The experience was okay. The problems I had with the company have all been resolved because the people aren't working there anymore. After everything was done, the owner actually came out to do the inspection. He was a very nice man. The gentlemen who installed the air conditioner were great. They were very friendly and they gave us almost a $500 discount for putting a sign in our front yard for a month. They cleaned up after themselves every time they came out to work. I barely even knew they were here and they didn't bother me at all. They were very polite and did the job in the amount of time they said they would do it.

I recently hac an A/C problem during the middle of the summer. which turned out to be a faulty sensor. Despite having a faulty sensor, the repair was a diagnostic challenge but Aire Serve stuck with me and found the problem. Tony Kelly heads up the Aire Serv team. I've known Tony for nearly 30 years. Tony is honest hard working. trustworthy and will make sure that things are right on a job. Chris is the General Manager and keeps everything running doing an excellent job to keep a busy operation going. His technicians follow his same high standards and are all excellent. Christian and Stacy that work in the office were also very helpful. I would like to especially thank Robert Shirley, Service Manager for his excellent diagnostic skills, hard work and will go "above and beyond" to make sure things are right. Aire Serv has a great crew and you can't go wrong selecting this company to maintain and repair your A/C unit. They have Great Management, honesty and technical skills to keep your A/C running perfectly.

From beginning to end, this company is professional. They provided a very fair price for an upper end A/C unit and then offered their $500 off coupon for Angie's List users. The salesman indicated it would take a full day and they would arrive around 9am. While the installers did not show at 9am, I received a call (which is almost as good) to let me know they were running slightly behind schedule. They arrived when the person on the phone indicated they would and listened to my instructions. I had been having trouble with rats trying to get under my old A/C unit and the installer went above and beyond using some wire I purchased to ensure I wouldn't have any rat issues. They ran into more electrical work and rain than they anticipated, so the install took a little over two days. They did turn on the A/C for me at the end of each day so we could have a comfortable nights sleep. The installer was very concerned with making sure the settings of the A/C were up to our standards (i.e. not blowing too hard or soft). There were no complaints about the extra time it was going to take them and no attempts to renegotiate the contract. I switched from gas to electric and the salesman said my current programmable thermostat would work with the new system, but it did not. They replaced it with the same model that did work with my system for free. The owner of the company called after the install and asked how things went, sounding genuinely concerned that his company was providing top quality service. I had no complaints, but if I did, I bet the owner would do his best to make sure they were resolved.

I called they were out in a hour. But, after looking over my system I was told that there was a leak in the line and it was completely out of freon. The quote I was given to repair the line and recharge with freon was $722.00. Well needless to say, I wanted a second opinion!!! So, I called another A/C contractor. I was told that the service port was just loose and all he had to do was tighten it and recharge with freon. End result was I chose the honest guy!! And was only charged $250.00!!

My heater went out last week - just before the first cold spell this fall. Not knowing who to rely on in town, I checked out Angie's List for the first time - and found that Tony Kelly was at the top of the listing. I gave them a ring this morning after learning that we'd be dealing with another cold spell over the coming week and a very "effervescent" Christian (that's her name) answered the phone within three rings - and scheduled a visit for today. Chris Altman showed up - professional van/attire - cheerful attitude - and got to work. I tagged along to see what he was doing and benefited from an "A/C 101" crash-course. Chris showed me precisely what the problem was - and took care of it. He performed a comprehensive system test - and determined the root cause of the issue. Because of his service today - I also signed on for the one-year maintenance agreement to ensure that I'd be in good shape for the coming twelve months. I would absolutely recommend Tony Kelly's outfit - and will be calling on them to perhaps do some duct-work for me over the coming months.

Responded very quickly the same day, had necessary parts with them, gave me accurate estimate and allowed to pay with cc by phone since owner was not in town. Company did follow-up and I am very satisfied with service.

We were completely satisfied with the services we recieved. All personnel involved were extremely knowlegeable, honest, and courteous. The installation took a week to complete and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the whole team. The new system works great too.
