 + -1 moreHe could have easily charged the normal visit fee as expected. but as he was unable to do the repair, he refused to charge me.
Description of Work: I was not charged for the visit, since he could not do the work. He did recommend I contact the manufactorer for the issue.

Description of Work: A & B Appliance came out eight or nine months ago and looked at my washing machine. They took it apart and told me to get rid of it.

 + -1 moreWe noticed our fridge was dead at 1:45 p.m. on a Saturday. No one else could come til Monday, but A&B not only was able to come to our house the same day, but they had it fixed by 6:00 p.m. The technician who did the job was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He showed us where the back of the fridge was scorched from the switch blowing and showed me that the compressor wasn't running. By fixing it so quickly, they saved quite a few dollars on food we were able to save. I would definitely recommend them. I can't really comment on the price since we didn't get any other estimates under the circumstances. Wasn't cheap, but it was great to get it fixed the same day.
Description of Work: Replaced main control board. Relay switch blew, board wasn't working, so compressor wasn't working.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS TERRIBLY INEPT AND NO MATTER WHAT THEY DID COULD NOT FIX MY PROBLEM. THEY BLAMED IT ON THE ELECTRICIANS. THE ELECTRICIANS CAME OUT AND STILL COULDN'T FIX MY EXHAUST FAN. I FELT THEY WERE LAZY AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPAIR THE EXHAUST FAN IN THE HOOD OVER MY OVEN.
