I called them on june 3rd and i am still waiting for them to return a phone call.

It is without hesitation that I recommend Brian Ross and Ross Services. My pool and deck was a builders standard and thanks to Ross it now looks beautiful. Brian was attentive and a complete professional throughout the process. I contracted and within 3 weeks the job was was done. The team that did the marble deck were true artist craftsmen. My husband and I were both blown away by how hard and diligent they worked with an eye toward perfection. When the job was done I had a few requests of Brian including getting the spa to work due to a clog from construction . There were a couple of things along the way that weren't perfect-such as the wrong turtle mosaics being delivered-but the true test was how Brian handled I. He got me the correct turtles the very next day do the pool stayed on schedule. Brian was extremely responsive and sent technicians who fixed the problem. Living in Florida I have had so many frustrations with service providers, ut Ross Services is an exception. I am a nudge for quality and detail and they exceeded my expectations on all counts. I was most impressed with his commitment to customer satisfaction and no quibbling follow up. I should also note that the price I paid was much less than the other quotes I received before finding Ross on Angie's list, noting that I am in northern palm beach county so travel was required. I very highly recommend Ross Services. I will recommend them to everybody's I know and use them without hesitation in the future. My pool and deck is simply beautiful and the job that was done was marvelous. We went from avoiding our patio and pool to adoring it. All I can say is thanks. If there's a provider of the year- I'm Nominating Ross!

We had to wait from the time of the contract in March until October to get the service started and completed because of the rainy season. This was not Ross's fault by any means and we did not mind. The communication was excellent. Once the work started, it was completed in the assigned timeframe. The work was ultimately professional, the materials, top of the line, and our new driveway exceeds all our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends. One black mark - they were supposed to have our sprinkler system completely functional at the end of the job. The system worked, but one or two sprinkler heads were left in the up position, broken. We had to call our sprinkler people out for this repair which soured us a bit. Still, overall, we are pleased and glad we dealt with this company which does fine work.

We called Brian on Friday 5/23 and he called back the same day. He came out on Sat. 5/24. We had a few est. already. After talking to Brian it did not take long to see he was the man we wanted. We signed a contract the same day. Brian kept in touch every day to let us know what was going on. On Wed. 5/28 workers arrived to remove an awning and to remove the storm shutter around our sliding door. On Thurs. 5/29 the materials arrived for the job. Friday 5/30 was a rain day On Sat.5/31 8 am 5 workman arrived and worked until they completed the title, coping and paver deck. They also removed and hauled away a pool slide. On Tuesday 6/3 they returned and installed the storm shutter. We are so pleased and our back yard looks great. Brian did everything he promised and more. We are planning to have a new paver driveway installed very soon and Brian is our guy.

Brian was fantastic to work with every single time I phoned or texted him. Very quick to respond - and I was anxious about such a big job (financially and physically). The entire process was seamless. When his crew arrived, I was extremely impressed with their stone cutting expertise. The men were artists with the saws, and paid very close attention to detail...which I'm a stickler about. I actually left midway through the process and came back when it was done. It only took about five days for them to complete, and the results are amazing. I will be adding pictures, but wanted to get this up so that Brian and his company could receive the credit they deserved for the job. There are a couple of small details that I need to call about, but I'm confident they'll be addressed in the same high caliber fashion as everything else that was done. My girls LOVE it. Actually, everyone loves it! Now I have to move onto the landscaping portion...

My house is painted an avocado green. I was concerned about the color of the pavers he recommended. He was supposed to drop off samples so I could see how they went w/my house. But because I wouldn't give him a deposit of $5500 he wouldn't show me the samples. I was not going to give him that kind of money if in fact he did not have a color of a paver I liked. So he said he didn't want to do business w/me. He was very flipent and had a no care attitude. He was pushing very, very hard for the sale and I was happy to do business w/him but not until I saw what I was paying for and was happy w/my selection He said he needed a survey which I had ready for him to pick up and I also told him we found his tape measure in the front yard. He said he had another tape measure and not to worry about it so am not sure how responsible he really is. The reason I contacted them was because they were listed on Angie's List. I read all the reviews and they were very positive. I contemplated calling his boss and sharing this w/him but really don't have the time to get involved. Am only responding to you because I understand how important the feedback is.

