Dominic came out and showed me how they could could widen my driveway and make the patio and stoop in one design. IT LOOKS AMAZING! While the quote that I got was not the cheapest the work speaks for itself; it is gorgeous. I have received so many compliments and have given out the company information to several people! Thank you so much!!

The most lengthy part of the job was getting the permit done. The job went well overall. There were a few hangups (as to be expected on big jobs) but our salesman Joel was always on top of things. I am a stickler for details and my wife is even more so. So as the job was being completed and we saw different imperfections Joel did not hesitate at all to have them all corrected. I had heard many horror stories about contractors taking people money and not finishing up or leaving a customer with a crap quality product and service. So, I was apprehensive when at first expecting Ross Services to correct a few mistakes that were made. But true to the personality that he presents when we first met, Joel was on it right away. I had never had any job done at any point in my life that was costing me as much as this was costing so i expected perfection from the get go and that is not reality. Things always come up or happen that is out of anyone's control, like rain or sickness or death. The thing that sets these guys apart is that they are there throughout until completion. If something is not to your liking they will fix it. We would definitely use them again. Not because of the price because we really could have done better, but there was no way we were going to get the quality and customer service that we received going with with these guys. Thoroughly satisfied.

Ross Services did a great job promptly and with great communication and project management. Contracted on a Saturday and everything was done by the following Thursday. Look forward to using them for another project in our front yard soon!

My swiming pool is 25 years old and had never been resurfaced. Needless to say; it was time. From the first phone call to the finished product; my experience with Ross Services was exemplary. Brian ( owner) and Brandon (my service provider) were a pleasure to deal with. Professional, quick response time and the whole job was completed in 4.5 days. Results are beautiful. I can not emphasize how impressed and pleased I am to have had what could have been a harrowing experience ( Hello it's South Florida) turn out so well.. Ross deserves; at least from this consumers' experience all the superlatives you will see on this site. By the way; they back their work unconditionally.

We went with Ross Services because the sales rep. was nice and very approachable. That all changed when the work started on the deck. The demolition was a horrible mess. Concrete was splattered on all of the exterior walls surrounding the pool and on a good portion of the wood fence. This could have been avoided had they done some prep work by covering these areas with some plastic or vinyl covering. I was told the mess would be cleaned up as if they were never there. They did come in with a pressure washer that took the paint off of the walls and stain off of the fence. We had to paint the entire exterior walls around this area.The next thing was the laying of the pavers. The pieces that were cut for the corners around the pool were cut as small as pebbles and just stuck into the ground. I could pull them out with my fingers. That had to be redone. I couldn't open by back door because pavers were set too high. This entire area had to be redone. In another area there was a section that pavers collapsed because there wasn't enough sand under the pavers. That had to be redone. Then a different crew came in to refinish the pool. They were draining the pool into my neighbors yard. My neighbor told one of the guys and he yelled at my neighbor. They drug my hose from side of property to backyard damages the container that held the hose. They never put hose back after use. During the entire renovation the sales rep. from Ross Services appeared only for a few minutes while the crews were working. After work was complete Ross Services hired a pool company to maintain the pool during the first month called the "start up". They guy from the pool company broke a part on the pool equipment. Never told us about it. Needless to say nobody offered to have repaired or replaced. Shortly after we noticed the water level in the pool was getting unusually low on a daily basis. Contacted the rep. from Ross Services and he called out a leak detection company. They said there wasn't a leak. By the end of January 2015 we noticed the pool was losing water more rapidly. We conducted the "bucket test" to show how much water we were losing on a daily basis. Once again, contacted the rep. from Ross Services. After going round and round with him he called the same leak detectors only to get put off. At this point we were losing 4"-5" within a (2) day period. We decided to take things into our own hands and hired another leak detecting company. When they came out they found a leak in the drain at the bottom of the pool. The leak stopped after a temporary seal was installed. We were told it needed to be permanently fixed or the leak would start again. I contacted the rep. from Ross Services and told him what we did and what was told to us. He offered to reimburse us for the cost of the temporary repair. We, also, discussed that when the water got warmer he would have someone take care of the permanent fix. I contacted the rep. from Ross Services at the end of April 2015 and reminded him about the permanent fix. He asked me if it was leaking. I told him it wasn't . Have heard nothing after that. I guess we will have to get someone to fix the problem ourselves. At the same time we were noticing dimples at the bottom of the pool. I was told the finish is covered under warranty and I needed to call the rep. with Florida Gem. I did so and was told he needed to call Ross Services. Rep. from Florida Gem came out and stated it was calcium build up and poured some powder in the pool and brushed over the dimples. At the end of April 2015 the dimples came back. Called the rep. from Florida Gem and he told me I had to contact Ross Services. I did so and the rep. said it was covered under warranty and he would contact the rep. from Florida Gem. Still waiting on a telephone call as to who and how the problem is going to be addressed. He, also, tried to blame my pool company for not having the chemical level correct that's why the dimples are there. This problem started while his pool company was maintaining the pool upon "start up" so the problem is still his responsibility. Bottom line is Ross Services does not have any employees that perform the work. They hire extremely inferior companies that are only concerned with getting the work done quickly. Quality does not play a part what so ever. All I want is reimbursement once we have the leak permanently fixed and the bottom surface of the pool properly taken care of.

