He didn't really find any moisture. He was very nice and very professional.

First off I called another water damage company first but wanted to get a second opinion, From now on Tony gets the first and only call. Advance Restoration Inc. and Tony where honest with me and didn't try to scare me or over dramatize our situation. As for the other company they definitely tried to scare us into spending more money. If you want an honest answer of what damage you really have, call Tony at Advance Restoration.

Tony was awesome, very professional and very savvy. He did a thoroughly inspection on my bath and recommended the next step to fix it. He accommodated the appointment time (earlier that the normal) to adjusted it to my working schedule.

After calling several restoration companies and NOT getting a LIVE person on the phone I found Advanced Restoration. Thank God they answered at 2am in the morning. They said they would have someone out within the hour and they were there in 45 minutes. A supply line had busted in our dishwasher and flooded our kitchen, laundry room, living room and part of the garage. I happened to notice in the middle of the night headed to the fridge for a snack. Jon and his crew showed up and got to work immediately. They extracted all of the standing water, elevated furniture items that may have gotten wet and removed any affected material. The crew he had worked efficiently and seemed to know exactly what to do while I was Freaking OUT. Fortunate for my wife and kids none of the bedrooms were affected. Advanced had professional equipment and they moved with purpose, to get my house back to original condition. For the next few days we had drying equipment in the affected areas and a technician arranged to meet my wife each day to take humidity readings. It took 4 days to completely dry and there was minimal damage due to it being a clean water loss. They took care of billing the insurance company and even assisted in the repairs that were necessary to put my house back together. Thanks Advanced Restoration for doing the JOB Right. Hope this never happens to us again but if it does we know to call 1-800-Dry-Me-Out.

We had a undetected appliance leak that resulted in water and mold damage. This company responded quickly and provided timely services throughout this process. (I call it a process because of delays due to my insurance company.) John Hall from Advanced Restoration was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout this ordeal. Advanced Restoration was professional and per my insurance company charged a fair rate (which they indicated isn't usually what they see). My insurance agent indicated that I was in good hands when she asked which company that I had chosen for the remediation work. I would use this company again if I were in a similar situation.

Called Angie's List to clarify the company's Normal Business hours since the fine print stated this service was only performed during normal business hours. I spoke with Shawn who placed me on hold to contact the vendor and returned to the call advising the evaluations are performed Monday through Saturday 9am to 4 pm so I purchased the special. When I called the vendor, I was advised they do not perform the evaluations on the weekends and was actually laughed at when I told him that is what the rep from Angie's List told me prior to purchasing- not very professional. He was unwilling to reconsider so I have cancelled the service and in addition will not use this company ever! 3/24/15=NEED TO GIVE AN UPDATE ON THIS VENDOR= THE OWNER JOHN DID REACH OUT TO ME TO APPOLOGIZE FOR LAYGHONG STATING HE WAS GIGGLING AT THE ANGIE'S LIST REPRESENTATIVE WHO CALLED HIM TO CONFIRM THER NORAML BUSINESS HOURS BUT TOLD ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT; HE OFFERED TO COME TO MY HOUSE FREE OF CHARGE TO PERFORM AN "INSEPCTION", WE SCHEDULED THE INSPECTION FOR SATURDAY BEFORE I REALIZED I HAD A PRIOR COMMITMENT WITH FAMILY; I CALLED HIM SATURDAY MORNING TO RESCHEDULE AND I ALSO ASKED WHAT EXACTLY HIS INSPECTION ENTAILS WOULD HE PERFORM THE TESTING; I ADDED I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO PAY THE SEPICAL ADVERTISED PRICE ON AL, HOWEVER HE EXPLAINED HIS COMPANY DOES NOT DO TESTING ONLY REMEDIATION AND CLEAN UP BUT SINCE I AM NOT SURE IF THE AREA I HAVE A CONCERN ABOUT IS MOLD I ASKED HIM TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMANT AND APPOLOGIZED MYSELF FOR MISUNDERSTANDING WHAT HIS COMPANY DOES; AL DOES LIST HIM IN MOLD TESTING BUT FUTURE CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW THIS COMPANY DOES NOT TEST FOR MOLD ONLY REMOVES IT AND THEY CAN PERFORM VISUAL INSPECTION FOR WATER LEAKES THAT COULD BE POTENTIAL CAUSE FOR MOLD/MILDEW HOWEVER DO NOT TAKE ANY SAMPLES FOR TESTING. HOPE THIS CLARIFIES THE COMPANY AND IF YOU NEED MOLD/MILDEW CLEANUP CALL AND YOU WILL GET EXCELLANT SERVICE!