I received the estimate quickly and work was started promptly . Everyone associated with this company was prompt, professional and seemed to know their jobs well. I was kept informed of everything being done and when. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company.

We met with Brian Ross in February while deciding on what to do with the front of our villa in Boynton Beach. Brian responded to our call within five minutes and set a meeting time that was convenient to us. Brian is a straight shooter, no nonsense kind of a guy who knows his product, obviously has much experience and was able to offer an immediate solution and recommendation. After reviewing his portfolio and samples, we concluded the deal within 45 minutes and he was on his way. Due to various other community related projects, our paving was placed on hold until this week. We were out of town when the community gave us the go-ahead and all it took was one call to Brian and the project was completed in less than a day! It's very refreshing to find a contractor so willing to accommodate the client, be punctual, do a terrific job, clean up after and to then have the President of the HOA send me an email complimenting the work and the look of the project. Kudos to Ross Services and all their staff. I would HIGHLY recommend this company without hesitation.

When was the last time you went away for a holiday weekend and returned to find a contractor's job completed as promised? Exactly. We contacted Ross Services and got an estimate from them one day after contacting them. They did the job as promised and finished promptly. Day 1 - drain the pool Day 2 - Sandblasted Day 3 - Tile Day 4- Diamond Brite. Day 5 - fill up the pool Loved their services and will use them when we're ready to do the pool deck

I must have called 4 other companies to do this work and did not even get a return phone call until I called Ross Services. Gregg immediately returned my call and scheduled to meet me the following day for an estimate. The permit process in Fort Lauderdale really sucks, but Gregg kept me up to date along the way. Gregg's crew really went above and beyond before, during and after the job. They completely removed all the waste from the job site and replaced damaged grass with new sod after the project was finished. I highly recommend Gregg's company. He was at the job when most of the big parts were underway to check on progress and always updated me along the way.

It did not go very well. The person who came over was Greg. He was very curt bordering on sarcastic,and provided some misinformation regarding re modeling my pool deck. He said that the tile "had" to be cut around the pool, when in fact all other estimates I received included using remodeling coping around the pool. When I told him I had other estimates and what they said he rudely said "that's their opinion" and appeared to be disgusted with the fact I had other estimates. He left me with a 4 line estimate to remodel my entire pool deck with an price estimate of $7300.00 to $8200.00, a pretty large spread. He measured the deck and pool but no where does the square footage appear on the estimate. I called the company back and they had him call me. When I asked him for the square footage of the deck he said he didn't know. I asked him how was I supposed to know what I am paying per square foot if he could not tell me? He said he didn't have his notes. I called this company because of the high ratings it received on this site, I was very disappointed.

Began my shopping by securing 2 bids. Ross came in almost 50% less than their competitor. Spoke with Brian (owner) who referred his nephew, Brandon to meet with me. THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. Brandon is a lovely young man who is knowledgeable and willing to work closely with his customers. The start of work was delayed a full day due to weather. Nevertheless, the job was completed ON TIME. Brandon had his men work overtime in order to complete the job according to MY needs. I was impressed. Furthermore, Brandon visited the worksite each day and managed the entire job. The crew chief, Alberto, provided advice and color samples and supervision as well. Job done well. Mission accomplished!

We are loving our patio and walkway and every time we come home and see the travertine walkway and porch....it feels fantastic. These guys HAND carried out this entire slab in 3ft chunks because we didn't have access for any heavy equipment in our back yard. Pretty amazing. Thanks guys for a job well done.

I was very glad that I got an estimate from them because they were very good and very professional. However, we ended up going with another provider.

