TERRIBLE. My contractor hired the cheapest and most unqualified company he could find. Sloppy, screws that went to nowhere, extremely long and short overhangs of gutter (2 feet plus on one end and 8" too short on the other end. It actually looks like someone had their eyes closed and just slapped up the gutters and downspouts. One downspout ran about 3 feet and into the gate path in my backyard...talk about a trip hazard!! This "work" was totally subpar. I contacted the owner after his crew RACED through throwing up the gutters to tell him there were serious problems...he came out and ran his mouth the whole time and made excuses and wouldn't listen to me....probably because he was clearly drunk and the cologne he used to try to mask it was even worse...reaked! He said he would send his crew back to fix the problems. Second "attempt" to correct their mess was also a failure. I had to call him back again and same old song and dance. I gave up. They simply are not capable. Now, I have leaky, crooked, messy gutters and will just hire someone on my own. I don't trust anyone anymore.

There was an initial communication error on their side, but everything was resolved and done within the same week. They provided some additional parts I needed to hook up rain barrel at no cost.

When I decided to get gutters installed, I reached out to several companies for quotes. Waterhawk Gutters was the only one that responded right away and provided me with a timely quote, impressing me from the very beginning. Although they were not the cheapest quote, I was impressed with how they did the quote: they took the time to view the property in the rain and called me to discuss what they found and different ways it could be addressed. We scheduled an installation date two weeks after the quote was done and they called to confirm it the day before the installation. I came home from work to find beautifully installed gutters, complete with a great color match to my house. I taped payment to my front door and they came to collect it after I had confirmed I was pleased with the job. I didn't have to take any time off work - they just showed up when asked and completed their work to excellent standards. I am so impressed with their courteous nature, quick response times, and excellent work. I recommend Waterhawk Gutters LLC completely!

Went very well. All were professional and concerned with my requirements. Punctual but showed up a day early which could have been a problem had the job been larger, but they were done in approx 40 minutes.

The craftmanship of going around beams on our wrap around porch looked great. The color of the gutters and down spouts match the color of our house. The crew worked fast and did a great job.There was no pressure after the initial visit to give us a price quote. I would recommend them again.

Went great. Owner came by, gave me a price, and scheduled the work. They arrived and did the work quickly, efficiently, and as quietly as it's possible to do something like this. A hundred feet of gutter doesn't sound like a lot, but they worked almost a full day, and they didn't waste any time. Even removing the old gutters was non-trivial in some places. One of the downspouts required some creative routing to reach the drain, and the result looks great. Gutters have been working well ever since.

Estimate was a little off which led to an increase in price but not too much (only negative). Price was in the middle of 2 other estimates but the lower priced company had a problem with communication and I did not trust them to complete the job. They were punctual and professional and were efficient and cleaned up after themselves well.

I was so impressed that the very first thing the men did was to blow the leaves and pine needles off the entire roof. They did a fantastic job. Just what we wanted.

Waterhawk in stalled my gutters a few years or so ago. I called them last month for a cleaning estimate. The owner showed up and walked around my house. I could tell he was a little concerned about the height of the two story house in the rear. He left and said he would get me the estimate the next day. I have heard nothing now going on over four weeks. Not a phone call, nothing.

It was raining in the morning but the moment the weather broke the crew showed up and went to work. The made sure that we were aware of the color of the gutters and the exact location of the downspouts. Very smooth and very nice installation. The house looks like the gutters were always there.

Based on good reviews on Angie's List, I contacted Bill Sullivan of Waterhawk Gutters regarding the replacement of the gutters on the front of our home. I left a message on his cell, and my call was returned promptly. We set up an appointment, and Mr. Sullivan came to our home to assess our gutter needs. He was prompt, thorough, and professional and answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. He submitted his proposal the next day by email. We thought his proposal might be a bit high, however, and were also uncomfortable with the proposal's lack of detail as to the scope of the work to be done. We had noted that some other reviewers on Angie's List had indicated that there had been some confusion as to the scope of the work to be done on their jobs. We later contracted with another company who submitted a detailed proposal for more extensive work at a lower price. I'm sure Waterhawk would have done excellent work based on their excellent reviews on Angie's List. And, they offer a coupon! I would suggest, however, that Mr. Sullivan might want to consider including more specifics on his proposals than that the work to be done is "what we talked about."

