Emily in customer service was very responsive. She was accurately able to estimate how much time and how many men were needed for the job. She was very friendly. The movers were excellent. They were very professional and treated our property with care. They seemed very happy and George was especially helpful with the paperwork. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful!! I am retired military and have moved over 20 times. This was the best move ever. the father and son team were great. Very professional, all business. They hit the door ready to work. They wrapped every piece of furniture in blankets and taped the blankets in place. A third person helped with the loading and he was great also. We have not noticed any damage at all which is amazing. They reassembled the bed and reinstalled the washer and dryer. Can't say enough good about the team and the service. A+ nice to have professionals helping you with what is a very stressful experience. This coupled with no claims to hassle with is great.

I would hire two men and a truck in a heartbeat. Ron, the supervisor called me about an hour before arrival time to tell me he was able to come earlier. They did a fantastic job.

Two Men and a Truck were excellent. Other moving companies I spoke with were clueless, and not helpful. TMT's office staff were great, the movers were very professional and did a great job, and I was very happy with their services. I would definitely recommend them for their responsiveness, willingness to help, and efficiency in getting the job done.

The move went very well with only one minor mishap. We had a mirror fall off the truck during loading but the movers as well as office personnel could not have been more accommodating. They are in the process of having a replacement mirror cut. Everyone has been very professional and the customer service is top notch.

The gentlemen on the work crew were punctual and worked very professionally. They could not have been more courteous and patient. They moved every item without a bit of damage. Every item was boxed or wrapped.

The movers were skilled and professional, and their price was reasonable. They were careful with all of the furniture, which included a large and heavy safe and a piano. Not a single thing was damaged, scratched, or marred. They were fast, courteous, and on time. I can't speak more highly.

They were so punctual and so professional. They were very efficient. This company communicated with me so well and kept me in the loop with all the details that were taking place. I was very impressed with them and I would highly recommend them to other members.

No one came to our home to see what needed to be done. They asked a few questions over the phone and said they knew exactly what needed to be done. I should have wondered at that point but I described every piece of furniture in every room. They were only supposed to move the furniture and a few heavy objects (such as area rugs), all described. We packed all the breakables and small items. They arrived right on time. Soon after I left to go to the home they were moving the furniture to so I would be there to tell them which room to place different pieces into. My husband stayed behind. By the time they loaded the truck it was lunch time so my husband asked them if they were going to stop for lunch or pick up something on the way. The two men said they couldn't afford lunch so my husband bought lunch for them. They arrived at the destination and began to unload the truck. It was apparent that the ramp was too short given a slight incline in front of the door they were bringing the furniture in through. The man on the low side of the ramp was literally having to run backwards as they unloaded heavy pieces of our furniture. They said they said they could not extend the ramp further and when I asked if they could lower the back of the truck they said they were not given the truck that could be lowered. It appeared a dangerous situation. I hope the company has workers' comp. Before the move I asked if I could leave clothing, linens, etc. in the furniture and was assured I could because they would be thoroughly wrapped. The furniture was wrapped but haphazardly done. To my surprise, I saw that they had turned many of the pieces upside down in the truck and now we have scrapes and scratches. One mattress and an upholstered chair got heavy black streaks on them that I have not been able to remove. Worst of all the top of a beautiful bonnet top armoire was completely broken through. You can see light through the long cracks in the top of it. I did not see that until they were gone and it made me sick. We were told we would receive a survey to fill out after we had a chance to look over everything. Almost three weeks later we have not received a survey and we are not surprised. One of the worst parts is that my husband gave the men a tip before we checked out everything because it was late when we finished and everyone was exhausted. Needless to say, we cannot recommend them and certainly will never do business with this company again. Very disappointed!

Movers on both occasions were very professional. The estimated cost was close to the final bill. I would definitely use them in the future.

On time, professional move at the right price.

