From OWE to WOW!!!!! That's the reaction people have when they walk into our beautiful patio now. When the patio was chattahoochee the kids and parents would be saying owe because the pain of walking on stone and how hot the ground would be. Now when they walk out they're amazed at how cool, soft and stunning the travertine looks. We did a lot of research on companies since we were making such a big investment. Ross Services was the best priced very helpful and had great ratings. I had two personal references first and when I saw the work they did there it was a no brainer. Brian came out explained and showed lots of photos. He is such a great man and HONEST!!!! He offered something no one else had offered too, one year financing at 0% through Wells Fargo. We applied through a link on his website and were approved. We agreed to pricing and was told pavers would be delivered soon. They did arrive within a couple days and Brian had a crew out that was flying through the job. We were absolutely stunned at how fast they worked and how good they were. The pool needed to be re diamond brighted also. Everything came out great and we couldn't be happier. What a company! Approximately a month after the job was completed. I noticed a sprinkler that was inside of the patio, under the pavers, had been apparently broken. When I ran the sprinklers water was now coming up through the brick pavers. I contacted Brian and IMMEDIATELY someone was sent out. Pavers were removed sprinkler was recapped and problem solved!!!! Now that's customer service a month after the job was completed. Now I've referred two customers and they're also happy as can be too. Brian was in contact with me either on the phone or in person, on-site, nearly every day. ALWAYS asking, "Are you happy?" Amazing company and will do business with ANYTIME!

It could not have gone better. We got a more beautiful patio than we 'd hoped in less than half the time promised.

Brian was very professional and very punctual. He was very eager to please and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He completed the job in one day by sending out 5 men. The workers were very nice and cleaned up everything. Some lower screens were damaged and Brian sent someone out immediately to replace them. Brian's crew removed the hurricane shutters prior to the tile installation and promptly replaced them after the job was finished. I was very pleased with the whole job. I would highly recommend Brian, Ross Services, to anyone.

We were refered to Brian Ross at Ross Services. We set an appointment for an estimate and Brian arrived on time. After articulating exactlty what we wanted done we set a price and went to contract. Boy are we happy we did...! The following Monday the first crew arrived...Tree removal...sandblasting...new pavers...beautiful new diamondbrite...shutter modifications and all with attention to detail. We couldn't be happier. Brian was on site every day. We tried to give him our bathroom remodel business but he only does pools and pavers...THX BRIAN

We wanted to extend patio and create a large wide step around the perimeter of the back patio. I contacted the company based on search results for concrete work. This company came up, so I contacted company to receive a quote. I was promptly called back that day, however during the coarse of conversation Brian informed me that they don't pour concrete! Based on their profile they claimed they do. It also states in previous reviews that they pout concrete driveways and have poured concrete pads. So apparently somewhere the Information on Angie's list is incorrect or this company is flat out lying! I wouldn't recommend this company as Brian ended up be extremely rude for no reason when I stated his profile on Angie's list stated they did this sort of work. Not sure if he thought the job was too small to take. Little does he know this was just the beginning phase of a huge outdoor project!! Typical So. florida contractor!!!

Ross Services is the best ever!! Very happy with them. They are punctual, professional and very clean. They showed up and finished exactly as promised at the agreed price. Couldn't ask for anything else from a contractor. Will definitely use them again.

Brian's crew(s) delivered more than expected! Prompt....everyone showed up as scheduled, were all very professional and diligently worked to assure perfection. They worked from morning till night, making sure the job was done correctly. True artisans! Brian came everyday and sometimes many times a day 'just to check' and make sure we were pleased. Upon estimate, Brian Ross took the time to actually show me samples and pictures of work done. I was actually impressed with the knowledge and professionalism Brian displayed. I admire when a contractor actually knows and educates his clients on the products they are selling. Not to mention, he came to my home on a Sunday and was very patient with the process. He gave me a date to start and told me the whole process would be done in 3 days. I was very skeptical but considering the other reviews I read on Angie' list, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. His pricing was also very fair and offered 0% financing which was a huge benefit. Brian called me a day before delivery of material to inform me of a time the pavers would be delivered. To my surprise, he also told me that the job would be started a day before scheduled. I was very surprised by that news and eager to see it all come together. Materials were delivered when promised and job was started one day later. Brian's crew were both punctual and courteous. They worked at a tremendous speed and discipline. They left no stone unturned and had a very special eye for details. I am the most pickiest of customer and was very impressed by the work they had performed. Also, Brian came down form Coral Springs to Miami (Country Walk) everyday to see how things were going. Very impressive. They also met the 3 day deadline. My wife and I are 100% completely happy with this company and the work they performed. I probably will go out on a limb and say this is the best contractor I have dealt with to date being a homeowner of 14yrs. Thanks to Brian Ross and his crew for making a pleasurable experience and making my backyard look amazing! I will definitely be working with them again.

