I would use their service again. Extremely transparent and no hidden fees. Communication was on spot. They were on time and everything was handled with care.

They were supposed to show up between 9 am and 10 am they showed up at 10:50 a.m., and with no dollie. It's like a plumber showing up with no wrench.

I had a lot of scratches on furniture after the move.

The movers where fast, they know what they are doing, packing was good and no accidents happened. We got it done with minimal wall scratches in both old and new place within a very reasonable time including assembling and disassembling. Highly recommend!!

it should be noted they start charging the moment where they start to where you're destination is going to be. In addition, they do not organize their moving as things go wherever they land. They also damaged my furniture. Even though they were quick I know why now.

Sophia was good to deal with. The moving men were courteous, took longer than I've dealt with in previous moves. The truck was not big enough. They had to postpone my move by a day and did give a break on labor rate. They did not have enough packing paper for wrapping . Overall it was ok just minor issues but with moving its already stressful so was hoping for an easier move.

We moved from one location in Old Northeast, St Petersburg, to another location less than 1 mile away. If you know the neighborhood, you know that the mover had to deal with historical districts, canal bridges, uneven brick streets, narrow alleys, limited parking, and stairs, stairs, and more stairs (no elevators!). They planned for it and handled it beautifully. 2 Friends and A Truck, Tampa (813-766-0204), were awesome to work with. They accommodated closing challenges creatively and professionally ("coordinating moving with same day closing has no challenges" said no one ever, lol) and communication was exceptional. They were quick to respond to my inquires, last minute changes, and they were proactive in anticipating our moving needs. From a cost perspective, they were transparent and competitive. They were a good value. Not a single item was broken during the move, nor misplaced. Their movers were prompt, hard-working, and friendly. They spoke highly of the company. They were extremely knowledgable, experienced, and careful navigating historic brick stairways, wooden floors, shrubberies and plantings, etc., and they were courteous and respectful to our neighbors. They did not smoke on the site. They were intelligent and proactive. They never used profanity, complained, or showed any negative emotion, even though the move occurred on an unseasonably hot Florida day with high humidity -- I am sure at times they wished there hadn't been so many stairs, but they remained positive to us all the time! We've moved many times and this company and its staff is the most professional, friendly, cost-effective, and efficient moving company we have used to date (and we've been blessed to have had good moving experiences in the past)! I do not hesitate to recommend them and if ever we were to move again (hoping not to), they would be our first choice for movers. I recommend you call ahead because their schedule fills up fast. These group of guys were amazing. They took so much care in every bit of piece of my furniture. Ryan is a wonderful lead and the team worked seamlessly together. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to make sure to use them.

Not pros at all, cheap packing materials and charged premium price, took forever to pack up my apt, didn't stick to one project they were packing and loading at the same time, because of that it took 7 hours longer than it should have and broke a lot of my things one instance broke a 70 load of tide with oxi clean detergent and destroyed 5 boxes of stuff, I had all of the boxes and materials for my TVs and not only did I tell them not to let my 3 TVs tilts or anything else it also said it on the boxes to make sure they stayed up right they actually put them in the boxes upside down and now I have to buy all new ones. Paid $1700.00 for the move and never got a receipt or heard back from them since. They were supposed to be bonded and insured and cannot find anything on them to pay for damages. They said they gave me a Senior discount but all of the damage they did is costing me so much more than the so called discount. They also had to change my moving date because of problems with the truck and the driver was sick because of the delay I missed my furniture delivery and had to sit and sleep on the floor for 5 days. Consumers beware make sure you do a thorough background check for I thought I did and these are just a few of the problems I had so if I could give them a negative score I surely would. God does not like ugly and does not care too much for cute so 2 friends and a truck carma is b****. Angi your so called pros suck, times are too hard and expensive for this to be happening
