I rarely write reviews for companies, however I will make an exception for Dry MeOut services as their team went over and above to provide exceptional service. I contacted dry me out after I experienced water damage from a toilet overflow. Jessie and his team was very responsive, arriving within hours of my call. Jessie and Josh demonstrated their professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. Expertly guiding me thru the damage assessment, insurance filing, and restoration strategy. Their quick reaction and approach to the restoration of my bathroom and 1st floor ceiling resulted in minimum water damage and literally saved me thousands of dollars in repair. The cleanup went perfect. It was on time on time with multiple check-ups through the cleanup process. On Friday night they had a large of fans through both the rooms, cleaned up most of the water and started spraying industrial level anti-mold solutions. Every day they came back and checked the level of moisture within the carpets and walls using some high tech equipment. They would readjust the fans to ensure they were getting all right places and then begin the process again the next day. On the last day I met them there in person. They were incredibly professional and explained everything they had done and showed me specifically that there was no more moister within the carpets or drywall. They took pictures and emailed me all the details so I could have it for my records. When (not if!) you have a future water problem like I did I highly recommend DryMeOut. Once we discovered the leak and that we had a serious issue, we contacted dry me out and They came out the very next day. They accessed the damage and began repairs and all remediation, with all the saftey protocols that day. They werer professional, clean and efficent.

Jon at 1-800-Dry-Me-Out was knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, professional, and extremely helpful. After receiving a high estimate from another company with an incomplete assessment and no protocol for a "potential" (and evidently non-existent) mold problem, Jon took the time to review the paperwork, explain the process, and answer my questions. Then he was forthright in suggesting that we probably didn't need remediation in this case and put me in contact with a good assessor to address my client's situation. I am so appreciative of Jon's character and professionalism that, from here on, he will be my go-to guy for any remediation needs, and I will heartily recommend him to my clients and others.

Showed up within 24 hours with all the equipment necessary to dry and dehumidify the house. Sent somebody out everyday to check on the equipment and within three days the drywall, carpets and cabinets were dried out. A very professional group.

I highly recommend Advanced Restoration/Dry-Me Out without hesitation. I recently had a water damage emergency and knew immediately who to call to help in this severe situation. This is the second time I’ve used their service during a crisis that needed immediate attention; and I have been extremely satisfied with them on both occasions. They are very prompt and dependable. They arrived to the damaged office complex within 20 minutes of my initial call. They not only got to work immediately, but the staff was extremely courteous and highly effective. The owner of the office complex was beyond thankful and completely satisfied with the clean-up process. With their extremely fast service and all of their equipment, we can be sure that there will be no mold damage which would have been a serious concern. They saved me time, money, and relieved a huge amount of stress due to their competence and reliability. You can be confident this is your company during your next emergency.

I have a 2100 sq ft house. One third of it required drying out. The company placed 21 fans and 1 humidifier in the house and one in the garage. It was over kill. The fans were in the house for 3 days and the noise was pretty horrible, like being on top of a jumbo jet. The owner tried to persuade me to use a consumer type advocate to deal with the insurance company because he said that the insurance company would not want to give me what was owed. I didn't do that. That is why our insurance rates are so high. The company also charged over $6,000 for their services. The insurance company paid them less. And rightfully so. When I questioned the owner about some of my concerns, he acted insulted and said that no one had ever questioned him before.

Well they dried it out and the floor got replaced by others. They were all very nice and polite and quick to get in and out. The drying machines ran for 5 days. Before leaving, they measured the moisture in the walls to make sure they had done the job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - INSURANCE FRAUD!!! I have been victim of insurance fraud committed by 1-800-Dry-Me-Out / Advanced Restorations Services. After the heavy storms in January of 2016 I had a leak in my ceiling. I immediately filed an insurance claim and called out three dry out companies that were top rated on Angie's List. 1-800-Dry-Me-Out / Advanced Restorations Services was the first to respond and seemed like a reputable company, however, I had to fire them off the job due to the other two dry out companies telling me that they were not performing standard industry practices. Eventually I had Dry Solutions (whom I highly recommend) come in to perform the job correctly. 1-800-Dry-Me-Out / Advanced Restorations Services billed me MORE than the company (Dry Solutions) that actually performed the job correctly. I tried for several months to get them to revise their bill but due to the fact that it was an insurance claim, they fraudulently trumped up gross overcharges and demanded full payment which I refused to pay knowing that the insurance company would most likely pay it (which they did not pay charges they considered "redundant" due to the fact that I had to have two different companies do the dry out). Now they are suing my insurance company for full payment of the invoice plus $3500 in legal fees even though I have an email trail showing my efforts to resolve their invoice, detailing out the overcharges and stating that I was willing to pay what was fair for services rendered. An example of the overcharges is that they would charge me 4.5 hours for a monitoring visit where the guy was at my home for a total of 15 minutes and told me that "they charged for transit time"! Where were they driving from, Coco Beach??? This is insurance fraud, plain and simple. They trumped up charges because they knew their bill would go straight to the insurance company and refused to reduce their false charges when I called them on it.

