+ -1 moreThey picked up the two rugs and explained their process, timeline and price. When the rugs were cleaned, we were invited to view the rugs at their processing facility before they delivered them to our home. They did a great job!

I was very pleased with the job, and I would use them again. I thought the price was very reasonable. They were here when they said they were going to be, and that was just awesome.
