Overall, we are very happy we chose to hire Dry Me Out to complete the remediation & repairs to our home and feel it was the one good choice we made during this long process! It was a horrible experience to be displaced from our home so suddenly and with a 6 month old baby, however, Jeremy made the stress of the situation a little easier. Jeremy & Brian always stayed in touch, answered every call, every question, or complaint. The price was fair and because they hire the contractors to repair & remodel it wasn't left to me to try & choreograph numerous companies, which was nice! They never upped the quoted price on us and even took a some money off for usng Angie's List & using our own electrician. They paid for a 3rd mold air test of our home because the 2nd came back (diffent company does that) weird, which again, was helpful. I have no complaints about Dry Me Out and hope I never need their services again, but if another mini disaster was to arise they would be my first call. The cabinet company they hired, Madewell, was subpar with the installation of the new kitchen though. Just sloppy, lazy, incomplete work. We did go back and forth several times to get the kitchen straight, which it is now. Dry Me Out always listened and got them back here quickly. We did go with the cheaper kitchen cabinets because we had to flip the bill ourselves and I don't recommend that. Quality of real wood is just better. Although, I was a little disappointed with the kitchen all the contractors were courtesy , respectful and fixed any issue we had.

Typical service call... nothing much to write about

They always showed when they said they would or called to coordinate a different time. They closely monitored the other companies (insurance, electrician, plumper, cabinet makers) involved. The Advanced Restoration company individuals we met (Jeremy, Tony, and Bryan) were always friendly and professional, too were the individuals from the out sourced companies. Considering the situation, we were pleased with having dealt with this company.

The repair took nearly 6 weeks, much longer than we expected.

Quick to respond and scheduled right away. Showed up right on time. Checked my area of concern quickly and explained way to correct my areas of concern. Quick and painless. Would recommended.

Jeremy, Advanced service tech, arrived right at the scheduled time. He listened to our concerns and what action had already been taken. Jeremy proceeded to ask pertinent questions before moving on to an inspection of our ducts, the condition of our attic and roof. He spent more than 10 minutes doing the inspection and had a telephone consultation with an A/C contact. Following the inspection, Jeremy reviewed the results of his inspection and the areas he inspected. All of which turned out to be OK and were not a suspicious origin of the odor. He recommended an air quality expert if we continued to experience an odor. Jeremy was courteous, thorough, helpful, and professional in all aspects of his performance. It was a very pleasant surprise that the inspection was free of charge. We could not be more pleased with Advanced Restoration and Jeremy, specifically.

They were very responsive and let me know promptly that they would be unable to do the work due to the distance from their location and the scope of the work. They were very prompt in notifying me of this and overall it was a very positive initial interaction.

They did a great job in restoring a room that had water damage in it from a leaking roof back to looking like new. It was a little expensive but they were very professional and responsive and worked very quickly and efficiently.

I called to get the house cleaned up from a gruesome mess. Advanced Restoration Inc. brought in one of his contractors the same day and started and finished the following day as promised. When we finally had most of the hard details worked out with insurance we had a tenant for the property who had to move out of her previous place quickly. Even though they knew they would not get paid right away the did everything needed to help the family move in. They tore out kitchen tile and replaced it. The put down about 800' of laminate flooring replacing floor molding too! They also painted the 3 rooms matching the paint perfectly(they even picked it up). The people they brought in to do the work were polite and craftsman. The manager of the project was fantastic in working the details to perfection without any hassles what so ever. I recommend Advanced Restoration not just to get "Dried out but for any construction work.

They did all the work! I can't say enough good things about these guys! They were extremely professional and got the job done in a timely manner.

Advanced Restoration responded to our flood at our home within 15-20 minutes and thankfully was able to get the water shutoff and the water extraction underway before it caused additional damage to our home. The workers were professional and best of all sympathetic to the stress my wife and I were experiencing due to our home being flooded. They even removed items from our home to preserve them from damage and placed them safely in the garage. Many thanks to these guys as their knowledge and experience turned an otherwise nightmare into a situation that was bearable.

I can't say enough about the incredible job that Advanced Restoration and their team of professionals did at our law office. They were on-site within 15 minutes of our initial call for help. Due to their quick arrival they were able to contain the flood and avert an even bigger disaster. They had us back to work in our office in just 3 days and had the complete restoration and re-build done within 3 weeks which was truly unbelievable. This was not our first time using Advanced Restoration and should we ever need emergency restoration / clean up help again we will not hesitate to call them.

All of us at the SPCA, but especially our furry, purry friends, want to thank you for the amazing job you did fixing our mold problem in Kitty Kabana. I feel like we had barely hung up the phone from you (1 800 DRY ME OUT!) when you were there checking out the problem, taking down drywall, setting up fans, etc. Over the next few days you monitored the situation and worked with our air conditioning company to determine the cause of the problem and the best way to ensure it never happened again. You always worked around our needs, as far as making sure the cats and kittens in the area were safe and were still able to be seen by potential adopters while they waited for their forever homes. Today the drywall went up over the previously damaged areas and soon the painters will be in (again around our schedule so our kitties are happy). All in all it was a wonderful experience working with you. And your kindness didn?t end there. Knowing the tough economic times and our status as a non- profit organization working day by day to help homeless animals in this area, you extended your generosity to us and donated all of your services! Every one of us here -those with two legs and those with four- appreciate all you did for us. Thanks to you, we can focus our monetary donations on helping pets who desperately need medical attention, time and love. I came home late Sunday night to find my house full of water. I called Advanced Restoration and they were at my house within an hour. They immediately put my mind at ease and helped me through this headache. Advanced was very communicative and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them in the future.

