These folks were awesome! They confirmed their time via phone, arrrived on time, cleaned up and did an amazing job. I will recommend them to everyone.

They were on time and able to get the job done quickly. However, two things I asked for - door knocker/peephole and mitered corners on the brick-mould - they were unable to provide or perform, and I didn't learn of both these until the work was already underway.

Scheduling the service was fast & easy. Cost was initially a bit higher than anticipated, but they worked with me onsite to figure out a better price. My job was very small (installation of a keypad door lock, deadbolt, hole fill on a metal door & a quick toilet pump fix). Including parts & labor the total cost was $150 & took him about an hour just to give people a gauge. Overall I am satisfied with the installation of the lockset & the toilet fix. The hole that was filled is not flush & when repainted it doesnt look great. Not sure what could have been done differently. All in all it was a positive experience & I would use them again.

They are nice people. They have fair pricing. They did what they said they would do when they agreed to do it. They did the work well with pride in their workmanship. Very rare find. I'm a retired Florida Building official who supervised a staff of 58 employees involved in municipal building inspection and life safety services and I can tell you that these folks earned my respect and trust.