.some of the workmen were real artists...lots of rain which delayed things

Several things did not go as planned. Driveway was not dug wide enough the first time. I pointed it out to the workers which in turn called Joel. Then I called Joel and discussed it with him, he agreed he did not measure the driveway wide enough. The workers had to manually dig out the additional 4' X 20' area. They put the dirt and rocks in my yard and pilled a large mound in my plants. They were fined by the city for leaving another pile of rocks and dirt in the swale. I would call Joel and let him know things that I was not happy with and he would tell me to tell the workers!?!? It seemed the only time Joel would show up to the project was to collect money. My driveway is beautiful, but the lack of being there from the contractor was very disappointing.

REMARKABLE! Brian is one of a kind provider of quality materials and quality work. I called for an estimate and got a quick appointment the next day. Brian arrived on time with samples, photo albums of prior work, evidence of licensure and award-winning service. He was so patient with me and took the time to review options tailored to our property. He helped us select the perfect travertine and designed a layout based on our desired use of the area. By the end of the appointment we had a proposal in hand. Once we agreed to move forward, I had the travertine delivered within a couple of days and the work started a couple of days after that. I had some concerns about some electrical wiring near the space and he even got one of his electrical colleagues to come and survey the area and make the necessary repairs to proceed with the job safely. I mean who does that? Really? If I tell you that Brian's crew finished a huge outdoor space with french pattern travertine design and a raised patio with steps and stone work at a french door thresh hold in 3.5 days you probably would not believe it but they so did - to PERFECTION. I am super meticulous and could probably find fault in a flawless diamond but I am super pleased with the end result. Brian communicated constantly throughout and even took a small change in design in stride commenting "I just want you to be happy." What a guy! And his crew...amazing...worked from morning till dusk with no messing around. Can't wait to do my driveway with him next!

I was so impressed with this experience. We called Brian, the owner of the company and within an hour of our phone call he was at our house with ideas, samples and pricing. Got a call on Monday he said he had the material we selected in-stock and was ready if we were and by Wednesday afternoon we had new patio. The crew was polite and determined and just keep working until the job was done. The result far exceeded my expectation and Brian was on site to supervise. In general a wonderful and painless experience. The best part Brian listened to all of our requests and had no issue with the follow through; A man of his word! I highly recommend Ross Services, Brian, his crew. Thank you Guys!

Upon submitting a contact request I was contacted immediately and a gentleman by the name of Scott showed up within a few days to meet. I provided him with a very detailed map of our community with a very detailed list of the exact work to be completed. We contracted with Ross Services to perform the work in our community and had multiple issues throughout the project. The issues were as follows: Deadlines not met, promises of being on site not met, unnecessary damage to property from concrete truck, found in some instances there was a sub contractor of a sub contractor performing the work, Foreman did not follow the map when laying out the project causing them a lot of unnecessary expenses in extra concrete and labor, weather was blamed for not showing up because it was raining in Ft. Lauderdale but yet it was perfectly sunny at the job site all day long in "Boynton Beach", etc. There were many more issues but this gives you some ideas of the issues incurred. Overall, the job was poorly managed and I finally had to engage the owner of the company to help get the project on track. The project did get completed, the work that was completed was good but it was a nightmare getting from start to finish. My guess is that Ross Services is a good company and this was just an employee issue. Due to the issues, we will not use them in the future.

Brian was the 4th contractor I called for an estimate. Was not impressed with the other 3 contractors. Brian arrived on time, had pictures of completed projects and samples of all the materials in his truck. He measured the pool while I reviewed the information he provided. It was such a relief to speak to someone who was so well prepared. It took about an hour to decide what I wanted - Brian offered great suggestions regarding design and ways to keep the cost within my range. Supplies were delivered a few days later and the job was finished within 2 weeks. I didn't have to stress about whether or not he would show up! My pool is beautiful. Looks much better than I expected. Wouldn't hesitate to call Ross Services again or recommend them to my friends.