What can I say? The job Ross did on my pool and patio was more beautiful than I expected. Brian (the owner) took his time explaining all the options. Never felt pressured. Was exact in terms of start and finish times. Was able to provide me with great (zero percent) financing. But most importantly, the workmanship on both the patio and the pool was extraordinary. My backyard was transformed to a paradise. The work was so impressive, that my neighbor hired Ross 2 weeks later to do his patio and pool. Thanks Brian for the great job. More than happy to leave a great review!

Brian showed up on time to give us a quote. He came prepared with samples and photos. He was very patient with us as we decided on what colors and styles we wanted and answered all our questions. Brian worked with our budget and gave a great price. He called us when he said he would and told us when he was able to start. His crew showed up around 9 and worked till 7 the first day, nonstop. They even took turns eating lunch so that someone was working all day. The next day, they showed up at 8:30 and worked till 6. Brian sent me pictures the first day to show progress. He came by the second day to see if we were happy with everything and if we had an concerns or questions. The next day, Saturday, another crew showed up to prep the surface for Diamond Brite. The pool and patio was finished by Monday afternoon. 4 days total. Brian stayed in touch with us daily to make sure we were happy with progress. We found 2 broken pavers and he replaced them. Also, he provided pool service for the first few weeks because the pool needed special attention to get it where it should be. We were very happy with the service Brian provided. I wish all contractors would be as diligent and professional as Brian Ross. We will recommend him to our friends and hire him for any future projects. He has a great work ethic which is rare in South Florida.

Scott was great and was on top of the project every step of the way. The result was beautiful and we get complements from all the neighbors. We could not be happier and would recommend in a minute.

The job went great. Everyone had their piece of the job to perform and it seemlessly. Rain delay was the only hold-up. The tile guy (I think his name is mauricio) is Class A! The guy really takes pride in his work. That's what you want from someone when you're shelling out a lot of money. Would definitely use them again...and actually will be soon since I have hired them to install my circular drive.

Ross services was contracted and wrapped up with job within a 3 day period. Very efficient without lacking in quality.

We could not be happier. Ross Services was not only the best in price but also had wonderful workers who performed well and showed up to do their jobs. Greg is an awesome individual and we were very happy to work with him. He took everyone of our calls and answered our questions; we never felt ignored by Greg. This was a big expense for us but a long over due one. It only adds value to the home! We are very pleased with our decision to trust Greg and Ross Services with our home. We strongly recommend them.

Brian Ross answered my original call and came out personally to give us an estimate. He was on time, very knowledgable and overall just a really nice guy. We weren't sure what we wanted to do and Brian gave us great suggestions for both our back patio and front walkway. He prepared the quote very quickly and came in under other quotes we had gotten. He gave us a start date and said that he'd have it done in about a week. I have to say that I thought that was an ambitious and possibly unrealistic goal but, true to his word, it was done within a week of when they started. Brian was on site often during the week and was very easy to get in touch with when questions came up. His crew was polite, very skilled, and left the job super clean. We were thrilled with every aspect! After the job was done we realized that the electrical outlets on the patio extension were a little off from where they needed to be to accommodate the kitchen that was being delivered in two days! We panicked and called Brian. He had his electrician out at our house the next day to make the correction! It is rare these days to find someone who truly understands customer service AND does excellent work. I would recommend Brian Ross Services to any one. In fact, my brother just had his patio extended and loved Brian's work as well.

