He was professional, came when said he would and his price was reasonable.

Ross Services is very professional. They deliver everything they promise to you, to above and beyond. Their prices are also very good.

Brain was amazing. He initially came to our house and was very knowledgeable. He gave us ideas which we never though of or didn't think we could afford. The idea of not only raising the hot tub but the whole area around the hot tub was his idea and when he initially brought it up my wife and I definitely didn't think we could afford such a transformation. We had gotten quotes from other pool places which either were really high in price, didn't respond after the quote, etc. He had many options available but we had the light ivory color already in our minds. Brian also suggested the vanishing edge which really did make a huge difference and made the pool look almost like an infinity pool. Every place that we quoted said that to raise just the hot tub up, and not the area around it (which was around 300 sq ft ) would be $5,000. Brain not only raised the hot tub but also the surrounding patio area for only $2,000 and an extra $500 to have the small tile inlayed in the hot tub and the pool so it matched.. My wife and I thought this was to good to be true but it wasn't. It made the pool look like something we could never have imagined. Brain also said that he would have the pool done in 4 days, when all other pool places said two weeks minimum, and that did not include raising the hot tub up. If weather had permitted, he would have finished in 4 days, but since it rained, it took 5. There were a couple times where my wife and I were unhappy with something, we can be very difficult to work with since we want perfection, where Brian immediately remedied the situation with class and no questions asked. At one point, we didn't like the slope of the far side of the pool deck and wanted it raised to 1degree slope. Brain had his workers come on Saturday morning at 8 am and finished the redoing the entire side in a matter of hours. This is something that we did not discuss and some people said should not be included, but Brian did it without asking or adding on any cost. His staff showed up on time everyday, was extremely clean and polite and worked all day. The price above does not include the heater, which was $2,400 (not including the concrete slabs which were only $45 a piece). If you have ever researched heat pumps, the average cost is 3,500 to 5,000 for the same btu metrics. So when Brain introduced us to his associate and he said he could sell us one for that price including installation I was amazed. As a side note, don't get gas heater, the electric works amazing and right now its in the 50's and the pool is heated with ease along with the hot tub. I would recommend no one else to work on my pool and will be hiring him when we get out driveway redone as well. I will add pictures soon so you can get the true effect of the transformation.

I have been a resident of south Florida for over 40 years, so as you can imagine, I have had the good, bad and ugly companies employed during that time, in all kinds of categories. I have to say that Ross Services met and exceeded all expectations for this rather large and somewhat expensive project. First, I did my research. This was the first time I used Angies List and it made me a believer. I found that Ross Services had been in business for quite some time and had no complaints, not with Angies list or the BBB. (other companies I checked out had some, and some had many). The salesman arrived right on time. The price was competitive but a bit more than other quotes. The company tweeked the price enough to bring me around and though still not the cheapest quote I got, I just felt comportable with the overall reports and response of the company. The project started a bit late due to city permits, but when started, they continued until it was complete, including all clean up and the agreed upon landscaping. Final payment was submitted when final inspection concluded. The job was BEAUTIFUL. Each crew (tear out, prep work, concrete work, clean up and sprinkler system) was more polite than the last. Real easy to work with. Explainations were available at each turn. This is a GREAT company, in my opinion. You can't go wrong with them.

The experience was positive from beginning to end. Before commencing the work, Joel brought the team leaders to the house to go over what had to be done. The work began once the pavers that we wanted were on hand. The workers showed up when they said they were going to be here; they coordinated their work flawlessly, and carried out their jobs with great professionalism and attention to quality. Joel stayed involved, and kept me informed when minor schedlule changes were necesaary. The work was finished when promised, and my wife and I are extremely pleased wirh the end result. Ross Services was the only compamy we contacted that could perform all the elements of the work that had to be done, saving me the task of coordinating among several providers. Once the job was completed, Joel came by to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction, and readily agreed to some minor touches that Irequested. I can recommend Ross Services without any reservations. They are pros.

Project was started and finished as promised - very professional job.

We received an estimate for the complete renovation of our swimming pool with the installation of travertine pavers for the decking as well as the front walk and a screen room added. The estimate was several thousand dollars less than other estimates that had fewer upgrades. We dealt directly with the owner. He promised that all the work would be done in a week. As skeptical as we were having experienced south Florida contractors and their "schedules", we signed a contract. Part of the decking was raised 12 inches, a 6 foot water feature was added, the return was moved, the surface of the pool was Diamond Brited and a new LED pool light was installed. Seven days later the pool was finished and we couldn't be happier with the results! The owner is a man of his word and insists that if anything comes up, let him know and he'll take care of it. We trust him to do as he promises.

I hire this company to install the paver in my back yard and porch- total area is 625 sqr ft. The price was fair, very competitive i must say. The service was excellent, Brian was always reachable by phone / text messages. They started and finished the job on time just as scheduled no problems at all, everything went very smooth. the next day after the installation we noticed water coming out through the paver from the sprinklers, i only had to text Brian and a couple of hours later they came and fixed the problem, now everything is perfect . The day we signed the contract we agreed on a 33% deposit and the balance to be paid as soon as the work was finished, well they completed the job in 1 day; however, it took a good 3 weeks to get the permit from the city (because of a problem with the property survey) and though all the delay was my responsibility (not theirs), they only charged me the balance once the permit was issued and closed. I was very impressed. I would definitively recommend Ross Services.

