I was quoted a price on the phone after telling the representative what needed to be picked up. Then when they got there, the quote went up $270.00. My stuff didn't change or increase. Their price did.

The 2 fellows that showed up were very nice and professional. They did as good as can be expected. My issue is with the company. They repeatedly told me that they would donate as much of the furniture they were picking up as possible, but everything went to the dump. I was mortified. So much of the stuff could have been reused. I was at crunch time with selling and moving so took them at their word on the phone and at their web site. The other issue I had is the size of the truck was just small. So when they quote you a quarter or half truck, it's a small truck. Beware. Ryan and Matt really worked hard at the 2nd stop (after they brought the sofa beds from the first stop to the dump, unfortunately.) They were both very nice. At least they made me feel a little better about the whole experience. BTW, I rated professionalism a C because of the company, NOT because of Ryan and Matt.

Too pricey but good customer service. They came out to my house to haul off a big screem tv. They were very professional and courteous however their prices were way too high. They wanted $120. I called a second company and got the tv hauled off for $40.

They are great. They are a little pricey, but they offer great service which makes it totally worth it. When I called them they where our here within an hour.
