A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions

I posted a review with an F rating. They called and apologized for what happened and offered me a complimentary gutter cleaning if I gave them another chance. They came out and did the work, on time and very efficiently.

Two gentlemen were punctual, cleaned my gutters, as agreed. Then they raked up all leaves, branches and debris from my roof! Then they used a blower to clean whole roof! Thank you so much!

Despite Covid 19, was able to get estimate and service done quickly. Crew of 2 began project on Monday but had to stop due to thunderstorm. Also, machine jammed damaging a piece of material which had to be ordered. Took a couple days for material to arrive and crew returned to complete the job on Thursday. I had concerns after the first day because in one area I could see fascia that was bent. All the clips hadn't been secured in that area and once done I was asked if I was satisfied before the crew moved to other areas. Crew was respectful and asked me to show exactly how long I wanted additional downspout run off. I am very pleased with the entire project and courteous staff.

Installation was done extremely well. Fast courteous service. Very neat and cleaned up the area when they were done.

A#1 did a great job. From our initial meeting for an estimate to the actual gutter installation, A#1 was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They performed a quality installation and my new gutters look great! Thanks

THE INSTALL CREW WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, HOWEVER, THE DEMO CREW WERE NOT, THEY DID KNOCK ON THE DOOR, THEY TOOK AN ADAPTER WITH THEM THAT SEAMLESS WERE GRACIOUS AND REPLACED.

Seamless Gutters was responsive and on time for installation, their premium gutters blended perfectly with our older home.

This was a great experience ! the estimator came out , gave a detailed estimate and answered all questions. the installation team was professional and asked several times if I was satisfied with the installation before leaving. The quote was less than their competitor , but the value was all there. Highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job. Due to a POA we had to wait a few weeks and they would check in with me. Once POA confirmed they scheduled the install around my schedule.

Their work was great and well priced. The people I dealt with at every level were friendly and efficient. That plus the fact that the work is guaranteed for many years made my decision to use them an easy one.

Company was very proactive in maintaining communications for scheduling and follow up. Crew was punctual and professional.

My experience with A#1 was less than satisfactory. 1. The installers said they were finished and asked for payment. Luckily, I noticed they had forgotten to install the leaf guard I ordered. They installed it. 2. While watching the Leaf Guard installation, I noted one of the workmen had the improper torque setting on his drill, resulting in over-tightening, and will decrease the life of the gutter. 3. The Gutter Guard was sloppily installed. Improper flanging. Gaps between guard pieces. 4. The gutter guard on one section, (about 11 feet long), was pieced together with scraps from other jobs, resulting in poor fit/finish. When I told the Company Rep, he described my concerns as “********”. At this point, things became heated and I had to ask him to leave my property. He was belligerent, condescending, and rude. I am not accustomed to having to run close supervision on my contractors. This is my first poor review. While the personnel on the phone seemed genuinely interested in resolving my concerns, the follow-thru was less than desired. In my opinion, this company needs more attention to detail in their workmanship and Customer relations.

A#1 was a pleasure to work with. They were here when promised to provide us an estimate, the estimate was fair and we agreed to have the work completed. They promptly scheduled the work and showed up exactly when promised. The guys that were here installing were very courteous and professional. They completed all the work and we are very pleased with the outcome. This is our third time using this company and we will not hesitate to call again.

The estimate was quite reasonable and given without a sales pitch taking up our time. It’s nice doing business with a company that stands behind their quality and workmanship. We decided to add leaf guards as well, and we love the modern look to our home now. Hubby was pleased with the attention to detail...no nails, caulked, and cut to the proper length/angle/height from the ground, etc. I enjoyed meeting the fellas who did all the work. Very pro and cleaned up so nicely.

Unreasonable billing. I did not get an invoice after the job was finished. A week later I called from the airport as I was leaving for vacation. They charged me a late fee on the phone.

Everything went smoothly. After accepting a very reasonable quote, the installers arrived about two weeks later and got everything done. After the work was completed they cleaned out my remaining gutters and the leaves on the roof, and removed all the debris. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Over all it was first-rate!

Installed gutters Came back a few weeks later as seam in one area was leaking. Checked everything and adjusted pitch so water flow was even better
