Perfect! On time, loved the surface, workers were prompt, polite and cleaned up. The price was all-inclusive so no surprises while the job progressed. Total time was about 1 week.

When my wife and I purchased our home back in 2015, one of our biggest concerns was remodeling the pool. The deck was made out of chattahoochee and the coping was very dated. The pool looked nice, but the diamondbrite was also in need of correction. Throughout 2016 I had 6 different better known pool remodeling companies come out to give me a quote. I was interested in a full remodel including travertine, new waterline tile, new diamondbrite, LED pool light, salt system, and a baby gate. I had 6 very different experiences when it came to the contractors that came out. I had a few that seemed to want to charge me for every possible thing, including the air their workers were breathing.. Long story short, the 6th company that I called was Ross Services which I was referred to from a friend. Greg from Ross set up an appointment for the very next day, and showed up on time! We walked the backyard and I told him what I was looking for. We sat down at my dining room table and he worked up a quote on the spot. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but a fair quote. After working out the numbers about a week later we decided to give our deposit and get the job going. The following week was without question one of the most impressive overall experiences that I have had with ANY contractor. I can't say enough about the professionalism of each crew that came out, between the paver crew, the pool prep guy, the finishing crew, and the guys that installed the baby gate. Each day the guys showed up at 8am, and before they left, cleaned the areas they were working in and left the property clean. Greg was also available at any time. I had a few things I called him about and he took every call, and resolved the issue lightning quick. I don't know what more you can ask for! If you are in search of a company to have your pool remodeled, look no further! I am a very picky person, and Ross went above and beyond in every possible way!

There were a lot of problems and they did follow thru and remedied every problem to completion. The sales person, Brandon, was professional and the work was on time. Overall I was pleased. One big problem I had was with the person that was supposed to sweep the pool and put in the chemicals. He did not show up on a regular basis and when my pool man took over the maintenance there were no chemicals in it at all, which is very bad for a new pool surface.

Very pleased with the final outcome. They were punctual and kept me informed on any scheduling changes throughout the project. Quality of work was very good and the finished product looks great. The job site could have been left a little cleaner at the end of the project as I was left with some cleaning to do myself, however minor issue overall.

Greg was easy to worth with and very professional. His crew was always on time to being the job. We're very pleased with the finished job and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We went thru optional designs and then picked the colors. They did a Euro tile design on our driveway and they poured a slab and did the design on that as well. It's three years later and I am having basic problems. I will hire somebody else to do repairs to the driveway. First, no one on the crew spoke English. We're talking about a $7000 job. None of the workers spoke English, The crew supervisor was going around to so many jobs, that it was hard to catch him. They took some shortcuts that I was not happy with. They were not attentive to finishing the edges of the driveway which are starting to cracked and peeling. I will be looking for somebody to come out and to give it a face lift. From a distance it is beautiful, but if you come up close you can see the cracks and the peeling. They put a white coating over it when it's all dry and then draw designs on it and then they send out another crew to hand paint everything. Ross services did it all.

Amazing. Awesome. Super prompt and great quality work. Super professional and timely. Could not ask for anything better. Don't use anyone else. Price beat everyone else and quality far surpassed others. I would use them again and refer them to all our neighbors!!

I called and their receptionist, Sandra, told me someone would call me back the same day. Joel, one of the owners, did call me the same day. I told him what I needed done and he was completely honest. He told me that fences are not something he does often, and there are companies that only do fencing and I'd be better off hiring one of those. He passed on work because he is honest. I give him very high marks for that. Thank you, Joel.

Horrible company. The only positive thing I can say about Ross Services is that their subcontractor was excellent. My driveway looks great, but no thanks to the Ross sales rep Michael Z. or owner Brian Ross (who never bothered to return any of my many calls,) Ditto for receptionist Martha. Instead of putting my calls through to Brian, Martha would route my calls to Michael Z., the rep with whom I was having concerns. The first time Michael Z came to the house to give the estimate, he was very peasant and professional. We scheduled a date and time for him to return to execute the contract ($10,700) and pick up the initial payment. He was three hours late for that appointment - I had taken time off of work to meet with him. Throughout those three hours while I waited, Michael kept texting that he was a short distance away but that traffic was terrible. When he arrived, he was hardly apologetic and was more interested in talking about how long his drive home would be. After the three hour wait, I should have gone with anther company, but I had chosen Ross after doing research and reading a lot of reviews. I signed the contract in April; Michael Z said the permit would take about 4 - 6 weeks, and after that, my new driveway should be completed within a week to ten days depending on the weather and company commitments. In June, I called Ross Services to check on the progress of the permit; apparently Michael had lost my file and nothing had been done on the permit request. The next time-frame setback was the City requiring a new survey before a permit would be issued. (Michael had assured me the old survey would suffice). Finally, the day they began the job and dug up my old driveway, I had to remind Michael that I hadn't chosen a pattern or color for the new driveway and asked him to come back to show samples. He emailed me sample photos but he wasn't able to explain the different color mixes and pattern sizes. He was unpleasant and unprofessional when I asked him to come to the house and go over the pictures. The subcontractor (Danilo Leyva from American Stamp) finally had to take over and explain colors, tints and stamps. He was great. I spoke to Martha numerous days and times trying to reach Brian (the boss) but I never got a return call from him. Six months after signing the contract the job passed final inspection. It looks great thanks to Danilo. I would NEVER EVER recommend Ross Services. Michael Z was horrible to deal with and doesn't know the product. Martha was very unpleasant. Brian the boss was nonexistent. (Beginning to end: contract signed 4/07/16; permit pulled 09/09/16; final inspection 10/13/16)

