They started and finished on time, kept the mess to a minimum, were personable and easy to work with, and did mostly high-quality work. They are more like 4 1/2 stars. If not for the cracked piece of lumber in one shelf in the bookcase, and a mediocre painting job, I would give them 5 stars. Regardless, I plan to use them again and again over the next few years.

I received a telephone call back from them the next business day after my request. They came out the following day to do a no cost estimate of the repair work (fixing a broken window crank). They knew exactly what part was needed. They offered to tell me the part and how to fix it without any obligation for them to do the job. I decided to let them do the repair job. They went to Home Depot, picked up the necessary part, and returned to my residence. Within 30 minutes, the job was completed. They did not ask me for any money to purchase the part prior to going which I also thought was very commendable. The price for the job was good.

He was very professional, very interested in what I wanted and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I already recommended him to several friends.

The job was a little pricey for being a small project that took just 2 hours to complete, but was done on time and to my satisfaction. I didn't get three handyman's choices to pick from, but I was pleased with the result.

They provided excellent service. I LOVE my new laminate floors!!! They pulled up the molding and reset it over the hardwood instead of adding quarter round. They were very friendly and professional. Best of all.... they finished the project on schedule! I have had so many compliments on my new floors. I definitely recommend Home Repair Specialist.