We have been plagued by a mold smell in one section of our house. I called on Sunday, 15 Feb, for an appointment to get it checked out. "John" answered the phone promptly (on Sunday afternoon) and said he could have someone stop by Monday morning. We settled on an appointment around 11am, to be confirmed by a phone call from "Tony" in the morning. Tony called in the morning and said he would be here 11:18. He arrived promptly at that time. We discussed our problem and he then went completely through our house and checked for moisture with his detector. We did not detect any moisture, but he acknowledged that our "nose knows best" and suggested that If the condition continued we should have the house tested for mold. He stated that testing should be done by an independent individual, and gave us a recommendation of someone who could perform that service. We were impressed with Tony's promptness, courtesy, and professionalism. We were also impressed by the company's responsiveness to our call. There was no charge for the visit even though the company is located in Tampa and we are located in Bradenton.

Very friendly and professional. Instilled confidence and was able to offer advice on reducing over-all cost. We will hire this company to come back and perform the work.

We were surprised to discover mold due to undetected moisture in my mom's Florida, winter home. John Hall the owner was extremely helpful, patient and informative. He was almost always available when I called with questions and when he was not, he returned my call, typically, within minutes. Honestly, I have never seen anything like it when it comes to responsiveness and availability! He was also very flexible and quick in coming to assess the damage. I can't say enough about their responsiveness and availability. They also communicate care and compassion for people in situations that they see every day. They worked with me, given we weren't sure of the insurance's willingness to cover the damages. We encountered unforeseen problems and they tried to make that added cost as minimal as possible. I had two things that I might have preferred to have gone differently, but would not change my opinion of them. The main one was that I prefer to work from a written, itemized estimate, but they prefer to do this verbally. They did not ever try to change that estimate, but I would have preferred one from the beginning anyway. I had noted that another customer commented on the same thing. Jon either has notes himself or an amazing memory as none of his estimates ever changed, so I do believe that he is fair and honest. This is not a fun process but this company does a good job getting the problem taken care of and making sure you feel care about! That is appreciated!

ied that I contacted Tony with Advanced Restorations, I sent him some photos of some cieling damage that was caused by a leaking sky lite. We had the roof and sky lite replaced a year previous to this in 2013, but there was a mildew stain on our garage ceiling about 6 inches in diameter. A property appraiser that was sent out by our bank because we are trying to refinance the home, red flagged us and required the 6 in diameter mildew stain be tested for mold. Tony can out, made the tests and determined there wasn 't any problem with water or mold. We greatly appreciated his prompt response and were quite relived there was no serious damage. We were able to fix the problem quickly and cheaply, just waiting to hear back from the bank to see what other ridiculous garbage they can find wrong. Tony and Advanced Restorations were A+++

I was amazed at how thorough and knowledgeable Tony was. The most absurd aspect of this long story is that out of all the people who had come to my home to find out why we had such high humidity (including the air conditioning manufacturere's representative ), Not one of them had mentioned the potential of roof leaks or moisture in the crawl space. We had spent thousands of dollars and many days off of work to meet these contractors at the house and Tony in less than two hours identified a major moisture source which most likely is the cause of our issue. AND he did not charge me a penny !! He also inspected my office because we had had a roof leak and were smelling mildew. He assured me that the area was dry and not to worry. He could have taken advantage of my anxiety and suggested some expensive remedy which I would have probably tried. Because we live in an expensive home in an expensive area, we are quite regularly victims of inflated prices and even scammers. We are not handy so many contractors take advantage of our naïveté. It was so refreshing to meet an honest contractor like Tony who took so much time and didn't try to take advantage. He gave me the name of a roofer (Ferrill) and they will try to determine why the moisture is coming into the areas Tony discovered. Tony even called a day or so later to make sure the contractor he referred me to had called. I only wish I had called Tony first!! If I ever have any leaks or water damage, Dry me out will be the first company I call. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Too bad more companies don't understand that if you treat people well and you're honest, you will have a customer for life and probably all of their friends and family!

Advanced Restoration is an A+ company! I own a property in Palm Harbor and my tenant called me about a mold problem in the closet. I called Advanced and they came out and solved the problem which happened to be an easy fix, but they could have really charged me a lot, but instead Tony (from Advanced) told me the exact way how to fix the issue and set me up with equipment at a very low, low cost. This was the third time I have used Advanced and they have been wonderful each time. Especially when each time is a very stressful situation and they do a great job of keep your mind at easy.