The workman ship wasn't that great. They laid pavers and didn't dig to the right depth and a area had sunk in and grew grass. The coping for the pool didn't hold up so they had to replace all of that as well.

Brandon was on the ball and very helpful all the way. He was available any time we called. His crews were amazing. They came when they said and cleaned up everything when they were done. We love our new backyard!

Wonderful! Again Greg Ross made things easy for me which was appreciated and was so fast, on top of every detail. They came back when light stopped working to fix and make right. Everything was done with quality, and functions perfectly now. Plus it all looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Greg Ross for pool and patio renovations.

(Waited for survey to give a month to see how it stayed in place-very glad with results! ) Priced was compared to 6 other estimates and chose the travertine option with Ross Services. Thank you. Ross Services came out to provide an estimate on remodel of the pool area. Greg gave me a verbal quote and I asked him to follow with an emailed bid as well. He took my email and never heard from him again. Several months later after my selected contractor fell through, I called Ross again to get the previous estimate emailed to me. I was told Greg would call back to discuss and as expected, never received a call.

We ended up choosing another company but still felt they were very professional, courteous and helpful.

Fabulously. From start to finish, Justin kept in touch with me and explained the process, and helped us to select the right travertine, and the right tiles for the project. We chose Hawaiian Blue over the old Diamond Brite, and he showed us many of the more modern and exciting tiles. The travertine is a light shade and contrasts nicely with the deeper pool surface. Justin extended the patio area to the eating area, and then to the driveway. Almost daily everyone has commented on the fabulous driveway, from the postman, other contractors, inspectors and passers-by. We are so pleased with the new, clean and modern look.

Ross helped me transform my dated backyard and walkway into a modern masterpiece. We resurfaced our pool and installed beautiful travertine pavers on our pool deck and walkway. Ross completed the job ahead of schedule and on budget. They put the consumers needs first by providing hands on service and by employing experienced technicians. You can go with the others but if you want the best chose Ross.

Ross Services exceeded my expectations. Justin was assigned to us and he was prompt and professional during all phases of the project. He promised and delivered all we asked for. Our project included laying french pattern travertine over existing eurotile and extending the deck area with travertine, resurfacing the pool (with Florida Gem), new waterline tile and tile at the raised waterfall area (we installed a stone looking material- very classy looking). We also had a bench area installed in the pool off one of the steps. Our accordion hurricane shutters had to be removed and re-installed at 3 sliding glass doors in order to lay the travertine which Ross Services coordinated and was included in the project. I was a bit nervous about that part but all went well. We decided to use Ross Services for a couple of reasons even though I had already received quotes from two other highly reputable and known pool service companies. With Ross Services and Justin, we felt we got more for our money, didn't get a sense that there would be hidden "extras", and (this was the good part), they could start and finish before grandchildren were coming at the end of August. Again, a little nervous about this but Justin and the team delivered!! Project began on a Thursday and the pool was filled and the chemicals added the next Wednesday. And they didn't work part of Saturday, all day Sunday and part of Monday!! WOW!! And it was a quality job- the workers laying the tile were efficient, neat, polite and cleaned up when they finished. The pool surface guys were the same. Justin checked in frequently and when he wasn't actually at the house, I could easily reach him via text or cell phone (mostly to ask questions- never to complain!!). The neighbors were amazed at the speed and quality of the work as it was happening and the beauty of the pool when it was finished. I would HIGHLY recommend Ross Services for pool, patio, driveway projects!

We hired Ross Services to install a travertine patio over existing pool deck, resurface our pool, remove glass block from spa, take care of leaks in the pool, new glass tile in pool, and add a salt system. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Everything looks amazing! Brandon was on the job daily to check on the progress and follow up with the teams doing the work. This project was completed in about a week and we think the whole process went smoothly. Thanks Brandon!

