HOW DID IT GO? WITH PERFECTION AND TRUE ORGANIZATIONAL CLASS.

The job was done flawlessly. They showed up when they said they would. Finished the job when they said they would. The workmen were fantastic. I love my driveway. I would highly recommend them. Ross Service also did work on my pool and I posted a review for them also.

Joel and his team were amazing!!! I was seriously impressed with his work and professionalism. He came to our house and gave us a quote and within days we had a contract. The permits were pulled and our driveway completed within one month (weather played a part but worth the wait). Joel made sure to keep in touch with me every step of the way. I will recommend Ross Services to anyone who needs patio or driveway work. Don't waste your time with other contractors. THIS IS YOUR GUY!!!!

Everything went as planned and communication for each step was good. Justin was available by phone and text and answered all my questions. You may pay a little more but I found it was worth every dollar spent. We have received many compliments from the neighbors and passer bys.

Spoke with the "receptionist" whom I could barely understand and vice versa. It took numerous attempts to leave my contact information. It has been a week and still no return phone call. Company should hire adequate customer facing staff, otherwise they will continue to lose sales.

I scheduled an appointment with Greg from Ross Services. He called ahead, then arrived at the house on time. He was very professional and friendly but not pushy. He brought with him an ipad filled with photos of work they had performed as well as a photo album. While he measured the patio area, I browsed his work and found photos that I liked. After we met and reviewed what I had in mind, Greg took me out to his car where he had samples of travertine and pool tiles. That made it very easy for me to choose! Minutes later, I had a written proposal in my hand. After receiving several estimates, I called Ross Services to discuss more details and pricing. Greg came out to the house the next day and I signed a contract with Ross Services and gave him a deposit. Within 48 hours, they started the job! The shutters and screening were removed one day, then all of the tile and flower box were chipped up the next. By day 3, all the old tile was removed. By day 4, new tile was being placed down. Ross probably would have finished everything in 1 week, however, it rained almost every day. The entire job took only 11 days with extensive rain. Many of the workers worked into the evenings and over the weekend. Greg kept me posted every step of the way. I highly recommend Ross Services. They are very professional, pleasant, hard working, and dedicated. I was impressed with the smoothness of the entire process.

Greg came and gave me a fair estaminet , better than others I had gotten. Materials were delivered and a few days later the patio and walkway were finished exactly as I wished. The house's curb appeal is going to make a big difference.

Old Driveway removed. They have subcontractors that did all the work. The project manager did NOT have a color chart for me to look at for color of stamped cement that we were replacing it with. The SUBCONTRACTOR made sure that I FINLLY got a color chart..... The day before the driveway was to be poured. After the SLIPPERY driveway was completed...... by Ross Services standards. Meaning.... I still found the overall project unfinished because they still hadn't filled in the gullys that were along the sides from where the old driveway had been removed and the driveway was EXTREMELY slippery! I wanted to make sure all permits were at least passed and closed. The project manager was upset with me because I wanted to make sure all the subcontractors were paid by Ross Services and the permits were final before I made final payment. The project manager was extremely condescending to me throughout the entire project. When I gave him half of the final payment (because I still didn't have all the permits signed off.) He said in his usual condescending and Kurt tone..."Well, I'm not coming all the way here to get the rest of the payment! You're going to have to get it to me!" FINALLY, he managed to call to have the final inspections. (When I called for the exact same thing a year ago, it only took one day. It took him nearly a month!) I sent my final payment to the owner...because I could not stand to even be around this "project manager" any longer. Plus, I wanted to let him know that the job was not satisfactory......I wrote a letter to the owner, Brian Ross of Ross Services stating that I was still UNsatisfied with the gullys that were still dug out along the sides of the driveway. This is a HUGE hazard! I also expresses my dissatisfaction on how slippery the driveway was. (They never put a no-skid mixture in with the sealant.) I waited 2 weeks to drive on the driveway after completion to make double sure it was completely dry. The driveway is on an incline. It was so slippery that my tires spun out on it going up.....making tire tracks and tearing the brand new top coat off as I slid backwards down it. (This driveway is at my 80 year old mother's home.) The owner never even bothered to call me back. This was such an unpleasant experience. I am going to have to pay ADDITIONAL money on my brand new driveway to have the gullys along the side filled and a no-skid surface applied on top. I blame the "project manager for his incompetence and blatant rude and condesending tone. But, ultimately, the owner of he company has the last say.....after all, he hired this "project manager", and when I expresses my dissatisfaction, he did NOTHING!

Process of installation went as I was told and what imperfections came up after installation Scott did take care of when called and was prompt on phone calls and coming out. I am one of the most anal person out there and stayed on top of my installation.Being a realtor I have heard horror stories. Scott was able to keep to my expectations .

I called 3 companies to give us quotes and Ross Services was the last one we contacted. The price was right around what the other companies gave us but in fact the products that were offered by the other companies were of better quality or had better features. Greg came to our house and we showed him what we wanted. Yet he was very nice when we told him we wanted a certain travertine he said he could see if he could get us a good price but we needed to decide and sign on that day. We went ahead and signed. They started the job and my husband had some concerns that he discussed with Greg and he said don't worry about it he'll handle it. Since then we've had to call him twice to come out and fix the issue which are loose/falling tiles on the deck. The nozzles in the the pool where the water comes out keep falling off. We have broken valves on our pool pump, we purchased a heater and a new chlorinated system but now we have to replace the pool pump after spending $25,000.

My balcony looks fabulous, they did a great job. Even thru th summer rains, they kept me up to date on when it would be started, and completed it in 3 days.

