Mark is excellent on the professional points: knowledgegeable, helpful, and thorough - that is, when he shows up. He missed appointments or did not respond to emails on several occasion. Before Thanksgiving, I asked him to come back to again service my pump (I am somewhat disabled and have problems doing routine maintenance.) He said he would when we talked on the phone but he never did. I subsequently texted him 3 times asking repeating the request and asking if he wanted the work, and got no reply. It is sad because when he does come, he does great work. He just doesn't communicate or respond well. If someone whom you employ to do work does not even take the 30 seconds to send a text, that is extremely frustrating.

Fantastic experience. I researched his contractor's license and discovered he's been a pool contractor for over 11 years with no complaints. Mark was prompt, on time, straight forward and provided a free estimate. He offered a 24 mil liner for the same price of a 20 mil. He is very hands on and performed all of the work himself. Mark concentrated on getting perfect measurements for the liner and having a solid fit. Upon completion, he provided me with a chemical test kit and taught me how to care for the pool without subjecting it to over chlorination. Out of the four contractors we interviewed and took estimates from, he gave the best price and was the most professional. After the work, I now know that he gives the best quality product and service as well. I highly recommend him for any of your pool needs.
