Description of Work: I needed a gravel drive to provide water for my 140 year old live oak tree. They said they didn't do "repair" work but when I told them what I wanted was an "engineered" solution they said they would call back the following week to schedule a site visit. They never called back.

Description of Work: Contractor complied with building code. The problem is this resulted in a driveway that floods every time it rains, or just from using sprinklers. the swale area collects lots of water , and causes my vehicles to appear to sink into it. I attempted to remedy with a drainfield, but it cant absorb that much water. The driveway is a flooded eyesore, and the project ended in a disaster. There had to be a better way. The contractor knows of my plight, but he feels he has no further obligation because the driveway was built to code and passed inspection. I'm stuck with all this water.

Description of Work: Resurfaced, re-tiled, and replaced coping on a very old pool. Came out beautiful. Exactly what I imagined and I'm very particular. Justin spent extra time and effort finding the exact tile I wanted and was extremely responsive to my calls. We're very happy. Our pool guy even commented on what a great job they did. Will definitely be using Ross Services again.