Arrived as scheduled, management often at work site during renovations and always available by telephone with quick response time. Job was completed in a timely manner, work done very professionally and they left the area throughly cleaned when job was completed. I would use them for any renovations. VERY PLEASED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ross Services were very punctual in responding to our request, gave us many options to look at and performed the job in three days. They ensured that the electrical outlets we had as well as the springkler system were functioning after the project was completed. We recommend Ross Services.

I left a message on his phone but never got a response. Figuring this was around the holidays and they might have been out of the office enjoying some time off, I gave them a few days to return my call before looking for another contractor. A call, even if only to tell me that this do provide this service, would have been appreciated. Pretty poor customer service and unprofessional, from my perspective. Don't know if this is any indication on how they handle things in general but it would certainly give me reason to go elsewhere for any future work at my home.

The job was started and completed in a timely manner. Joe and Brian were very knowledgeable and professional. Driveway is absolutely beautiful. I also used a coupon from Angies List.

He was punctual, reasonable pricing, and had great reviews by other customers. I ended up going with someone else but they were very friendly and professional. I would recommend their services to others.

This was a great company to work with. The job was completed within 5 days of signing the contract. Soel always answer the phone and follows through on his commitment.

Brian was exceptionally accommodating and willing to please. He was concerned that I was less than satisfied with the design. He made every effort to make me happy with the results; including offering to change it. However, I choose to keep it as is because the concrete on the driveway was already cut. The guy who did the screen door was awesome. He took an old door, cut it down in size, re-screened it and re-installed it. It looks terrific. He even offered to take the screening off until I had time to paint and he would come back to reinstall. :) If you are going to use this company, make sure that you are in total agreement (in writing) of what you want done and what you expect.

Ross services was one of the better priced companies. Joel seemed very knowledgeable and made sure the job was done correctly.

Went well. Exactly one week from the time I met Brian, the owner until complete.

We called Ross Services in the morning and Brian (owner) returned our call and gave us the cell phone number for Joel (his brother) who works the Miami area and asked us to contact him as he would immediately answer and set up an appointment. The appointment was set up for the next morning. Joel was on time, measured the job and gave us several recommendations for design. The contract was signed and pavers were delivered within one week (as specified). There was a brief delay for start up due to weather. From the beginning of the job to the completion, the crew of 3 men worked professionally and the job was completed in 3 days. Joel was on site at the beginning of the job and made sure that everything would run smoothly. The crew cleaned the job site completely and all trash and old tiles from porch that had been removed prior to pavers being installed were picked up by Ross. Joel called at the completion of the job to ask if we were satisfied. Several days after job completion, we discovered a damaged paver and a small section of grouting of the pavers , that was missed. We called Joel and he sent a 2 man crew quickly and without question to rectify these two problems. Again, Joel called to see if the problem was corrected to our satisfaction. The job is beautiful and we have had many compliments on the workmanship

The owner Joel came in highly recommended by a friend. So i gave him a shot....and i must say it was the among the best contractor experience i have had. Joel was very punctual right from the day he gave us the quote to the day he finished....always on top of things. Never had to followup....Joel and his crew really know what they are doing. Joel worked with us to fit the project in our budget. The city requested changes to the plans with regards to the foundation. The scope of the work was an deck....from start to finish....and they absorbed the additional effort involved without a fuss. They never skimped on quality. Seemed to always have the right number of people. Hardworking and efficient. Like i said this group really knows what they are doing. They communicated well as to the work that would be completed each day. The deck was laid out exactly as we had imagined/sketched it out. Absolutely thrilled about the output....and the hassle free process getting there just makes it all the more enjoyable. Highly Recommend.

What a difference a day makes! After posting my thoughts on my experience yesterday I actually spoke to the owner today. I had mistakenly believed I was speaking to him throughout the ordeal. The conversation was very professional on both sides. We each spoke and listened to each other and in the end we agreed on how to proceed. The owner insisted he was going to make things right and I believe him. Once this job is finished, I have no plans to do the driveway again while other matters become more pressing.

The project took several days, after permitting was obtained (by ROSS). Old driveway removal and plotting of new driveway scheme took approx. one day. Pouring of concrete, coloration and design imprints (stamped concrete) took another. There was a final surface finish of the driveway and a finish of greenery abutting driveway before completion. All done in a timely, reasonably priced and professional manner. As a new comer to the state, I was incredibly fortunate to engage ROSS SERVICES for the job. This company provides a number of other services as well. Check the website. I will definitely hire ROSS again for fencing and pool tile work when I begin those projects. Recommend that others do so as well.

We talked to Brian at Ross Services on Saturday to explain what we wanted to do; he came by and gave us an estimate on Sunday, at which time we chose the color(s) that we wanted and the work began on Monday. His employees did a high quality job of laying the caulking color, then drawing, by hand, into the caulk to form large 'slabs' of stone. They then colored, by hand, each 'slab' in a variation of the colors that we chose. The job was done by the following Saturday which was quite a feat as it rained almost every day and each stage of the job needed to dry overnight. Ross Services does not sub out their jobs. All workers are employed by Ross and I must say they did a very professional job. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Brian and staff!

The guy came out; he was a pretty laid back kind of a guy. I saw one of his ads in one of the publications that we get in the mail box and I called him up to get an idea what he was going to do. He came out and did the job. He gave me good price. He took up old pavers and he ended up putting up down over the side of the house for me where I was using like a work area. It was like stationery for my lawn guy for different stuff. Brian did all that as an addition which technically caused him money to pay the guys to do the same and lay the pavers down properly and he didn’t charge me more for that. So he did an extra service and that sealed the deal to go ahead with the guy. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything from the old job and were very professional. I highly recommend him.

Job was effiecient. They showed up when they said they would and finished on time. The job looks beautiful.