Everything went well from start to finish! Project was started on time and finished when he said they would be done. All staff were polite, hard workers and cleaned up after the projects. They were very responsive to any requests made. Brian was around frequently checking on progress etc. Brian provided a written copy of the pool finish warranty and a letter for the city regarding water use. He is very accommadating and I would highly recommend his service and use it again as needed.

Called up Ross Services and had Brian out at my house the next day to give me a quote. Was thinking about doing a stamped concrete overlay but he recommended going with the travertine pavers instead because of the condition of my old patio. After deciding on the pavers they were able to start within 7 days and they showed up on time and wasted no time getting to work. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic, professionalism and the quality of work they did. The crew that worked at my house were amazing and worked throughout the day in the hot sun without skipping a beat. They were friendly and always made sure everything was going exactly how i wanted it. I was a little sceptical when Brian told me they would be able to complete the patio in 2-3 days but they finished up in exactly two days. They left everything clean, neat and the few left over pavers were stacked in a nice pile. Part of the patio they had to go around two palm trees and with one of the trees actually had to dig out and old stump, roots, etc. The craftmenship on the stones that were cut is exceptional. I am extremely pleased with the work that Ross Services did and would recommend them to anyone. Brian always kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going as i wanted and a few days after the patio was finished called again to make sure i was fully satisfied. I have contractors doing work in my yard for various other projects and everyone comments how great my patio looks. I love my patio and believe it was worth every penny.

The contractor showed me various pavers and suggested one that he thought would go well with my house.I wasn't sure if it would really be the one, but it turned out to be just the right one. He wrote out a detailed contract and emailed information that my homeowners assocition required. The crew arrived on time and prepared my patio and paved it. I was very impressed when one of my large potted plants cracked and they offered to plant it in my front yard to save this 25 year old plant. I wish I could include a photo of how beautiful it looks with my potted palms...

They came out and he had a crew and they pull off all the pavers and put them all back down in one day and then put in the sand stuff in between the pavers. They were working a little bit too fast and by the end of the day they were tired and they just wanna go home which I couldn't blame but they kind of did a quick job. But some of the areas weren't filled in enough between the pavers and they left some sand and he came back but I'm still putting the sand in because it wasn't still aren't enough and now it's down to like two areas that I'm still filing in. They were all very nice and very considerate. I didn't have any doubts about that what I was having problems is I'm getting so many weeds and the new sand that they put in between the pavers is suppose to stop the weeds because they were working so fast they were putting the weeds back in and not cleaning the pavers off before they put them back in. So, I'm still going around and sparing a lot for the weeds which is something I didn't wanna do. I called them back and he came like a week or two later and a guy came out to do it and he was also to get the job done and get out of there. He filled it in and it look nice when he left but then in a couple of days it had sunken down again. The service was kind of okay. I haven't called them back again just because I hate to hassle of having to deal with the work land waiting around for them to come and all that kind of stuff. The cleanup was fair. When I called to tell them that there were areas that they have left a big pile of special sand stuff, the guy came out and clean that up but he did miss a couple of stuff. It was a cheaper price than other companies. They were earlier the time they said they would be.

Called Ross Services for an estimate for a diamond brite on my pool.Greg arrived on time to give the estimate.He gave a reasonable price and assured me that they would do a good job. I agreed and the job started two days later. They drained the pool and then finished the job in two days.The crew really worked well together.When they finished;they cleaned up like you never knew they were there! Everything Greg said was true;I wish their were more contractors like ROSS SERVICES.

It was amazing. They finished everything in 5 days. When Greg told me that I really did not think it was possible. They finished everything from A to Z and left nothing out. I was not nickled and dimed, what he told me I would get he delivered. I did add some things after the contract but Greg treated me very fairly. I am not the type of person that calls 5 different companies for estimates. I had a good feeling about them and read some reviews, and decided to go with them. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

He didn't seem that interested in doing the job, so we continued to look at other companies and found one.

I placed call to them, left a detailed message and never received a call back. I called again and made an appointment and the morning before the agreed date I received a call to clarify just what I wanted done. I had waited a long time for this appointment because they were very busy. When I clarified that I needed repairs to my pavers in my driveway which were being lifted by roots, the gentleman stated they do not do repairs. I had made this perfectly clear to the scheduler and was very upset that I had waited so long for this appointment and was still not having the work completed. My home owners association had given me an extension on the violation and now I would have to beg for another one. I eventually had to have the work done by a paver my neighbor used.
