Description of Work: My pool pump stopped working suddenly. I called Tropical Pool and the owner assured me he would come by as soon as he finished the job he was currently working on. He did, gave me an estimate, and was back the following day to do the work. It ended up being a more involved job than he'd originally thought, however, but he was able to complete the job, and kept me informed of any increases in $.

 + -1 moreFantastic experience. I researched his contractor's license and discovered he's been a pool contractor for over 11 years with no complaints. Mark was prompt, on time, straight forward and provided a free estimate. He offered a 24 mil liner for the same price of a 20 mil. He is very hands on and performed all of the work himself. Mark concentrated on getting perfect measurements for the liner and having a solid fit. Upon completion, he provided me with a chemical test kit and taught me how to care for the pool without subjecting it to over chlorination. Out of the four contractors we interviewed and took estimates from, he gave the best price and was the most professional. After the work, I now know that he gives the best quality product and service as well. I highly recommend him for any of your pool needs.
Description of Work: Removed torn pool liner and replaced with a new liner. Replaced pool jets and skimmer. Repaired and replaced the pool light. Filled with water, balanced the chemicals and taught me how to maintain the pool. Provided me with a chemical kit, instructions, warranty, new leaf net and brush.