Very poorly. I had a ten am appointment which I came home for at 9:40. Nobody showed up and no phone call. Later I noticed a business card in the door. The estimate person must have come before the scheduled time and left the card as I was working out front the entire day. I called the office to inquire and was treated rudely. The lady said well I guess he moved on. I replied that maybe I would move on as well to which she replied " good for you" and then hung up the phone. If this is how this company treats it's customers, I am not interested. It's unfortunate for them as I have an extensive project that they will not be involved with. 5/1/2014 In regards to your response, this information is completely false. My phone has never been disconnected. As far as the representative that came out for the appointment, they should have been on time. I was waiting and they never showed. Again, this is very unprofessional.

Almost a year after I had pavers installed in my pool-area and entrance/walkway, I called Brian concerning an issue with a few pavers on the entrance walk way. He said he would send someone out to look at it and solve the problem. I was pleased when 2 workers showed up the next morning and promptly took care of the issue. I would highly recommend Ross Services for their beautiful work and for standing behind their workmanship.

Brian provided a proposal for pavers for our deck, a waterfall, and pool resurfacing. Unfortunately, my husband and I disagree on the material to be used for our pool deck, however, once we figure it out Brian will without a doubt have our business.

Using Ross Services to resurface our pool was one of the best decisions I've made as a homeowner. Gregg Ross was awesome! He gave us a great quote to resurface our pool, replace the water line tiles, install a separate vac port, install a salt chlorinator and a hand rail. His price for all this was less than most companies charge for just the resurfacing. There was no deposit required! We paid upon completion and our satisfaction. They also offered no interest financing! Gregg even threw in a frog tile for our top step since my Wife collects frogs (fake ones). The whole job was completed within 2 weeks of us giving Gregg the go ahead. I would recommend Ross Services to anyone looking for professional, quality work at a fair price.

Brian initially came very well prepared with samples and a book with pictures of his work. I had guests coming in from out of state so Brian said he would try to get it done before my guests came. He got the job done quickly and cleanly. After the pavers were down, he had the pool emptied and cleaned. My husband and I are so pleased with the work - it looks beautiful. I would definitely use Brian again and I have already recommended him to a good friend of mine who saw the back yard and loved it and asked for his number. I can't wait for my company to come!

Bryan Ross called, scheduled an appointment for an estimate, arrived punctually, discussed the product, measured the job, and acted like a man who knew his product. He pointed out the problems with my conception of the job, and pulled out an album with photographs of his work. My wife, ultimately chose the product and closed the deal. We gave him a deposit and I expected little (after experiences with other contractors). THE NEXT DAY he called (Friday) and said they were delivering the pavers and his crew would be there Monday to do the job. Unbelievable, but true. Yesterday, with an early start and an 8:00 finish, they finished the deck, a pathway to the front of the house, and the front porch. It is stunning. I have never, after living a lifetime in S. Florida, met a contractor with Bryan's enthusiasm for a contract. I can only hope that my men (elevator world) represent our company with the attitude and ability shown by Mr Ross. ADDED We continued the pavers around the other side of the house, and added some to the patio. Bryan Ross rocks.

After researching many of the companies and reviews on this site we decided to go with Ross and are very happy we did. If you are looking to get similar work done there is no need to waste your time getting multiple quotes. Brian had the best price, work was excellent and he is very responsive. I am very meticulous but could not really find any fault with the entire experience. Brian is very patient and responsive to questions and concerns. He immediately returns calls. The crew was timely and did a great job. We experienced a few chipped pavers but as soon as we pointed them put they were fixed immediately. From start to finish this company was very, very good. There is a reason he gets all these great reviews.

Would definitely use them again. The workmanship was excellent. They came when they were supposed to, finished the job quickly with attention to details. The workers cleaned up every day. Very pleased with the job. Brian even sent me pics throughout the day so I could follow progress when I was at work
