Description of Work: Came out after 9pm the day my grandmother's water heater burst. They took loads of pictures and moisture readings for her insurance claim and then they set up a ton of fans and dehumidifiers. They were extremely kind and understanding with her and her hearing and vision issues (all those fans sure didn't help the hearing troubles, lol). They ensured everything was dry and then picked up all of their equipment while we were still waiting for the insurance company to tell us anything at all. Very nice guys.

Description of Work: Tony arrived promptly at the appointed time and thoroughly tested the area in question. When it was determined that we did have a mold problem he carefully outlined the steps to be taken to rectify the problem. After having a plumber re-set our toilet Tony completed the work by drying out the area and then treating the area affected. He recommended someone to fix the drywall that needed to be restored as it had been necessary to tear out a portion of the lower wall around the commode to treat the mold. We were very satisfied with the service we received and felt the price was fair considering the work that was done.

Description of Work: Per the recommendation rating on Angie's List I phoned to request an estimate for restoration repair following sinkhole damage. I spoke with Jeremy who referred me to Doug Berger. Mr. Berger did call me back but never followed thorough with scheduling a home visit to do the estimate. I called back one week later and spoke again with Jeremy who said he would follow-up with Mr. Berger. It has been over 48 hours since I phoned this second time and there has been no follow-up from Advanced Restoration.

Hello—my name is Jon Hall, the owner of Advanced Restoration. I am very shocked and disappointed to see this report. Customer service and the quality of our work is extremely important to us, as our other reports suggest. This report is very strange to see for a couple of reasons: I have no record of this member as we are not a Foundation Repair company—we do not do the kind of work that is described in this report at all. While we are of course still human and mistakes do happen, we pride ourselves in going above and beyond to both prevent and correct the rare mistake. We strive for excellence and certainly do not want anyone to slip through the cracks like this. However, as I mentioned, I simply have no record of this member, nor am I a Foundation Repair company. I am sorry she had a bad experience and I do wish them the best though. And should they ever need any of our services, it would be my honor and privilege to help them. Sincerely, Jon Hall.
