Terrible. I hired this company and unfortunately it took over a month to complete the job and each time I had to reach out to them to finish it. One appliance they could not fix and refunded the deposit, the second appliance was fixed but reverrts back with program error codes that prevents use now, and the third appliance they replaced the hinges but it does not close and the light stays on which was the origional issue, and the 4th appliance they cannot fix because he does not have the proper tools to remove the compressor to get behind it. When I bringup the issues of the appliance revirting back to origional state this is their response. Mind you today is 3/2/2020: "Good Morning Mrs Hamilton, I reviewed the video and am sorry that you're experiencing an issue. The parts were ordered in February of 2019 and have a 1 year manufacturer (whirlpool) warranty which has now expired, so at this time we wouldnt have any recourse as far as replacement for them. As Mrs [Member Name Removed] has stated, there is not a lot that we can do for her at this time. Our company worked on four units for Mrs [Member Name Removed] starting on February 6, 2019. Refrigerator 2 wall ovens Dishwasher As stated, we were unable to complete the refrigerator job because in front of where the part needed to be installed was a compressor which was bolted into the frame of the refrigerator. These bolts were so rusted that the technician was not able to remove them. This equipment sits in extremely tight quarters and we were not able to get any type of bolt cutters or saws in to cut these bolts free without possibly damaging the space or components. As damage to the customers equiptment was our primary concern, the decision was made not to continue with the repair. Situation was explained and shown to customer and money for this repair was refunded Wall oven 1. 2 hinges were replaced on February 10, 2019. The customer contacted me via email on March 3, 2020. This is 13 months after the repair was completed. The Whirlpool manufacturer warranty for parts is 12 mths which is now past. While I'm sorry that Mrs. [Member Name Removed] is having an issue, we can only assist if contacted in a timely manner. At 13 mths all courses of action are closed to us at this time. Oven 2- When Mrs [Member Name Removed] contacted me she did not mention any issues with this unit. She didnt mention this unit at all until her 3rd email, and with no proof of issue. A blower fan motor was installed on this unit in April of 2019. It has been 11 months since this repair was completed. At this time the part is still under warranty for one more month. This was told to Mrs [Member Name Removed]. The labor would be the customers responsibility. Our labor warranty is 90 days. This is clearly stated on the invoice that Mrs [Member Name Removed] received. 90 days is a standard labor warranty in our industry. We also told Mrs [Member Name Removed] that we could provide another tech with the warranty information is she preferred. Im sorry Mrs [Member Name Removed] is experiencing issues but she did not communicate in time.

I'm grinding my teeth as I take a break from taking dishes out of my still not working dishwasher that was seen by a Premier Appliance repair person just two days ago. He was polite and seemed to be doing his best when he shared that everything checked out fine and that there would just be a maintenance charge for checking the heating element, fuse, and cleaning an outlet hose. Yes, it was running when he turned it on but I explained that it did so only intermittently and that it didn't dry (this has been going on for months). I pressed him that I didn't think this was just a maintenance issue. He suggested that our problem might be how we placed the dishes in the dishwasher and told me that the heating element and fuse checked out. Apparently, the fact that it washed only occasionally and never dried was possibly in my imagination. Only when I pressed him further did he suggest that it might be a control board but that I wouldn't "want to go there". He further explained that the control board couldn't be tested (this is apparently true). I pressed him to see what the control panel would cost and he eventually found one through his phone for $116 and asked if I wanted to replace it? Still, he did all he could to convince me that the maintenance would fix things. Pretty sure I didn't want to pay a $75 repair charge on top of the $50 I already paid to be told that I actually didn't have a broken dishwasher, I chose not to. I called Tonya at Premier Appliance and she explained that if everything checks out on a dishwasher then suggesting a part would amount to pushing me into a purchase I might not need. I called another appliance place listed highly by Angie's List and they agreed that a control panel couldn't be tested but they also told me that they would be able to assess if the need of a panel would be likely. I'm pretty handy and am always reluctant to call for a repair that I might be able to do myself so I am always reticent to call in a "professional". I now feel my reluctance was well placed. Anyway, I guess it is time to stop my rant and go back to cleaning the dishes of my large family by hand.

While I understand Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s frustrations, we are not able to help him further as he told us not to send a technician out to look at the unit again. When the technician went to perform the diagnostics, the unit was working as it should. All diagnostics from the control board came back as negative for any issues and the unit cycled as it should. The tech discussed his findings with Mr. [Member Name Removed] who told the technician that the issues are intermittent. The technician advised the customer that typically this is an electrical problem with the control board but that unfortunately there is no specific testing for INTERMITTENT issues. The technician let Mr. [Member Name Removed] know that if the issues persist the control board would need to be replaced. The technician did show the customer the part. The technician did not recommend immediate replacement since no problems were found by him during inspection. Mr. [Member Name Removed] called the office and was apparently upset that the technician did not try to sell him a part even though NO problem was found.

I called them Thursday and by Friday morning they came to my house and fixed the problem. it was a sensor that went bad and was not heating up the clothes. I called 3 companies before calling premier and they were the only ones that were able to come the next day. they were fast, clean and best of all price adequate. I will definitely use them again and I will tell my friends and family about them. 100% recommended.

It was great!! A very polite gentlemen came to my house, who knew what he was doing!! Also they were very reasonable when it came to money!!! Much cheaper than having to buy a new washer!!! Would most definitely call again if I need them!!! A+++++++
