 + -1 morePerfectly. I scheduled an appointment and they had a slot open a day earlier. The rep called and we moved the time one day earlier. Tech was on time and called 30 minutes before arriving. Checked over the operation of the garage door, lubed all hinges and checked operation of the chain drive opener. Was professional, courteous and informative. Now I know when my garage door main spring will need to be replaced thanks to his helpful tip!
