Description of Work: Technician arrived. Took one look at the AC /heater system, |Did not do any tests, but asked when my " husband" would be home (not married and I am THE homeowner) and could another appointment be scheduled when "husband would be available"

Description of Work: They conducted an overall inspection and tune-up. We were informed about a few things we should look into to make our ac/heating unit more cost effective. There was no sales pitch, but the recommendations were very un-affordable at this time.