Mr. Sullivan and his crew are true professionals. His two sons installed my new gutters. They knocked on my door to introduce themselves and offered their handshakes. You don't offen see that kind of conduct these days. Very nice young men just like their father. You can tell that the, "apple didn't fall too far from the tree". They did such a good job that one of my neighbors took notice and came over to ask them for an estimate for his house! Mr. Sullivan also was patient enough to assist me with working with the demands of an overly officious HOA which caused a 60 day delay in installation. Most contractors would have walked away from the job due to the HOA but he stuck with me. I can't praise him and his two sons enough.

The workers showed up during the scheduled week, kept the work area clean and were done by the end of the day.

There was a miscommunication on exactly what was to be done at my home. it was my fault. I originally wanted screening in my gutters after a damaged portion was repaired. After a couple of hours of thought, I called to cancel the gutter screens, however I called a company with a similar name by mistake in all three attempts to cancel. The screening cancellation was never received by Waterhawk. The owner of Waterhawk compensated me for the trouble/miscommunication with a reduced price for the gutter repair and screens, even though the mistake was mine.

After repeated attempts to schedule - all no shows - today I am sitting again after a commitment of starting at 9am - called to inquire again to the no show/ delay and only voicemail. If they do not show up today I am done. Why is it so difficult to give someone business in this town? Our neighborhood is close in and we are not arguing price. VERY DISAPPOINTED that I have had to work so hard to get this accomplished.

They did an excellent job. I had made a commitment with another firm to do the rest of the gutters on my house, and it looks like I made a real mistake. I will provide more details if they don't correct the problems.

I called and left a message explaining we were interested in new gutters. I received a call back the next day, and set-up for them to come out and give us an estimate. I could not meet them, but they left a detailed sheet of where the gutters would go along with a color chart. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes. The installers were very professional and even stayed late to finish. The product is very high quality, and they did a very good job.

Generally OK but there was some confusion about the scope of work to be done.

We haven't made a decision yet. They gave us a free quote. They seemed to be fine, I ended up talking to the guy about what we had in mind and then he walked around and gave us a quote. He agreed him that it was pretty much and I told that we were your members and that we get 5% off and he said that he would do that on the estimate. I had done some other research, but I didn't know what they were going to recommend and I went into it a little blind, their price was a little more that another company from which we got a bid. I made an appointment and it took a day or so for him to call us back and I talked to him and he set a time and he was there at that time. He was getting ready to leave town and so he was with his dog and he told us that he takes his dog with him.

They were prompt and the job went smooth. They explained the process and the length of time to do the gutters. When we had all the rains - it definitely provided the protection we needed and wanted. Would definitely recommend the company. We felt the price was very fair and matched the estimate they gave when we initially met. The company is a locally owned and operated which makes a difference in the service. As they said their reputation is everything.

We met Bill when he came to replace the screens on our porch as part of an insurance claim following hail damage. The out-of-state general contractor for the claim brought him out. While looking at the screens, I asked him about the vinyl siding. He thought he could do the work but needed to go through the GC (non-compete clause). The GC let me know the estimated costs, and I eventually asked them to go ahead. This three-party system with an out-of-state GC caused all sorts of communication problems for a few weeks, but I lay most of the blame for that on the GC. Eventually, they decided that our $500 issue was not worth the daily calls from me trying to figure out what was happening, and they released Waterhawk to work with me directly. Once that happened, Bill came over to get a sample of our siding and soon found a remarkably close match. Next, the installer did the work, and it looks great.

Bill's crew arrrived in the afternoon and duscussed placement of the downspouts and then proceded to prepare the house to receive the gutters. They installed seamless gutters on both the front of the house and connected the downspouts. They were very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The front of the house has a flower garden across the entire area and they were extremely careful as to not damage any of the flowers as my wife had requested. They cleaned all the scrap metal and other materials prior to leaving the house.

We had a new roof put on our house and needed new gutters, too. I got three quotes from the top Angie's List gutter providers and Waterhawk Gutters came in the lowest. Bill was very pleasant to work with, professional and always called back very quickly when I left messages. They worked us into their schedule within 2 weeks of accepting their price (and the final price was exactly what he quoted). The gutters look good, too.

I called, spoke with Mr Sullivan and we set an appointment for an estimate (which was free). He arrived on time, walked the house with me and explained the process of installing new gutters and benefits of properly installed gutters. I appreciated his expertise! He stayed for approximately a half hour and gave me a verbal est which he gladly brought by on paper the next day. There was previous wood rot that my husband and I had to repair before gutter replacement could commence but when work was scheduled to begin, his sons arrived on time and worked quickly and were finished before I even got home from work. It is refreshing to work with a family owned, local company that is honest and professional.