I am a roofing contractor and we were in the process of replacing an existing roof system. Unfortunately, a storm blew in overnight, and high winds blew off the protective covering we installed to protect the home from water damage. My customer contacted me at about 9PM and I called 1-800-DRY ME OUT immediately to help remediate the damage to the home. I then left home to recover the roof, start working on the damage, and calm my customer. To my surprise, a technician from Advanced Restoration had arrived before me and already started the process of remediation. They took a proactive approach and already assured my customer/homeowner that everything was going to be OK! So I arrived to a very calm customer making my job much easier. Usually situations such as this can be disastrous for a roofing contractor. Every second that goes by becomes more critical to achieve a successful end result which is a satisfied customer. There is no doubt that their response time and professionalism definitely diffused the situation. The equipment they use is "state of the art" and they got their job done quickly. In fact, it did not delay our schedule of completion at all. After they made sure that the structural integrity of all the building materials were intact they performed a test for mold to make sure that my customer's home was safe to live in. I highly recommend them!

Being one of our Rentals and living out of town, I thought this was going to be a nightmare. I know how strenuous and difficult this process can be, To my surprise 1-800-Dry-Me-Out made it very easy and simple for me. They kept in constant contact the entire time. I was very impressed with the Professionalism and compassion they showed us. They had to rip up the wood flooring and remove kitchen cabinets do to being damaged by the water. They had me back up and running within 2 weeks, New Paint, Floors, and Kitchen Cabinets. I would recommend them to all my Friends and family

Overall they did an excellent job. There was one point where they did not show up until about 4-5 hrs after they said they would but I did understand that they are in a business that entails working in emergency situations, so I can understand why that could happen. They did a great job of drying out my home. We had some issues with the bill that we received, so I sent them an email. Within an hour I got a call from them and my issues were promptly resolved. They have great customer service!

.Discovered plumbing leak at 8:30 in the evening on a Saturday. Called shortly after and he was here within an hour. He also recommended a plumber who was able to be here about 45 minutes later. I took a few days to dry out, but he kept checking in to see how things were progressing.

My home was flooded during Tropical Storm Debbie. This is a winter home for me so I was not there when the flooding occurred. By the time, I arrived in Florida to assess the damage, the water had receded but the carpeting was sopping wet and the odor was overwhelming. Fortunately for me, I had flood insurance. I started the claim process and checked Angie's list for remediation companies. I contacted Advanced Restoration and spoke with Jon Hall. He was able to schedule an appointment almost immediately to review the damage and determine the work needed to eliminate flood damaged items and to prevent any mold issues. Jon stated that he has worked with insurance companies; he knows about the paperwork required and was willing to complete the job and await payment for his services until the insurance claim process was completed. Within days, Jon and his crew were working on the project. It had been two weeks since the flood, the odor was horrendous and the house was not habitable so I believed it critical that the work begin as soon as possible in order to avert any further damage. I did learn later from the insurance adjuster that I should have gotten a cost estimate and approval before I contracted the job. Jon and his workers were very professional, polite, dependable, and responsible. I gave the "B" grade in quality because I had some additional costs during reconstruction as the result of the way some of the demolition work was done. I had to pay to have the dishwasher rewired for re-connection because the wires were cut rather than disconnected. Also when the drywall was removed some of the metal corner strips were pulled away from the wall rather than being snipped requiring additional drywall costs. Some ceramic tiles were broken and some were missing. Luckily I had replacement tiles, but again, I had to pay additional costs to repair those tiled areas. The "B" grade in price was given because I was not given any paperwork indicating the costs until the invoice was forwarded to the insurance company. I did not have the opportunity to discuss the charges prior to the work being completed and Jon indicated that they would work with the insurance company to see that it would be covered. He was true to his word as he accepted what the insurance company paid which was substantially less than the original invoice. I still would have appreciated some idea as to what they were charging prior to the job being completed.

They have been incredible. They have been responsible, have come everyday, have done measurements, bring equipment, and they have been careful with everything. They are very nice.

They did a good job. They were professional, and they cleaned everything up well. I was satisfied with their service.

When they arrived, they set up their equipment and began the extraction process. I initially thought the water was the result of a roof leak following a heavy rain. When it was discovered that it was a broken pipe, they reassured me that they would continue to be of assistance until the problem was corrected. I contacted a plumber who came out that evening and fixed the pipe. Advance returned the next day and began the restoration process. They are dealing directly with my insurance company so I do not have that added burden. I was very happy with their customer service, responsiveness and overall job performance. I would highly recommend them. As it is still a work in progress, I cannot provide a price estimate. (Update, 6/7/10) The entire organization was a pleasure to deal with. Jon, Jeremy, Mat and Josh were always there to answer questions, They worked with my insurance company and adjuster to make sure I was getting what it took to put my living room back the way it was. All the contractors they sent to my home did a professional job and made sure I was pleased with the results.This is a very disturbing time and I was always reassured that they would get me through it and they did. I cannot say enough about them, but I can recommend them to all of my friends and family and to anyone reading this review.

I would recommend Advanced Restoration to anyone with confidence.