The move took longer than I expected but there wasn't a problem for the company to accommodate our need for more time. The movers were punctual and hard working, and communication in scheduling was very easy.

The team showed up relatively on time, going to the wrong phase of the apartment complex. There were 2 college aged men that arrived on Friday to pack what remaining items I had not already packed. They brought their materials up to the apartment, and after a brief review of the contract agreement for the packing services they began to work. Their pace was average. There were a couple of times the two packers were standing around chatting versus packing which is a concern considering they are paid by the hour. I stayed with them though and made subtle pushes. I also had to go behind them and make sure they didn't miss anything. Once the gentleman who appeared to be in charge announced they were done I pointed out the cabinet and drawer in the kitchen that was missed along with the pictures and other items that were in plain view in the bedroom they had missed. They used a lot of packing paper for the kitchen items which is fine, but I don't understand why they didn't use the two boxes of specific made separators for drinking glasses. (Which they left in my apartment when the were done). The next morning the same to men showed up for the actual move. This part of the move was a set rate, not based on an hourly charge, so their pace was of less concern. One person did the majority of wrapping the furniture. The other mover loaded boxes. This worked good until he ran out of boxes and then started moving large furniture items by himself with only a hand truck. This resulted in damage to the corners of the sofas which were not wrapped 100% when the single person moving them attempted to get the sofas around corners. They didn't wrap the dining room table or bench so both those items suffered minor, but unnecessary damage. The company I used one year earlier, A-1 Moving (United Van Lines) charges $800 more, but they sent 3 movers, not two. They also had a constant, quicker pace, used furniture dollies (not hand trucks), and took the necessary time to disassemble and wrap the dining room table, bench and all my furniture. They completed the move without damage. The bottom line is that although the quality was considerably less, so was the price so in effect I guess I got what I paid for. In the future when I need to move I'll opt for a more a higher priced company that uses the right equipment and takes a little more time to prep.

Loading went fairly well. Any packing they did was unsatisfactory. All our lamp shades are missing. Kitchen aid mixer was put into the top of a box they packed with my silver tea service with no paper wrapping. Unloading was longer than estimate, no time to place furniture, etc. we considered it very unsatisfactory. Definitely not what we expected after the company rep came to our house.

Loading was ok, we thought! Unloading was not satisfactory. Company was not responsive to complaints. Very unsatisfactory!

Easy to communicate with office. Crew was on time, worked well together, worked straight thru. This was the best mover I have ever experienced.

They arrived within the estimated window and got right to work. They two men were very professional and handled our belongings with care. They took a little longer than expected to load the truck, but it was worth the extra time to make sure that our furniture and other belongs arrived safely at the destination city. Overall it was a nice experience but there were a couple of surprises on moving day: the price quoted per hour had gone up by $10 and their time started from when they left their offices, not when they arrived and actually started moving our things. Since they didn't have me sign anything before the day of the move, I didn't have any way to contest these surprises. That being said, I would still definitely hire them again.

Two Men and a Truck did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were punctual. We were moving ourselves so there were just the few big items and we were overwhelmed. So we asked them how much they would charge and we were pleased with the quote. A couple of things got slightly damaged, but they paid for the repairs so that was ok.

While I waited for 8 hours I could not contact anyone in the office. They called me 2-3 times with new estimated time of arrival. This was a terrible experience.

The team at Two Men and a Truck did a great job for me from start to finish. Stephen was very responsive and flexible. Terms were reasonable. Most importantly, the team that loaded and unloaded my home did so with care and efficiency

The two gentlemen were about a half hour late, however they called in advance and were very courteous. They were quick with the move, and very quick with providing more wrap and protective blankets than I would a newborn child! They moved mostly big furniture and a piano. I believe the gentlemen were both ex (or current) military men, and it showed in their attitude to get the job done quickly! I have never had a move where at least one item didn't have a nick....except this one. I was also impressed with how well they took care of the company's equipment! I would never use another moving company again.
