After receiving several pool and patio renovation estimates, we decided to hire Ross Services because they were recommended by the company that we hired to install our fence, and because all of the positive reviews spoke volumes. Every single one of the positive reviews were validated with the work that was done, and the professionalism. The company is awesome. Greg came to our home and provided an estimate on the spot, we were given an opportunity to ask questions and were provided with ample examples of their work. Moreover, the estimate was well in line with other companies, and honestly, based on the work that was done, we would have paid more. Our renovation consisted of complete pool renovation with all new tiles along with an azure diamond bright, as well as new travertine pavers with additional square footage added to expand the patio area. We even added two beautiful magic waterfall bowls with a light feature. The crew that came out to install the travertine pavers along with the initial pool work was led by Milton, who was exemplary. In fact, the entire crew was comprised of extreme professionals. This crew did not waste time getting to work and diligently went about their business and stayed on task with minimal breaks, if any. I was truly impressed with the quality of their work. Greg came to the job site every single day, sometimes more than once, and was intimately involved during each phase of the project. I admit it was a bit scary to finally make a decision to pull the trigger on any company for our pool and patio renovation, but I have say, we made an excellent decision with Ross Services and we highly recommend them to anyone. I will be calling Greg over the next 6 months to renovate our driveway.

Started to research companies to remodel my 32 year old out dated pool and patio area. Saw Ross services on Angie’s List who had multiple good reviews. Also saw multiple good reviews on Google so they were the first company I called. Met with Joel from Ross in April to get an estimate to remodel my pool area and resurface my pool. While showing Joel the pool area I told him what I wanted done. I could tell he had a lot of experience because while walking my pool area he made a lot of good suggestions. Sketched out a plan and told me everything that was going to be done. He made me feel comfortable about his company and never pressured me to make any decisions. My plan consisted of tripling the size of my pool deck with tavertine, Diamond Brite, new pool tile, new pump, filter and pool heater plus salt system. I also had them remodel the pool with a new sun shelf. Joel told me not to worry about a thing Ross stands behind all their work. Let me tell you right now this company performed exactly how I was told they would perform. Joel set me up with a great crew of people that completed the work in a timely proficient manner. They always cleaned up the work site at the end of the day and kept my yard as nice as possible through the entire process. It was the little things Joel thinks about that really made the difference. One of many examples was Joel noticing to make the sun shelf a few inches bigger so people could step safely from the hot tub to the sun shelf and vice versa. My wife and I are extremely happy with the end result. Pool and deck came out beautiful. The addition of the sun shelf in the pool turned out to be the best decision we made. They are a busy company but Joel was there every step of the way. Ross is busy for a reason. From my experience, it’s because they are good at what they do and stand behind their work. I would recommend Ross Services to anyone looking to have their pool and pool area remodeled.

I do not usually write reviews. However, when there is a company that performs so above and beyond expectations, and does it less expensive than anyone else, and gives customer service that you thought was extinct, then the time comes to crack open the laptop and share that experience with everyone. I am thrilled and excited to share with you our experience with Ross Services. Our pool and patio were in desperate need of renovation, but we dreaded the thought of taking on a construction project in South Florida. Initially we screened about 12 companies on line and narrowed it down to 4 for on-site estimates. We had several issues on top of the new pool resurface and new patio. We had hurricane shutter tracks that needed to be adjusted and steel shutters cut. We had a very large heavy planter that needed to be moved, and we had a tricky drainage issue, as we have a flush walk out onto patio from our living room. Greg from Ross Services was the ONLY one who was able to address and solve all our issues. In fact, after adding all the extra services Ross actually came in with a lower price. Competitors did not come close to all the "extras" Ross provided and which were all included in the quote. Gre g takes his time reviewing all design options, has lots of pictures and even brings tile samples which saves you from having to visit tile showrooms. As a nice bonus they even provide pool service for your pool for 2 months, and Michael with Puya Pools is conscientious and super knowledgeable. Workers were always on time, fast (patio and pool were completed in one week) and professional. Greg kept us posted on what to expect as the project progressed and was always available by phone or text for questions. Thankfully we chose the right company. Thanks to everyone at Ross Services for making this project stress free. We love our new pool and patio!

These guys were very professional and skilled. I was truly amazed at how very quickly they got the job done, it was completed in less than a week. Brandon our sales rep described the process and he was very true to his word. I am very happy with the outcome.

My backyard was barren as the grass had completely been neglected and as a result I desired brick pavers. I had seen Ross Services on Angie’s List as the highest rated company for brick pavers, so I decided to give them a call. Service was great and smooth from the moment I called for a free estimate to once the job was completed. Our contractor, Miguel, was honest and diligent from the start and though I did expect a quick job, he clearly told us early on that it may take 4-6 weeks to order the brick pavers, which was indeed true. The workers were quick and respectful, and I can truly recommend this company for any brick paver needs.

Excellent service-start to finish. Justin estimated the job. He told us exactly what would happen and he was here for each stage of the project. The pavers were installed in two days. Immediately the pool was drained, cleaned, and refilled-adding the necessary chemicals. Then the small screen enclosure at one end of the patio was repaired. The bottom edge had to be removed to install the pavers. We installed over 1,600 square feet of travertine, including the pool edge, in one week. Everyone was professional. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Everything as quoted.