Awesome! I am a landlord and live quite a distance. They responded immediately to my concerns, arranged to meet with the tenants and inspected the property. They made recommendations to address the problem and fortunately it did not require anything more changes to a little clean up and a change in how the tenant was maintaining the temperature/humidity inside. I would highly recommend them.

This company is great. I bought a foreclosure house that had a lot more hidden damage than expected once the walls were opened up. What was not unexpected were the costs and completion date, as the owner (John) walked me through every step of the process, answered my phone calls without delay, was dependable in every aspect, and completed the work within a very short deadline. The lease was about to expire on my temporary quarters and I would have spent big bucks on a hotel & storage if the work wasn't completed on time. His crew worked the weekend to finish the job. Wow! A Florida restoration company that does great work, on time, and within the estimate as promised!

Anybody can repair a house, but very few a family crisis. Most of the damage done by water in your house is the anxiety of dealing with insurance, moving to a hotel, having your house destroyed/repaired/rebuilt at the same time. This is were this people excel the most. Day of inspection: Upon arrival, they presented themselves very professionally. Brought high-tech gear, looked through and inside the walls and inspecet not only the area affected but actually the whole house. Before even starting, the first thing they did was sat down with me in the table and explained the whole process. All the way from insurance, to the process of handling the mold; type of molds, health concerns ,etc. Very knowledgeable people. Insurance: They went above the line handling insurance. They understand that perhaps the most painful part is dealing with insurance agent themselves and they were very helpful providing all the information required during the whole process. This is something that can only be acquired with experience folks. There is no price for this service and definitely the ease of mind it produces to the whole process. Work done: First day they arrived, THEY HELP US PACK OUR BAGS AND MOVE OUT!. Incredible but true. They helped us carry things to the car, even hold our dog while we finish all the last details. A army of soldiers came in to the house. I don't say this slightly as they came in 4 fully loaded service vans. They must have had at least 10-15 workers in my house. They demolished everything within 1-2 days. and started the remediation/repairs right away. NO DELAYS / NO EXCUSES. Sent me pictures of the progress; called me with updates every day. It was like they were chasing me all the time to tell me the status which actually gave me a piece of mind through the whole process as they seemed to be very methodical and programmed. Very organized. They actually called me to tell me the house was going to be ready some days before the deadline so i could move back to the house earlier. They fixed everything and most importantly Jon was right when he mentioned: "Whenever i give the keys of your house back to you... you wont even know we were here. Your house will be brand new!" Work was perfect (DETAILED PERFECT). This is why he has engineers on board. They get to the details not only on the repairs but the cleaning of the house, final touch-up, even odor dissipation. He even helped my wife with color trends / construction best practices and to pick the floor replacement. No better way for me to recommend this service than for you to experience it personally. Call them, you will not be disappointed.

I called Dry Me Out on Saturday; I had been taking apart a shelving unit in my storage area that is attached to my house and I found mold on the drywall, I pulled some drywall down to see if it had gone all the way through and I saw a little inside so I stopped immediately. Seeing mold in your home is scary especially with everything we hear about the harmful effects mold can do to our health. I went onto Angie?s list and looked up mold clean up and found Dry Me Out. I looked at their reviews and made the call, this turned out to be the best decision I made. I spoke with Jon who listened to my description and where the issue was and scheduled Tony to come out on Monday, around my schedule. Monday came and Tony arrived right on time. Tony has a warm confident personality, and this made me feel at ease and confident that he could take care of my issue. Tony went right to work looking at and opening up the area in question. In the end no active leak could be found, and may actually have to do with my building. But Tony went out of his way to insure nothing was left undone that any possibility was looked at, he explained about the mold and possibly how long it was there and about the moisture readings he found. He stated I could call with any questions and if I needed them again. He was a completely knowledgeable professional the whole time but also very personable, which most of the time you have one or the other and not both. It is one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Tony cleaned up the area better than how he found it and made sure the wall area was clean; he left me instructions and what to look for. I am in a wait and see moment right now as I need to discuss this with my building management; but if I ever have a flood and/or mold issue again you can truly believe I will trust no one else. I have not met anyone/company who treats people the way these guys do, it is truly as others have said, it?s like your family. And you could not do any better than to introduce them into yours if you need them. They are awesome!!!

