They were easy to work with over the phone, and worked directly with my tenant to provide me with estimates and remediate. They also worked directly with my insurance company's adjuster to ensure the damage was covered. I highly recommend 1-800-dry-me-out.

Overall very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We played a lot of phone tag trying to set up appointment, part of it on me because of the weird system using Angie's List coupons, part of it on them not returning phone calls in a timely manner. The appointment itself went very well. Very knowledgeable and helpful, talked me through the damage, mitigation recommendation and how it could work with insurance company. He wasn't trying to sell my anything or railroad me into a certain service, which I appreciate. Ultimately I thought I had to use insurance company specialists, which were not as good as DryMeOut. Found out later I could have used them.

I called Josh with concerns about a small area of mold on the ceiling of my bathroom following a roof leak. After getting some specifics from me, he recommended that I treat the area myself. Josh was very professional and took the time to be sure that I understood the procedure. This level of customer service is surprisingly rare. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company or recommend them to others.

It went very well. We live in New York State but own a winter home in Central Florida. There was a plumbing leak that resulted in water damage to the home and mold and an elevated spore count throughout the home. We contacted several companies and contractors but Advanced Restoration, Inc. was the only one that told us about needing an independent mold inspector and what the complete process would entail. They were honest and we felt that we could completely trust them with our home since we would not be able to be there to meet with them or monitor the work. Also, based on the discussions and information we were given, we were confident the job was going to be done right. Jon communicated with us regularly over phone, e-mail, and text. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. This was a big job and we felt that we got more than our money's worth. After the job was completed, we visited the home and were impressed with the amount of work that was done and the level professionalism. It was because of the complete and thorough and professional job that was done that we were ultimately able to put the house on the market and sell it.

This was a great example of exceptional customer service. Dry Me Out, didn't charge me for services that I didn't need but I can guarantee that they will be the first ones I call if I do ever have an issue in the future. Recommend anyone that has mold, flood or water damage to call these guys first.

After noticing what appeared to be water damage in the living room of my residence I signed onto Angie's list and located this provider so as to obtain an estimate. The provider was able to place me on the schedule the very next day after contact. The provider arrived on time and was very responsive to my concerns. The provider examined the wall in the living room with a device which either measured mold growth or dampness. He was able to tell me that the level of dampness was minimal. He then went outside where the living room wall is facing and noticed what appeared to be growth of some weed-like plants and other smaller type growth along the window line above the shelved area (not a planter but rather a built-up shelf that potted plants can be placed onto). I explained that I had noticed a small hair-line crack and explained that the area did not have any gutters but was not prone to flooding. The provider was able to explain that he detected no type of mold growth and that it appeared that only minor work to include removing various growth and then sealing the area outside with either a sealant or paint or both. He then explained that the work inside did not appear too severe and suggested that some minor drywall work could cure my problems. He stated that the provider could do the work but provided examples of severe damages that they normally see versus the smaller/minor damage that I had in the living room. He stated that his company could do it but the level of damage did not rise to what he normally saw as previously explained. While I did not use this provider I wanted to write this review as he could have easily told me how horrible the situation was and that immediate attention was needed. He did say that the work should be done immediately but provided all the explanations as aforementioned. I appreciate his candidness and professionalism and in the event that I experience any type of flooding such as that that occurred just south of me I would contact this provider and I do recommend that this provider be given a "five-star" rating for professionalism, honesty, timeliness, etc.. Not sure of the Band of neighbors listed below but if you want to share it then go ahead without my name or location.

These guys are amazing. They evaluated the issue and gave me a fast easy option to handle the problem my self. This saved me thousands as mold removal us very expensive. It is good example of honest professionals doing the right thing. If I do have any mold issues water damage in the future I will not shop around, I will just call these guys.

Excellent job. Walked us through the process and helped us work with our insurance agency. They helped us steer through the claim process which resulted in us receiveing additional funds after a second look from the insurance company. Very happy with the end result!

