Description of Work: Installed about 175 sq ft of travertine walkways and patios in front and at side of house. Justin Schmidt was fantastic. He explained the entire process, answered all of our questions, gave us an accurate quote, and arranged for prompt installation, which was done earlier than expected. The entire installation was done in one day and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: Ross Services installed a new travertine pool deck and remodeled the pool. They also built a waterfall, and re-surfaced our pool. We had some minor issues with the grading of the deck which were rectified promptly and completely. Greg Ross was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, well prepared with samples and suggestions and promptly addressed any of our concerns.

Description of Work: Replaced a Collapsing Chat

Description of Work: They did not take care of getting the necessary information to the City/HOA for permits which it states they will do in the contract. I had to send several documents myself. Their communication is conflicting/different info on different days. Was stood up with no call back a couple of times. The work is still not completed. We signed the contract and paid them a substantial amount of money over 2 months ago. If they have a big job, I'm sure they give better service: much more money for them. If it's a smaller job like ours, we are on the last of their service list. I totally regret trying to get this work done and totally regret going with Ross.

Description of Work: We had our old, asphalt driveway pulled up and replaced with stamped concrete. The job was done as advertised. The only minor problem I had was some discoloration on the trim around my garage door. But, I don't think that could have been avoided with the colors we used. Overall, they did a great job.

Description of Work: Brian and his crew layed a natural stone patio for me. I love it. Brian was there for every question I had and was very professional.
