Excellent. Justin came out as soon as we called. He showed us different styles and gave us an accurate and professional estimate. He kept in touch throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions. Workers arrived and worked straight through in extreme heat. Amazing how fast and how much attention to detail.

After interviewing six pool companies and two contractors, I felt most comfortable with Ross services due to AAA BBB rating and over 230 positive Angie's list reviews. My pool needed leak repairs and all new Diamond brite. My surrounding pool patio had all new Travertine installed. To make this happen, the lower sections of my screened patio had to be removed and the sliding hurricane accordion shutters on my sliding glass doors also had to be removed during the installation process. When the pool was finished and the marble was installed, all the screen panels were replaced along with the accordion shutters. The job was done perfectly and they even pressure cleaned when finished. Greg, my sales rep, always kept in contact and passed by almost daily to make sure all was good. All of this work was done in one week! Would use again and highly recommended!!

Excellent process from day 1, great communication throughout, had many challenges with rain and storms, yet the job was completed to 100% satisfaction. Superb quality and attention to detail, great fine finish, very happy.

Mr. Ross came out and quoted us for our pool deck of travertine for 2000 sq ft. The price was right on. They came when they said they would. It looks amazing and the quality of work was on point. They completed the job in two days. I would highly recommend Ross Services for any pool deck, but especially travertine. Give him a try you will not be disappointed.

Ross services is one of the most professional companies we have had the pleasure of dealing with since we moved to FL 7 years ago. They did such a phenomenal job from start to finish. Our pool and deck look amazing and we couldn’t be happier!

Once their subcontractor showed up and began working I began to have some concern as they showed up late in the day and worked after sunset. There was a challenge with lighting in our spa because we hoped for a change to the original configuration. It took a few calls before I finally spoke to the owner. The gentlemen I was dealing with (I believe the nephew or friend of a nephew) was not responding.The uncle and owner dispatched someone who fixed the issue.? Several months ago the diamondbrite has begun to fall out around the tile we have on our steps. After three calls, always getting a voice mail, I gave no response. Immediately after the work was done we pointed out to the workers and the nephew the grout around the edge of th pool was also falling out and they informed us they do not do the grout, which seemed wrong to me and still does.

Greg, from Ross Services, coordinated the project from start to finish and kept me informed and updated every step of the way. I am so impressed with the punctuality, workmanship and professionalism that Ross Services delivered, thanks to Greg's updates on the progress of the project. Not only was the project completed in the time frame that Greg projected but they would have been ahead of schedule had my pool filled up in the time frame that it should have. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome of the project and we are looking forward to contracting them again for our driveway.

The job was very quick and the patio is very beautiful. They even came back quickly to some minor repairs due to settlement at no charge. I highly recommend Brian Ross and you are welcome to see patio.

I shopped around as any good consumer would with 3 different vendors. Generally price, like for everyone else, is what your shopping for. However, there is a price that is paid for quality service, and while ross was not the cheapest, they were by far the best service, and was why i went with them. My salesman, Mike, worked with me for almost 4 months while i mulled over the details of what I wanted. He went above and beyond to find the stone that truly spoke to what i was looking for, and it wash;t easy to find, i looked myself as well for a while. The other companies that i shopped with stopped calling me after the first few weeks, i couldn't imagine them sticking around for 4 months. Mike was available whenever I contacted him, nights, morning, weekends, etc. I am in sales as well and analytical customers such as myself, who can take a while to make a decision are the most tiresome. at one point i almost backed out of the deal and if it wasn't for mike, i wouldn't have a brand new patio to enjoy right now. Long story short, if your considering a patio, I would ask for mike to be your salesperson, and watch how hard he works for you, and give some serious thought in hiring ross services. for the few extra bucks you might pay, the money is well spent in helping to make your project as strew free as possible.

