UP & RUNNING COMPUTER REPAIR

I took my computer in and needed a lot of stuff. They found out that it was only one thing that was wrong and that was setting all the other things to fail. They were super nice and charged me very fairly and saved me a lot of money by doing the hard work of finding what was really wrong rather than replacing everything.

I bought 3 vouchers from DealChicken for tape-to-DVD transfers (each for 3 tapes- total 9 tapes). Got my days mixed up and missed the expiration date. Called them the next morning to see if they would still honor it- figuring they were a local business and not a website. Expected some good customer sevice, understanding and willingness to "give a break" to a potential repeat customer. Nope. They refused to honor the vouchers just hours later. Not a place I would want to do business with- they weren't willing to bend. It wasn't like I asked them to honor them a month or even a week later- it was the next day! I'm sure I can find a local business that prides itself on good customer relations, and take my business there.