First, we contacted three companies to get quotes on installing pavers at our house. The job would include removing asphalt and then paving our circular drive and an additional large area driveway as well as a concrete carport which we also wanted paved. We received three comparable price quotes but varying ideas on how to pave the concrete carport plus the rapport that we developed with Scott at Ross Services, it was the company we wanted to handle our huge project. Scott discussed with us and compared installing pavers vs. stamped concrete, and he told us that his staff who install pavers were truly artists and neat and conscientious and the price was almost the same as stamped concrete. We elected to have pavers installed and we are so glad we did. I was confident that Scott would communicate updates on the project in a timely manner and allow us to raise any issues or concerns which would be addressed promptly. Scott showed us the various design styles book and left it for us to keep. He then patiently provided several paver samples in 2 different deliveries. When we could not make up our mind, we decided to have one more design delivered. After receiving it, Scott stopped by and we all agreed that it was the one to use. Next was dealing with delivery of the pavers as well as the rainy wet weather in late May and early June. We were hoping to finish the project before leaving on a 2-week vacation, but trusted Scott enough to make it happen before we returned. Of course, being a control-freak at times, I texted Scott to get an update every few days and he promptly assured me on two occasions that he had it under control and they were doing an excellent job. Returning home to the gorgeous magic they had created made us extremely happy. We discovered a week after returning that a few pavers along the lip of the concrete had cracked and we also wanted to lift pavers on both sides of the circular drive that are in the swales because too much rain water was collecting. Scott promptly had the artists come back to solve both issues and actually had Ross Services split the additional cost for raising the pavers. Thanks Scott for doing such a great job of coordinating this huge project. You represent extremely well a company with SERVICE in its name. Oh and thanks to Angie's List, we received a $500 discount on this project too!

Ross Services totally backed up their work. They quickly came to the residence whenever there was a problem, and tried their very best to solve the issues, and to make sure I, the homeowner was satisfied. The owner, Mr. Ross, is always available, and any homeowner will quickly realize that he takes pride in his work, and wants to please his customers. I would hire him again, if need be. There is a great deal of satisfaction in knowing that Mr. Ross will not desert you.

Greg was very personable. He spent a lot of time answering all of my wife's questions. She had a lot. We received quotes from 4 companies. His quote was right in line with the others. 12 months 0% financing is a great option. We were out of the country when most of the work was being done. Greg text and emailed us pictures of the progress. My wife actually made several mid course changes via text!!! Some were major changes, like expanding the deck. I was really amazed when we got home and everything was completed, just as we requested !!!l His team is very punctual and hard working (the days we were there). They seemed to work very well as a team. Very efficient. We have already referred this company to friends.

Excellent! Ross Services was our highest estimate for a new driveway but we liked their plan, including laying of capped PVC pipe under driveway for future cable/underground wires or whatever is needed in the future. Everything was included in the price from removal of sidewalk sections, asphalt drive, permits, concrete and cleanup. Estimate and plan were thorough and professional. Joel answered our questions. The crews were the best and they have worked together for years! They were meticulous and very careful in their work to have everything done right. They were very conscientious from working magic with the concrete, to staining it and stamping the pattern. We were impressed when the concrete was being poured and formed that no one on the crew obviously gave orders. The crew has worked together for years and they knew what to do, how and when to do what needed to be done. The result is a beautiful driveway. We're very pleased. The colors are great and really frame our home. For outstanding professional results, hire Ross Services.

Scheduled a meeting to give us an estimate. After we discussed the job he told me that we'd have an estimate in our email the following day. Two days passed - no estimate. I called the representative to ask about the estimate. He apologized for not sending it and told me he would send it that evening. He never sent the estimate.

Scott was great from day one. Scott stayed in contact with us letting us know where we were in the process. He was easy to contact via cell phone or texting. All of Scott's support help were wonderful as well. The finished product was exactly what we'd hoped it would be.

Brian is very professional and their entire crew is very courteous and professional. They were very punctual and performed a quality job.

First of all, Brian Ross, agreed to come out to our house on a Saturday morning just to give an estimate and show us pictures. It was so nice for him to offer a Saturday morning so that both my husband and I could be there at the same time. We discussed it over the weekend and I called Brian on Monday to tell him we wanted to go ahead with the project. He came back out a second time to meet with me, confirm what we wanted, sign the contract and put down a deposit. Then the work started. His people were very nice and it was done in about a 2 weeks. (there was a lot of rain or it probably would've been faster). He keep very good communication with me with either calls or texts so I always knew where we were in the process and if he needed anything from me. He then called me at the end when they were doing the color so I could look at it and make any adjustments ( I wanted more blue color than orange) and they accommodated me. Overall, we love it. It looks great. The service was convenient, communication was good the entire time, end result was great. Thanks Brian! :)

Was good to do business with. While the quote was higher than what I was planning on spending, I would not hesitate to call Ross back and look for another estimate in the future.

I have waited to write this review in case something went wrong after the installation was made. Nothing has gone wrong and the new driveway looks great. I chose Ross Services based on the amount of driveways they have replaced in my neighborhood.

I called Ross on Monday, they came out the next morning (Tuesday) for an estimate, we signed the contract on the spot. Pavers we're delivered on Wednesday, and job was completed by Thursday afternoon. It doesn't get any better then this.

Mike was great and knew what he was talking about. Our stumbling block right now is that we would like to go top of the line but can not afford to do that at this time.

Brian and his crew from start to finish were top notch. I think from the time Brian came over for the estimate to the time the job was completed was less than 2 weeks. I was a little unsure about placing the travertine over top of the old stuff, but after having it explained to me I was fine with it. I had just a few very minor issues that were fixed right away. Highly recommend them, and have zero complaints.

My pool was 14 years old and needed to be drained and acid washed the resurfaced. The did a wonderful job. My pool looks wonderful. They came when they said they would. The number of days they told me it would take to complete the job was correct. All the men were polite, and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend this company.