I called my local DMO professional to set an appointment to take air samples for mold testing in my home. Jon was honest and explained that he did a visual inspection only, therefore, not the type of testing I needed. I appreciate his honesty and that he did not waste time or my funds. As for Angie's List rules and crediting payment, he was incorrect in procedure. As a buyer, though, being certain that I am credited paid funds is my responsibility.

We had serious water damage back in October and called 1-800-Dry-Me-Out after finding them on this site. They had someone out at the house within an hour. He immediately staretd the process of drying out our damaged cabinets, walls and floor. The team worked closely with us throughout the insurance inspection and helped every step of the way. Our mortgage company took quite a bit of time to settle all of the paperwork and John was in constant contact with us, helping us to understand what we needed to do throughout the whole process. When time came to finally start demolition, he and Josh were at our house every day and available whenever we needed them. They coordinated everything and were able to remodel our entire kitchen (and replace our hardwoods) within two weeks. They had extremely professional crews and were on top of every detail. The team even came out on Saturday AND Sunday to ensure that we had a working kitchen in the original timeframes that they promised. The work is impeccable and the teams were friendly and extermely efficient. They were diligent about leaving our home clean after each workday and delivered a fabulous end product. I could not have been happier with the service and would recommend them to anyone that asked. I would absolutely hire them again. John and Josh are extremely professional and thorough. They turned what could have been a painful experience into an incredibly positive one! I will miss working with them.

the representative arrived on time, after confirming the inspection appointment earlier in the day. He was courteous, informative and answered all of my questions fully. The inspector was professional and explained his process and findings as he went through the inspection. I would highly recommend this company for a preliminary mold inspection. We were concerned there may be mold present after the repairs were made to the leak in the master bedroom, and those fears have been laid to rest.

They were okay but they really don't know how to test the mold. They had thought we had any molds. We would have to get somebody else to do the remediation but it turned out that we didn't have mold.

Tony arrived on time, tested for moisture and mold throughout the residence. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

The mold inspection done about 2 months ago was simply a precaution as we've had numerous issues with our house since we purchased it a couple of years ago. Tony was very professional and gave me a lot of tips and scanned all the walls and potential trouble spots. It turned out that we were mold/moisture free but he was unable to do a thorough scan of our master shower since we had used it shortly before he arrived. We had a lot of plumbing work done in our house including a total rebuild of our master shower by another contractor who made tons of mistakes. After smelling a mildewy smell for a while, I called Tony at Dry-Me-Out and he came back free of charge and did a thorough investigation both inside and outside to determine any potential problems. He saved me a lot of money because we almost rebuilt the shower again to get the shower pan fixed, and it turned out that that was definitely not the problem. 1-800-Dry-Me-Out did this second visit at no additional charge and seemed genuinely concerned about our problem and really wanted to help the best they could. This was very refreshing after dealing with numerous contractors who simply want to make a buck. I'd recommend 1-800-dry-me-out wholeheartedly!

Yesterday, we removed some laminate from our office and discovered mold on the floor under it. We checked Angie's List for a mold specialist, read reviews, called Tony at about 9 a.m. this morning, and he was here by 10:50 a.m. He educated us about the causes of mold, how it thrives (or not) once in the house, and the treatment of mold. He didn't charge us a cent for his travel time and gas, the considerable time he spent at our house, his knowledge, and the mold killing product he used on our floor and some extra he left with us. He also made recommendations about how to move forward with replacing the laminate we tore out so we wouldn't have a mold problem again in the future. Tony is very personable, and his philosophy is?treat a prospective customer well, and they will become a customer when the need arise

Tony was fantastic. He checked my a/c ducts and bathroom for mildew/mold. Fortunately none was detected. He did leave me a industrial size fan for a few days because he did detect a small amount of moisture on my bathroom baseboards. Tony was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend Dry Me Out to anyone.