My husband and I bought a home with a pool that had brand new Diamond Brite and tiles, but a dated knockdown deck. The deck was also only about 2 feet in perimeter. There was absolutely no space for patio furniture like lounge chairs. We decided the week before Easter to have the deck remodeled. We called and scheduled estimates for everyday the following week. After nearly 10 different estimates, we settled on Ross Services. Not only was their price the lowest, but Brandon (our representative from Ross Services) seemed the most knowledgeable of all the representatives we met with. He understood our vision, and had suggestions that we had never thought of that in the end made our pool deck look more spectacular than we had envisioned. At the end of our initial meeting with Brandon, I asked him if we could have the work done before May 7th (in time for my 40th birthday party). I expected no for an answer since most of the other companies had already said that this was not possible. Brandon's response was that it would be done way before that! About a week later, we signed the contract with Brandon. He put everything in the contract we asked him too, even items that typically would not go into a pool remodeling contract (my husband is overly cautious about these things). We signed the contract on March 29, 2016. Brandon said the work would begin on April 11th. The following Sunday night, Brandon contacted us and asked if they could start the next day!! One week early!!! Of course we said yes! The next day our tile arrived and the work started a day later on Tuesday. On Monday night, we called Brandon and asked him if we could add 2 feet to our deck extension even though our tiles had been delivered. We thought maybe it would be too late, but he told us it was not going to be a problem! When I arrived home from work at 5pm on Tuesday, our deck was nearly complete!! By Thursday the deck was completely finished, they began draining the pool. On Friday they acid washed our pool to make it nice and clean for us, and we started to refill it. On Saturday morning (April 9th), we woke up to a full beautiful pool and deck! Ross Services crew was beyond fast!! Less than a week for my pool to get a new makeover!! The crew was punctual and efficient. The came around 8am and left at sunset. They left our yard clean and well put together everyday. During the course of the week, we messaged Brandon with many different questions about the process. He always got back to us right away! Brandon made sure that our pool deck came out exactly the way we wanted it too, and that we were 100% satisfied! We have already recommended Ross Services to a friend that wants a pool built, and we plan to use them again in the future to remodel our driveway.

As of today no contact or repair has been done by Ross Services Inc.

I reached out to Ross Service approx 1 year ago to get a rough estimate of a pool remodel and patio repaving project. They were great and provided me a very rough estimate which is what I was really looking for. When it came time to start this project, I reached out to 3 various companies that offered the same services and Ross was one of them. Greg came out and did an initial meeting to go over the project. He showed me pictures of previous projects, talked through how it would all work, and showed me tile. I had him come back to do a second meeting so the other decision maker could see the product I had in mind and review the entire project again. Greg was great from start to finish. We texted daily and he provided me pictures and updates from start to finish. I expected this project to be a 1-2 week project, he was finished within 4 days. Started on a Tuesday and finished everything by Friday mid-day. Saturday was spent with the pressure washing and waiting for the pool to get back to normal capacity. I truly would recommend Ross Services. They offer financing which was a key factor in my decision to work with them. Also - the amount of great reviews really sold it. I'm happy to add my name to the list of happy customers who had the pleasure of working with them. I will definitely be recommending them to other home-owners in my network and will use them again whenever the occasion arises.

Provider did not call or show up on any of the three dates I provided them with.

Ross Services was amazing from beginning to end. Greg came out to give me the initial quote and was professional and knowledgeable. I had several issues to deal with - leaking skimmer/line which needed replacing, diamond brite, coping, decking - everything essentially. He was able to give me a competitive quote, using superior materials (travertine vs. pavers), which was inclusive of replacing the skimmer and line, plastering the pool, removing the coping, redoing the entire deck, and 2 sets of steps, a decorative wall- and dealing with fencing/shutters. The Ross Services workers were fast, tidy, and very skilled! The deck is unbelievable - truly beautiful and relaxing. We can finally enjoy our pool area again!

Service was great! Greg was knowledgeable and help give me ideas regarding design of pool deck extension. His workers showed up to site despite it raining all morning and started working as soon as they had a chance. Work was completed in approximately 1 and 1/2 days which was 2 days faster then expected. Pool deck looked amazing! I plan on using his services again and would recommend his services to anyone.

I am extremely pleased with Ross Services and the awesome patio they built for me. I dealt with Greg, who was attentive, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. He made sure I understood all my options and explained next steps with me in detail. He kept me updated on the status of construction and the patio was built within the time frame Greg specified (approx half a day). My patio was constructed much faster than I had anticipated, and the quality of work and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. The worksite was clean and the guys even hauled away some old pavers they had to remove to build the patio. I will definitely be using Ross Services again.

I was not very satisfied. They ripped an electrical line out of the ground, they moved the damaged electrical components so the city inspector wouldn't fine them, and the sealant was very uneven on the driveway. I wound up having to pay to have a new electrical outlet installed because of their mistake.

The BEST! Prompt, professional, polite. They did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. They had to work around days of rain. They want the customer to be completely satisfied.

First off let me say I was very impressed that after filling out his quote tool, I received a call 25 minutes later. Secondly, I was again impressed that he showed up on time to come give a quote. He was by far the best quote that we had. After we scheduled the work to commence, the pool was drained and re-diamondbrighted, new tile laid in the pool, old pavers taken out, new paver laid and extended, all with in 6 days. Lastly, I noticed a couple of cracked tiles and contacted him. The next day the issue was remediate remediated. I highly recommend their services.
