I had a very pleasant experience with A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions. Great communication from their staff and the job was installed perfectly. I am a happy customer.

The guys were very professional and courteous. They apologized for being late (3 hours). They did and excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. All that I was looking for on the job. I was rescheduled once and they were late, which is why I make them down in punctuality.

Exceptional! Jonathan and Chase had this down to a science! They knew exactly what they were doing. They were very efficient, and the result was spectacular! I would definitely do business with you again!

First of all, I don't usually write reviews on Angie's list but in this instance I felt it necessary. I selected this business because of an Angie's Special. I knew the scope of work would exceed the limited $99 special and I was prepared for that. Estimator came to the property in person and quoted me an price so he knew the scope of the job and the condition of the property. The following week the work was scheduled between 2 and 4pm. I explained on the phone that it was a large job and might it be a problem putting me on later in the afternoon. Operator said it wasn't a problem. The workmen came and immediately told me they couldn't do the work - the job was too big and it was too late in the day. A#1 called later that week to reschedule. "You'll be the first job of the day; the crew will come between 9 and 10am" I was told. Day of work - it's 10:30 am and they weren't here. I called the office to find out if they were on their way. Phone person said they had a small job before me and they would show up soon. Once they showed up, greeted me and said they were there to start the job. Within 20 minutes I received a call from A#1 stating the men can't do the job because of the hazard conditions of overgrowth. I explained that the growth was not poison ivy but a look alike vine and that the estimator saw it when he was here writing the bid. It is only on one part of the carport. Phone operator put me on hold to talk to a manager, when she came back said the men can do the work but the proposal would have to change. The bid was too low. They could do the work for $2000 almost 3x the original amount of $699. I was pretty upset and couldn't believe that I was jerked around twice. I told them to forget it, call their men off the property. I spent three weeks with A#1 trying to get this job done from my first call, to the estimate with Don Hanna, the first crew and then the second crew. They wasted my time and didn't honor their proposal. Even with the Angie's list special, I would never recommend. I can't grade quality because I never saw any work; however, the quality of their tradesmen practices is questionable the way the scope of work and I were treated. A D rating was fair.

After two no-shows, the owner contacted me to offer me a FREE cleaning and repair to apologize for their glitchy scheduling software. The guy came to the door and said he had bad news…that all my guttering needed to be replaced as it could not be repaired. Nice try, but I’ve had four other estimates for repairs so I know that’s not true. After they left I went around and reattached the two downspouts that had come loose. I think I’ll leave it at that. They did a good job cleaning, and I appreciated making up for the two times they didn’t show up, but this company is highly suspect. I would neither recommend nor hire them again." The owner wrote a totally FALSE response to my original review. I wasn’t mad because they couldn’t fix my gutters, I know I can get them fixed, it’s that she LIED about it!!!

Amadis and Scott the techs that came out were professional and the workmanship superb. But this company is amazing all the way around from the field to the office staff. I have had the pleasure to deal with Darlene and Heather in the office who has always been very helpful. Overall this is the best company to call if you need gutter and downspouts repairs. Hands down.

Harvey and Travis did a fabulous job repairing damaged wood and installing the seamless gutters! I was concerned about the quality of the fascia repairs and whether the gutters would blend with the house, but there was no need to worry. You can't even tell where the wood was repaired and the gutters blend seamlessly with the house. Great job! Thanks!

The installers did a fantastic job. They were very professional and were responsive to what I wanted. They did a good and thorough job explaining what will work and what will not. Cleaned up after themselves and the gutters are looking great ! Would hire them again if needed.

Very professional and the end result has been perfection! My husband and I have used A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions to install gutters on the last 2 houses we have owned. Both times we have been very pleased with the outcome! The price listed below is for an upgraded product we chose to go with which raised the price a good bit - our initial quote was around $1550, which is very reasonable for the professional job.

I called for a quote. I believe the appointment was just days after my call, and the quote was much more reasonable than other quotes. They were able to set up an install date in less than a week. The phone rep, sales rep and installation rep were all very professional, personable and knowledgeable. And, the gutters look and function great!

It was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Bobby, Chase and Darren were courteous and explained what they were going to do and walked me around the house to show each step. Very impressed. My gutters were a little more expensive as I went with a designer color and it is beautiful.

As expected, as I've used this company before, they came in, did an excellent job, cleaned up the old gutters and were gone in an hour. They do their job the old fashioned way, on time, professional installers and fair pricing, as expected.

The two young men Travis and Anthony were polite, professional and communicated quite well as needed. They answered my questions in clear concise manner. The outcome is fantastic looking gutters. I can’t wait for rain!

I had the best experience possible with this company. Their quote was not the lowest either. However, their consultant was the only one that accurately calculated the necessary amount of drains and other considerations (which is why their quote was a small amount higher). Had I went with the other quote I would have experienced the same issue that broke down the original gutters that I had replaced. When the team arrived to install the gutters their professionalism was top notch. They were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Oh, and they didn't leave behind any mess whatsoever.

I needed guttering installed down the sides of the house to minimize water collection between homes. I had them tie into existing guttering on the front and back of the house. The price was higher than the other 2 estimates I got but I chose A #1 Seamless from reviews I read. They had to reschedule initial date for installation, delaying it for a week which was no problem. They arrived on time and walked the job with me to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. I made a change, which they said was fine, even though not on the original. It was the location of one downspout. They had the extra pieces necessary and made no change in the price quoted. They walked the job, when done to make sure we were comfortable with it. It was a nice job. I would use them again if the need arose.

Estimator problem-solved with us how best to work a tricky area around our open pool. Installers were on time, courteous and competent. We have not had a rain to test yet so cannot address that at this time.

We're very satisfied with the work and quality of the entire A1 organization. The finished product is top-rate and the entire installation experience was excellent!