Discovered a small amount of mold on wall behind ac/water heater in an interior closet in our condo. Very alarming since the ac air handler is in the same closet. I was so stressed out thinking mold spores could be circulating throughout the house. I immedately logged in to Angies List and found the highly rated 1-800-DRY ME OUT. I called and spoke to Jon who scheduled an appointment right away. He arrived on time and immediately got to work looking for source of mold. The water heater was still in the closet which made it very difficult for him to fully access the problem area. He immediately put my mind at ease that mold was not that advanced and put an action plan in place. Despite this job being small in comparison to the massive clean-ups they do, they scheduled the work right away and never once made me feel low priority. The day the work was to begin, Tony arrived on time and prepared to resolve this issue ASAP. Tony is not only very knowledgeable, he is also very personable which made the day feel less like a chore. He treated us just like family and was very conscious of making sure we stayed on time and on budget. He expertly removed all damaged drywall, thoroughly cleaned, treated, and protected area to prevent any reoccurrence. While doing so he discovered 2 small leaks that were at the root of the mold problem. Our normal plumber was too busy to fit us in but Tony got right on it & coordinated plumber and drywall repair that same day. The companies they work with were also top notch and really a pleasure to work with. So much so that we will be switching plumbers. Although we hope to never need flood/mold work done in the future, we would not hesitate to call on 1-800- DRY ME OUT and refer them to our family, friends, and neighbors. This company definitely lives up to their stellar reputation and then some! P.S. All of this occurred during the very busy week of Thanksgiving. We are beyond thrilled that they worked so quickly and that our home was mold free & back to normal before the holiday. We are definitely counting our blessings this year for finding such an amazing company on Angies List & forever grateful for all their hard work!!

We had just gotten married 2 days prior and were getting ready to leave for our honeymoon. We live in a two story townhouse. My mother left the water running in the tub upstairs, by the time she remembered it had over flowed and was already flooding the bathroom and the carpet in the hall way, as well as dripping through the recessed lighting in the kitchen. In a panic we called Dry Me Out to see if they were available to come out and assess the situation and help us as this happened late at night. They are not located near us as we live in Pinellas Park and they are located in New Port Richey over an hour away. They were available and sent a team out right away. They were here in less than an hour. The two young gentlemen were very professional and reassured us we had caught the situation at the right time and not to worry. They were extremely professional and showed us everything they were doing step by step. The team brought in the equipment and started the clean up. It didn't take them more than 2 hours to have everything up and running. They knew it was late and they didn't want to inconvenience us. Our main concern was getting everything properly dried the way it should be so we don't have any mold issues in the future. After the set up was complete they educated us on the equipment and left for the night. They scheduled a follow up with us the next day. They were on time for the follow up and Tony was extremely professional. He made us feel like family, he understood we just got married and about to leave for our honeymoon and that we didn't want to worry or stress about the unfortunate situation. He didn't want us to be inconvenienced with the fans either since they are large noisy. We caught the water at the perfect time so everything was looking good when he did the check up. We kept the fans for another night and had another follow up the next day. This was the day before we left for our honeymoon. Tony came back and re evaluated everything. Took measurements and readings to see where the rating was. The levels were still reading high, we didn't want a chance of mold growing so we kept the fans another night. The day of the honeymoon Tony came early to check and see if everything was good, which it was. Everything had dried as it should and was looking good and reading at the levels it should. He was able to remove the fans. I can't begin to express our gratitude for Dry Me Out, Tony, and the team. They were responsive, professional, caring, and really made us feel like family. They put our worries and stress at bay. We are so happy they were available to help us during this hectic situation. I highly recommend this company. I was overwhelmed by the service. All task were completed on time, professionally and I could plainly see the determination to "do it right". No shortcuts. DMO made several site visits to ensure contractors were completing work to their high standards. Final price was their initial estimate. The reprinting portion was exceptional.....colors exactly matched the paint that was there. I can not tell where the old and new paint stopped or began. I would say it looked "like day it was originally painted". I pray your house nevers floods like mine did, but if you ever need this type of service.....Only make one phone call to DRY ME OUT.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they arrived on time to the appointment. They came in for the inspection and determined that there was no mold. Everything turned out fine.

Tony was at my house within 30 minutes of my initial call. He put my mind at ease regarding the restoration process. He and Jeremy were both very professional and treated me and my personal belongings with great respect. They were in constant contact with us throughout the process and worked with our insurance adjuster to settle the claim. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of these services. They get an A+ all around, and that is very hard to find in this area. Thanks guys!