Garrett showed up and in just a few minutes diagnosed the problem as a cleaning/chemical issue. The pool did not need to be re-surfaced, nor was it falling apart.

For several months, I searched for a reputable company that did quality work and gathered estimates to remove and replace the pool coping and tile my entire patio where the finish was all level. After several months of research and gathering estimates I decided to hire Felipe at Ross Services. Felipe was my point of contact and managed the job so professionally from the very beginning to the very end. His team did a fantastic job working diligently and expeditiously to get the job done efficiently and detailed. I would highly recommend Ross Services to anyone considering doing any type of pool and patio remodeling. The results were amazing and I could not be any happier. Felipe was terrific!

Excellent. Very professional and efficient. Felipe worked with us on finding tiles we liked when we did not want to choose from his selection. The quality of work is excellent and Felipe was very responsive. We tried to get quotes from others (some well rated on this site), a couple of whom just never followed through. They kept promising to come and then to send an estimate, but just never did. Felipe was extremely responsive and conscientious.

Felipe and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. All were very professional and always on time. His installers and finishers did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. We're very happy with the work done and the entire experience.

They were amazing simply put. They were on time, responsive, fulfilled all of their commitments, got the work done in an unbelievably short period of time and were incredibly professional. This is one company that I would recommend to anyone who wants an excellent job done on time and without hassles. A++!

From the moment we met with Greg we knew this was a professional company that could create what we had envisioned. The quoting process, the removal, the installers and sealers each went above and beyond to ensure they created exactly what we wanted. We cannot begin to express how happy with are with the new areas. Thank you so much...we are enjoying the new sitting areas so much.

We just completed a pool renovation with Ross Services. I received a number of quotes and I was most impressed with the qualifications and commitment of Ross. David, the sales person, went out of his way to make sure the project ran smoothly and according to schedule. The crew who performed the work was highly skilled and professional and fulfilled their commitment as promised. The pool looks terrific and in time for Thanksgiving as promised. I recommend Ross Services unequivocally and without hesitation. They earn their reputation.

There were some issues with the pool resurfacing, however, Brandon, our rep from Ross Services bent over backwards to rectify the problem. He assured us when we signed the contract that he would be with us every step of the way and would not take the final payment until we were happy with the job. He kept his word.

From start to Finish (1 week) everything was complete. Felipe was our contact. He was always keeping us in touch with photos and texts. He was available to answer any of our questions and walk us through the process. I wish they did everything. Thank you again!!!!

Miguel came from the company and gave me an estimate for resurfacing the floor and deck area with travertine stone. I had done some research and I knew those to be expensive, but they were exactly what I needed not only for beauty, but because I had slippery tile and wanted safer flooring. The pool too needed resurfacing. Miguel coordinated everything so that it would be completed before a children's party I was going to have for my grandchildren. They worked non-stop and extremely well. I am so pleased with the results.

All the people were professinal and the job is complete.

I'm writing this review because the form Brandon gave me that I completed and sent hasn't been uploaded. A month later I'm glad it wasn't because now I can give a review that 5 weeks on is even more accurate. Firstly, I'm in the midst of a remodel of my whole home, in the last 9 months i've become sick to death of contractors, their THEFT, lies and utter BS, and thats only the ones that call back, there are many many more that never even return a call. In short, South Florida is a cess pool when it comes to honest contractors and companies. So, back to Ross Services, having already lost $800 to one contractor and then $200 to another (from Angies List) I wasn't expecting much when I called Ross, firstly, they called right back, second, the salesman Brandon showed up exactly when he said he would and completely understood my previous experience. I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air he was, still in all my renovations thus far he has been unequivocally my favorite person to deal with, he does what he says, when he says without question. So before anything was even done I found my favorite contractor ever!!! Job day, there he was, crew by his side at the time he promised they'd be there, he spent the time with me to explain exactly what to expect and promised to be back later to make sure I was happy. The job was done absolutely perfectly and exceeded all my expectations even though by now they were pretty high. The crew were great, left everything exactly as it was except that I had a beautiful new patio as well. As promised Brandon was back exactly when he said to check on the work and that I was happy. In the 5 weeks since it was done (and other contractors dealt with) I've only come to appreciate my patio more as it all went so smoothly. I never leave bad reviews but really enjoy leaving good ones, this one was a joy to with and as accurate of a description as I could possibly leave of my experience. There's a reason Ross is A+ its because they are but I'm sure Brandon is a huge part of that. Pick Ross, ask for Brandon, you won't regret it.

We were very impressed with many things: 1. The price was fair. 2. The timeliness of the project completion (despite the deluge of rain) was remarkable. 3. Professionalism! Felipe was our contact person. He was available at any given time and responded to our calls within minutes. All minor issues were corrected in an extremely timely manner. Felipe definitely wanted to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with the quality of service. Our patio looks absolutely beautiful! Our friends and family cannot believe the transformation. I highly recommend Ross Services! Make sure to ask for Felipe.

Brandon was polite and very knowledgeable, however I was not prepared to financially handle the upgrade that he suggested.