For two and half months I had been running large floor drying fans continuously but, while indicating improvement, the moisture meter I purchased continued to show saturation under the majority of the hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen and two hallways. I decided to call a professional. The service call for an estimate was scheduled within 24 hours after my initial call. Josh arrived on time and, after inspecting all of the rooms involved and taking multiple moisture readings, found that other than the area where I had JUST removed an area rug, the readings on the wood floor were normal. He also gave some guidance on the best placement of fans to deal with that remaining moisture. The professional moisture meter readings were very different from the readings of my inexpensive meter because the hardwood floors are on concrete. I really appreciated Josh's honesty and professionalism and, should I have need in the future, I will not hesitate to call Dry Me Out for assistance.

Great! First, I called company at about 11:30am and Josh came out same day at 2:00pm on the dot as scheduled! He was very helpful and professional. He had many suggestions to save me money and gave me great advice. Did not charge for the call and was very friendly. Thank you Josh! Would not hesitate to call him if needed in the future.

Advanced Restoration, Inc. was responsive and definitely understood the urgency regarding the mold issue especially as I explained to them that my son was highly allergic to mold and that it was causing him tremendous issues with congestion and headaches. They provided a prompt and reasonable quotation and understood the necessary documentation and coordination that needed to be undertaken with the insurance company. As soon as I was able to give them the go-ahead to proceed they moved very quickly in getting the work accomplished. They left the bathroom clean as part of the remediation process included a procedure to wipe down all exposed surfaces. They also were thorough in their exploration for mold by cutting a small hole in the floor where the leaking had occurred to observe for mold and other water damaged areas that could not have been seen without this action. Overall, they were highly professional and did an excellent job. There was text and email communication that was necessary during the process and it was always promptly acted upon. I’d most definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing mold remediation services.

Scheduling the appointment was easy, Jon arrived on time on the day of the appointment. The services he was supposed to have completed were: entire home interior water inspection Free thermal image scan of entire home Moisture readings of building materials Consultation with recommendations Hire this service provider to do the repairs and receive 10% off up to $500 I purchased an Angie's list for interior water inspection because I had water damage by a window. He did complete a moisture readings of building materials for two areas of the house where we were concerned. When my husband asked him if he was going to complete the thermal image scan of entire home he said I can if you need me to. His recommendation for correcting the problem was "I will refer you to a handyman" .."if I was to do the job I would be very expensive, I normally do big jobs." Had the opportunity to learn that his thermal machine cost him $10k. Overall, I think I wasted my money. I feel he lacked professionalism, if you feel inconvenienced by how little of a job our home was you could still be courteous He came across as arrogant and condescending.

Everything is dry (walls, ceiling, carpet). No oder. Things are right back to normal.

When they came the first time we had already had a water mitigation company out, and they failed to identify areas that we were wet. The team at Advanced Restoration, 1-800-DRY-ME-OUT, did not take my concerns lightly. They kept looking until they found the areas that were wet. In fact, they identified my home had developed mold due to the neglect of the other company. After having some guys do it 'wrong' I could certainly appreciate these guys doing it RIGHT! They used top of the line equipment, they arrive on time, with professional, hard working employees who treated me, my family, and property with respect. When we had another instance of water intrusion I was comforted knowing there was a good company out there to address the issue fully the first time around. Morgan and Josh were my main points of contact and I'm so grateful for their professionalism.

I had a problem with my inside phone. When the serviceman came out he told me that the inside of the wall was all wet. We got in touch with Dry-Me-Out and within 20 minutes we had someone at our home. They then proceeded to take charge of the whole problem. They got in touch with the plumber and had the leak fixed and tested the walls to see how far the the wall had been ruined. They brought in the big dry out fans. I believe we had at least 4 in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. The men were extremely professional and careful as they did their job in case we had mold in the wall. Thank God we did not. The fans were there for several days and they tested everything before the restoration was begun. I would recommend this Company to all my family & friends. Thank you Dry-Me-Out for making us whole

I called multiple places within minutes of discovering he mold in the top corner of my living room. As I am not a professional I immediately assumed the worst. Luckily the team at dry me out responded within minutes to my call and had a team member, Josh, come out to my property within an hour and a half of my initial call. He was pleasant but most importantly reassuring that this was something we could handle ourselves verses spending a decent amount on. He also recommended other vendors that may be able to help with other renovations we were doing in our home.

Josh was very quick to respond via Angie's List. I asked about having him out to take a look at this small basement at my house that has been taking on water and thus growing mold. He scheduled himself to visit within a couple of days and showed up promptly at the time we arranged. Upon arrival, he immediately noticed something I had not thought to ask him about, some hardwood floorboards that were warped due to a recent toilet leak. He looked at my in wall moisture level and advised that it could actually be a leak from the shower. So now, I will bee addressing that issue, thanks to his astute attention to my flooring. We went outside to access the basement and he gave me a pretty detailed rundown of why I am taking on water and what I can do to alleviate the problem myself as opposed to spending thousands on remediation. In a world where most service providers will try to do whatever they can to sell you on a job, it was refreshing for Josh to try and actually save his customer money. There will still be quite a lot of work to be done to mitigate this issue on my own, but with Josh's advise, at least I know what direction to take. Thank you, Josh!
