Description of Work: Sanded pavers to my concrete patio and front porch/front walkway, new pool travertine coping, new pool light, skimmer and bottom drain cover, new accent tiles and diamond bright finish.... started on time, finished in record time ,,,we could not be more satisfied with this company...have already given their name to a couple of friends looking to do work...

Description of Work: Well we have had some difficulty in getting this job done and done correctly, but they are committed to making it right. We have had the job redone twice already and the paint is still peeling off of our driveway from our tires. We are going to try one more thing this time to get it right. But this is now about 8 months post hiring them to complete this job, between weather and permits and waiting lists and now problems with the work, it has definitely been much more problematic than we expected. Also, the final inspection was never done because Ross Services did not contact the City holding our permitting fees for 2 months longer than needed.

Description of Work: They extended the driveway to the left, and then textured and colored it all with a random style. They sub-contracted it out to non-english speaking laborers. They were supposed to come out and show us the colors before we left for a trip which allowed them to work freely on the driveway. The workers stopped answering the phone after missing 3 appointments to come out! They showed up while we were gone and finished everything (except the strip by the garage door, which looks a bit silly). |Scott was good, the crew was not. The neighbors love it... Honestly it looks good, but there are a couple of mistakes like the strip by the garage, etc. Which is the danger of having it done when we were not home. Scott promised to make it right. We are waiting for our next trip out of town (we can't really go 3 days with 3 cars not using the driveway... we are in and out all day). |Also, despite the coating, the driveway is no longer slippery when wet. We have a steep driveway, and this is helpful. I really wish the crew was better so we could give a better rating!

Description of Work: Replaced a wooden pool deck with beautiful travertine marble, installed a waterfall, new pump and salt system. Refinished the pool with Diamond Brite and beautiful glass tiles.

Description of Work: Very responsive. Willing to give a significant discount. I was a little disappointed that they left a stain on the pool floor, but I have to redo the floor anyway because it's in bad shape, so I'm not overly concerned about it.

Description of Work: Provider was not willing to come to my area as the job was not big enough. Kind of disappointing as I was counting on the service. However Brian was extremely responsive, very professional and based on the Angie's list ratings does great work. Apparently my job was just not worth the time which I do understand time is money. I also appreciate the fact Brian was upfront with me about this. I would try Brian again down the road of I had a job that was big enough.

Description of Work: Brandon was our contact and he was fantastic. He was very responsive and professional. We had euro-tile done on our patio and diamond brite in the pool. We have three dogs and the patio crew was trying their best to get the patio done as quickly as possible because we were unable to let the dogs into the backyard while they were working. The patio crew had an issue with one section of our patio where they walked on it too soon and left footprints embedded all over. I assumed they would see them and fix it but they painted right over them. I reached out to Brandon and he had them come back out and fix it. The pool crew came out and started the diamond brite but then there was a mix up for scheduling so they didn't return for a couple of days. Unfortunately, when they were finished with the pool the the new patio was damaged (unavoidable really) so the patio crew had to come back out. We also replaced our pool light with the color changing LED which is amazing, love love love it! All of the workers were friendly and would clean up when they were finished. Overall we are satisfied with the work and are happy with the service provided. Brandon was very insistent on us being happy with the end product and would have had the crew come back as many times as necessary to make it right.

Description of Work: Contacted Ross services about expanding my patio and covering the finished product with brick pavers. Scott Gabriel immediately called me to schedule an appointment. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He assisted me in deciding what pavers and color would best match our home. Once my homeowner's association approved the work, Scott had a team of guys at my house and completed my patio in one day!!! Hats off to Ross Services for having valuable employees like Scott!!!

Description of Work: They refinished the surface of my pool, installed a marble deck and all new tile, and fixed 2 leaks. They totally transformed my pool and deck in four days. I have 1500 sq ft of decking and they work quickly.They come with a army of people and never stop working. They show up when they tell you and answer all questions and concerns. They were about half of the other quotes I received. I recommeded them to my son who is in the process of doing the same thing to his pool. I will continue to recommend them in the future.

Description of Work: Contacted Brian early in the week and the job was done by Friday. Brian brought samples and gave some suggestions for the walkway entrance and porch to be repaved. The workmanship is excellent, looks beautiful. I do think the price was high, considering the work took 1/2 day to complete and the materials used were pavers. The $5oo coupon posted on line was never mentioned. I am considering repaving my pool area and would definitely use Ross Services again, however I would spend more time researching cost.

Description of Work: 100% disappointed in their approach to provide a quote and also to answer legitimate questions. 1st time they came out months ago I requested a quote for a stamped driveway. I was given a business card with a price which is not very professional to begin with. Is the company too busy to write a detailed quote??? I gave them a call a few months later to give them another try and basically they blew me off on the phone saying they already gave me a quote and to go shop around then call them last. I actually had to convince them to come out to provide me with a quote because this time it was to perform a complete tear out of a driveway and re pour new concrete. They finally sent out a rep named david manning who said would provide me with quote if i would be willing to give him a 30% deposit. I said no but i still wanted a written quote and I had to convince him to do it. He kept asking me for a check to secure the deal. I said no and asked him additional questions. Asked him if they use sub contractors and he finally admitted to it and he said everyone uses sub contractors which I know is not true. I didn't feel comfortable with his sales pitch and his aggressive tactic to get me to write a check. So I never signed a contract A couple of weeks later he called to follow up and again I asked him about the sub contractors. He said what is your big concern with sub contractors? I said I want to make sure that I know who they are, how reputable the sub is and how often they work with them. He said well I guess we are not the company for you and hung up on me. Basically they will take my money but I am not allowed to ask them legitimate questions concerning work that will be done in the front of my home. I actually called him back trying to explain my position and he said he yelled at me saying he was too busy for this again he simply hung up the phone on me. word of warning to anyone. Find out if if any company has subcontractors and have them provide you with their information. It is your responsibility to interview anyone that will perform any type of work. You need to verify the sub's license, insurance and of their of course their work history. Otherwise you could end up with poor work, an insurance liability, or even liens from the sub if they are not paid by the general contractor.