The work was done in an efficient and timely manner. The owner and all workers were extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. Mr. Ross checked on his crews twice each day. Furthermore, we have a large shutter that encloses the entire patio. Since the patio and pool deck is now on one level, they removed the shutter and track and then replaced the shutter on the side of the house and made the track removable to be placed when a storm is coming. The patio and pool looks great and the contractor has a pool service to monitor it for a month from completion. This entire job was done in 10 days from start to finish with all crews on time and schedule. All debris was removed. This was a challenging job that Ross services made into a pleasant experience!

My concrete patio deck had seen it's better days plus the pool needed to be resurfaced. I looked for a company who does these things and chose Ross Services due to them having numerous positive reviews on Angie's List. Now that everything has been done, I feel I chose the best company for the job. Brian Ross, the owner, came to my house for an initial consultations and I took an immediate liking to him. For this reason and because the quote for the job seemed so reasonable, I didn't even bother getting other quotes. His work crew started on Wednesday, February 11th and were all finished by Monday, the 16th. Brian kept me informed every step of the way and made frequent visits to my house to check on the progress of the work. Both the deck and the pool looked absolutely beautiful once the job was done. I also want to add that Brian is very quick to return text messages and when I called he always answered. My calls never went to voice-mail, not even once. I also plan on having him put down pavers in my driveway in the next few years. I highly recommend Ross Services.

I contacted four A rated companies from Angie's List for estimates. One company failed to call me back and another didn't even show up after making an appointment. The owner of Ross Services called me directly to schedule the appointment and his son Greg showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Their quote was 1K less than the other quote so I decided to go with them. Once the contract was signed, which was on a Thursday, all the materials were delivered on Saturday. The job started on Monday and was complete by the end of the week! I've never seen a crew work so hard and diligently. Greg showed up several times to ensure everything was going smoothly and the finished product truly exceeded our expectations. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them again.

Job went incredibly fast. Brian Ross called three days before the were originally scheduled and asked if the could start early. At the start Brian said it would take about two weeks. In the end it took a week and a day. They worked until 7:30 one evening and all day Saturday. The pool looks incredible

Based on Angie's List reviews, we contacted Ross Services about replacing a 30 year old concrete block patio with pavers. Shortly after calling, Brandon, who would be the project manager, returned our call and subsequently met with my wife and me. Brandon was very knowledgeable and suggested a number of different options and referred us to the Web site of the paver manufacturer they use. After my wife and I decided on a type and pattern of pavers, Brandon met with us again and provided us an estimate which was very reasonable. We hired him. It took about two weeks for the pavers to come in and the job happened the next day. The crew was very skilled and efficient and completed the work in less than a day. Brandon spent a lot of time answering our questions about how to maintain the patio. (They also have an excellent guarantee.) The new pavers look fantastic. A neighbor had hers done recently by another contractor and the patio floods after every rain. Not ours. Highly recommended.

Awesome and quick Justin was excellent at explaining what to expect during the job and after the job was done he was thorough in explaining how to care for the pool during first month I went by the job while the Sandblaster was working he was great at letting me know how the pool condition looked and also the next day I was present and surprised when the guy from Ross came to check on the sandblast job to ensure a good job was done before they were to start the diamond brite the next day pool looks great ! Ross is an excellent company to do business with. The pool looks 100% better than it did when it was new. We found the employees to be friendly, honest, hardworking, reliable and conscientious about their work. In addition they are more than happy to answer questions that you might have. The pool looks fantastic. We highly recommend Ross. We couldn't be more satisfied.

I would not recommend using this company unless you want a poor job and agreviagtion. to the copper.

We had a wonderful experience with Ross services. They were always accommodating and professional.

Signed contract 8/25/2024 and made a deposit. Waited until end of October before permit was approved. Excavation was done there about but concrete was not poured until November 11, 2014. Waiting on drying and sealing due to rain. Finally passes inspection on 11/25/2014. Need a little more sod and verification that sprinklers are functional.

We worked with Mr Joel Borden and everything that was in our contract was accomplished. It was a pleasure to work with Joel. He was always there to answer our questions and resolve any issues. His professionalism and punctuality is greatly appreciated. The installers did a good job and the material was of great quality. We are enjoying our beautiful pool deck and driveway.

Every single person that he had come out here were very professional and courteous. They all did a great job. I would highly recommend them. Brian was very quick with follow up calls and coming out for an estimate.