Initially, my experience with Ross Services was a very good one. The salesman did a nice job explaining the product and assured us that our satisfaction would be guaranteed – something I was glad to hear for a $22,000 project. The work included a new travertine patio to replace the old Chattahoochee, a refinishing of the in-ground pool and spa, and a new metal fence with two gates on each side of the house leading into the back yard. The patio work was done mostly in one day in March with multiple workers on site. The fence took a couple days but the work wasn’t done—due to permitting issues—until over a month later. It was after this initial installation that the problems began. There were issues with some of the travertine not being placed evenly, and even more seriously, one section almost immediately began getting moldy. I called our sales rep and after some back-and-forth some of the tiles were replaced; but the problem remained. When we set up the project we were repeatedly assured that there would be no drainage problem but it is apparent that this was not addressed in the quick work that was done. Nor was the repositioning of the electrical box and the air vent for the pool. (These last two issues were quickly fixable and so were actually addressed over the next few days.) No attempt was made to determine the cause of the drainage problem or why the tiles in one area became moldy right after installation. The feeling I got was that once the initial work was done Ross really wasn’t that interested in fulfilling the rest of their satisfaction guaranteed claim, especially if it meant having to re-do some of the initial work. Also, some of the pool tiles were also not level and so the waterfall between the spa and the pool slants and only works on one side. In addition, the salesman told us he would extend the patio on one side an additional foot or so with any leftover pavers free of charge. We noticed that instead of doing this, the company actually removed the extra boxes of pavers that were leftover and wouldn’t make good on this offer. As to the extension of the patio that we did contract and pay for, in the work crew’s haste, it forgot to put down a lining between the ground and the new pavers, and so there is a constant problem now of plants growing between the tiles. Ross’s response was to tell us to just use Round Up on the on the patio once a week! We soon realized that this kind of inattention to detail in order to get a particular part of the job done in a rush proved to be Ross’ calling card. They were on to another project... The fence construction also proved difficult and frustrating. The subcontractor was not very cooperative or willing to address flaws in workmanship. The gate and surrounding fencing on one side of the yard was not measured properly and so was not level, which was obvious to anyone looking at the fence. That meant that screws were sticking out when they should have been fully screwed in. This may have contributed to the top rail there being loose and not fully secured. As such, it now comes apart rather easily. Every time we contacted our sales rep at Ross we got the runaround. While he was a nice guy, he would repeatedly assure us that he would take care of our issues and someone from the work crew or the fencing company would call us and fix whatever the problem was. This rarely happened, and after another couple of weeks we had to call again. We’d be told the same thing but nothing ever happened. I must have been told 6 or 7 times that the “fence guy” would take care of the installation problem at the one gate but only once did someone come out and then he just looked at me incredulously and said to fix it meant having to redo it, which he seemed to think was just asking too much; i.e. he just wanted to make a simple cosmetic fix rather than fixing the structural problem. This is similar to the response I got regarding the moldy pavers. Due to this continued unwillingness to complete the project satisfactorily, we have just thrown up our hands now since whatever Ross says it will do doesn’t end up happening – including a promise that the finished patio would be pressure-cleaned before a final walk-through -- a walk-through we ask for but which was never scheduled. My final impression is that Ross wanted to get the main job done quickly and rely on quick fixes when there were any problems in their workmanship. They offered a same-as-cash deal through Wells Fargo, and once that contract was signed and they got their money from Wells Fargo, they seemed to lose interest entirely in fulfilling their customer satisfaction guarantee. I had high hopes for this company and their initial service appeared promising; but when you get down to it, they relied on short cuts and took the path of least resistance in the hope that this would be enough (or maybe that the customer would just give up). In short, when it came to providing a satisfactory conclusion to a very expensive project, they weren’t willing to go the distance.

It took a while for me to be able to schedule a consultation, but once a time was confirmed, things went quickly. Greg was able to come out give a quote on the spot. He had pictures and information on the different options of bricks with him on his phone. A friend and I decided to remove the old pavers, electrical wiring and concrete ourselves to cut down on price. Once I had arranged financing online and emailed the documents over, he was able to come out and complete the project in one day shortly thereafter.

My experience with Ross Services was exceptional. Justin worked with us on the design and checked in with us daily to assess the progress. The work started promptly as promised. A large team showed up and we were amazed at the speed with which the tile was installed. Justin was quickly on top of any concerns we had. This is a professional operation and I have no reservations giving them my recommendation.

Brandon command a team that works fast, precise and meticulous, focused on satisfying our demands. The company (Ross) was available all the time and eager to correct any problems. The work done in my pool area looks astonishing and all the little details that we requested were solved at our complete satisfaction.
