Very nice gentleman. I would say his craft is best suited for manual doors, not electric. He squirted some lubricant on some areas and gave one spring half a twist and that was it. He did not seem to know much about automatic systems and also thought my hurricane garage door was missing a bar. When I called the installer they reiterated that the door was indeed designed that way, and installed according to manufacturer specifications. This led me to feel that the gentleman doing the tune up seemed a bit dated in his knowledge base. He also struck up a conversation with my neighbor while doing my work and I feel that he should have focused on me (customer) as I was the one who was paying him. So overall a pleasant person but average work and average quality.

Called at 10 am--Wayne was here at 12:20 pm--He was very efficient, reasonable and did an excellent job.

Very nice repairman. Very helpful and honest.

After I purchased the deal I read the reviews and saw they are no longer working with Angie's list, so I requested a refund.

Arrived early, knew his job, did all that was needed.

Wayne called me and came as scheduled. Very nice gentleman. He also checked out my remote and changed the battery and walked across the street to show me range. He did not accept by offer of water. I asked him for business cards to give to my neighbors.

I called to set-up an appointment and he asked where I lived. He said he was on another job and could be here in about 11/2 hour. He showed up and went to work. He really knows his job.

Arrived early explained what he was going to do. He had my spring replaced in under 1-hour.

The company told me that they are no longer working with Angie's List and I would need to call and get a refund. The guy was very nice and very cooperative. He was very apologetic when giving me this news as well.

It turned out okay

The garage door is two car width 8 foot tall hurricane reinforced - very heavy door. The service rep showed up exactly on time (actually early). He came with absolutely everything needed for the tune up plus any maintenance or repairs that were needed. He took his time and explained everything he was doing and why - good for me to take care of things on my own. Spending time with him was like a crash course in garage door maintenance and repair. He checked the balance and made several adjustments, lubed what needed to be lubed. Now my garage door opens and closes smoother and much more quietly. Money well spent. And this will definitely be who I call for any future help I need with my garage doors.

So impressed with the professionalism of this company's owner, Wayne. Punctual, called ahead, explained in detail problem and how he would resolve it and was reasonable. He is an example as to how all companies should perform.
