with the installation. They add 2 gutters with one connection pipe. Hire this company! Folks please read the reviews because it counts.

Extremely fast. Arrived about 1:10 PM and departed 2:15 PM. Amazing teamwork and flow of the two gentlemen who were here (John was the one who rang my doorbell to let me know they would be working out back).

We were very happy with the timeliness of service even with Irma's arrival. Guys were professional, and quality of service was fantastic! We would recommend!

We used A#1 Gutter Solutions two times over the past few years. They installed seamless gutters on our entire house. Very professional and prices are good. They worked with my schedule to send someone for the estimate, and completed the job on time. I was very happy with how neat and tidy their workers left my property. Highly recommend.

A#1 Seamless gutters sent out Matt to give us an estimate and review the work we needed done. I clearly stated the work we needed done and he wrote it down; gutter clean out, new gutter installed and gutters seamed in 2 locations that were leaking. He gave us a quote and on our estimate the total was $600 for everything. He assured us everything would be done. However, when the company came out they only installed the gutters. They did not do a clean out nor did they seam the gutter. I called into #A1 Seamless Gutter and spoke to Marlene (sp?). She proceeded to argue with me that was not what we agreed upon and if wanted the gutters cleaned out or seamed there would be an extra $300 charge. I proceeded to explain that was not what we agreed upon and she raised her voice and said that "if you want it done there will be an extra charge!". I asked her about the estimate that Matt turned in and what I had on my copy were not matching up- there were two different versions. Apparently he changed it and turned in a different version. She then apologized and said they would take care of the gutter clean out and discount the total due to $575. That week they sent out someone to clean out the gutters but still did not seam the gutters like we originally talked about. Once again I called in and explained that the work is still not complete. She informed me that she would send out one of the VP's. I can not recall his name but he came to our home, apologized for the way things were handled and explained that unfortunately the gutters can not be seamed at this time because of the standing water in them (they need to be dried out) and for the angle in which they were installed. I was understanding but he explained that he would install a flashing on top of the gutter where water is standing free of charge to see if that would help bypass the leaking area. He assured me he would come back and do this and now almost 3 months later we have yet to have it resolved.

Excellent work by Johnathan and his assistant; punctual service - arrived exactly as scheduled and performed the installation quickly and efficiently. Third time I have used this company - excellent experience each time!

they did the work on the day they said. they cleaned up after the work was done. they allowed me to choose downspout color the day before they came. they were pleasant and careful!

Called before arrival - asked if ok to come earlier. Explained entire job - asked if any questions - worked quickly, no damage around any work area after job - walked around house, explained and asked if questions. Cleaned all areas including finger marks on gutters. Very polite and helpful.

The three guys did an excellent job doing it through a very hot and humid day. I felt bad for them but they said they are used to it and it comes with the job specially in Florida. They were very professional. I had two other companies to choose from beside A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions and I chose this one which I did right.

They arrived on time and were pleasant and professional.

Called to get quote - salesperson follow up was great & fast. Price was higher than I expected, but the gutters are high quality & work well. Office customer service staff was outstanding - Heather & Mamie. Only issue was a few reschedules due to staffing issues. Great company, great product, great customer service.

The installation guys were very kind and courteous and very professional they did an awesome! I was very disappointed that it took two weeks to get and appointment and then I called the day prior to confirm only to learn that they were canceling the appointment and had to reschedule! On the day of the appointment two hours after the time it began to rain so they had to reschedule again. Instead of moving me to the first appointment on the following day I had to wait an additional two more days for them to come out!

The crew acted like they didn't know what they were doing. They connected a 2" drain cover to a 3" drain line so the water constantly backed up and overflowed. Plus they left holes in the downspouts that still aren't repaired. I ended up going to Lowes and getting the correct drain covers, digging up the lines and replacing them myself. What a huge waste of money!!! Don't waste your time with these people.
