CALLED 15 MINS BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME.GOT HERE ON TIME. PUT ON SHOE COVERS WHICH WAS NICE. DID THE SERVICE FAIRLY QUICK. THEN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE HAD DONE. THEN ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS I HAD.HE WAS PATIENT AND POLITE.

I've been dealing with them for years. I bought my new unit through them so it's just the professionalism that I received from the technicians when they came out and explained all the information to me. They were just very helpful. He followed up to find out if everything was going okay.

Chris the technician found the problem in a clogged drain pipe, which was causing the float switch to do its job - shut down the system to avoid condensation water overflowing out of the air handler. Because I was interested, he explained very thoroughly why the system had quit. I tend to be a skeptical customer due to recent experiences with other AC service companies, but I felt Chris was conscientious and seemed to genuinely care about my situation.

I chose this company based on reviews from this list. On the 3rd of June my AC froze up. I called my regular service company to check it out and fix it if need be and during the cleaning was informed that the unit was on its last legs and so they recommended a new unit. I called this company numerous times - spoke to the woman who answers the phone several times - and never heard back from owner/manager/technicians. I finally called up and informed them that I was sick of playing phone tag and that I would be reporting this in my reviews on this list. Again, no one had the courtesy to call me. I then decided to do a full search on this company and located one of the owners direct phone number where I left a message to have the courtesy to call me as soon as possible. This time I received a call and was told by the "owner" that the company did not provide or install new units, did not do air duct cleaning/replacement, and that I needed to call someone else. I have absolutely no idea why this company alluded to being able to the job as they very obviously have no idea what it means to have a client call and ask for help. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

After a call to this business owner, someone was dispatched immediately and resolved the problem. The outside temperature at this time was about 95 degrees.

Although the air condition unit was fixed and the person who fixed it was very nice, I was not pleased with the overall customer service I received. I was told that the technician would be there between 3 and 5pm. I had to personally call twice to eventually find out that the technician was running late due to a previous job. Since this is my rental property and I had another appointment, I had to have my renters handle the situation. The technician finally came out at just after 7pm and was able to talk with me over the phone in order to have everything fixed. I was told that they would mail me an invoice for the work that was completed and expected that I would be able to make payment after seeing the invoice. However, just a few moments ago, I was called over the phone and told that I had to pay with credit card over the phone right then without being mailed my receipt, etc, which in my books is a little sketchy. I even said that I was not comfortable without seeing the invoice and was told that they do not do this for residential customers. Due to the customer service I will not use this company again.

The service didn't go as well as I had hoped, but it wasn't a total disaster. I have since had my compressor go out and I had to purchase a new unit, but I didn't purchase it from them. The air conditioner didn't work and I had to have another guy from their company come out, and reconnect it correctly, to get the air conditioner back on. Now that the compressor has gone out on the unit, I don't know if they had something to do with that.The people who came were nice, they were courteous, he made a mistake which could have been made by anybody, they did a thorough job and I had purchased a big deal which was of decent value.

They were responsive, quick, and price was fair as far as I know (did not get a second opinion/estimate). The A/C is working great now. The repair guys came a little later in the day than we thought, but it was not a problem. The office staff was very kind (especially Kristen or Christian, not sure of her name). They seemed honest and efficient. We would use them again.

They arrived on schedule every day, stayed in close communication as project took several days. Left the under house cleaner than they found it, hauling off abandoned parts left by workers in years past. Cleaned up work areas & wore shoe covers when inside. Very professional!

Job went well, with no incidents or issues.

I would definitely use them again. They were able to come out on a Friday evening when other HVAC service companies couldn't even schedule us for almost three weeks--and they only charged standard rates, not double time for arriving at 8:00 p.m.!

The service always has been great. They’re honest, responsive, and do everything they’ve said they would do. They’ve been a pleasure to do business with overall!

I was very pleased with their service overall. My home has been more comfortable. The new unit is incredibly quiet, and the electricity that it uses is only about a 1/3rd of what the old one used. They completed the job carefully and thoroughly. They were a bit expensive, but they did a good job. I’m planning to call them back for a check-up!

The service went very well. Their quote was incredibly clear and they provided me with different options. Their price was competitive. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. No damage was done to the property and they were highly professional. They did a very good job!

They did a very good job overall! Their price for a weekend service was the same as a weekday service. The technician was very knowledgeable, took care of the problem, and I felt very satisfied with the quality of the work, along with the price.

They were a bit pricey, so I didn’t end up using their service.

When my A/C died in July, I called three companies for estimates. Aire-Serv was the first to come out. The sales person was very knowledgable and helpful, and gave me a great quote for two 15+ SEER Carrier systems. The other two places either a) told me they couldn't get a 15 SEER system in my house, or b) gave me a quote that was literally 2x the price. Needless to say, I went with Aire-Serv! One big factor in my decision was their "no quibble guarantee" - they charge you the price that was quoted, even if something unexpected comes up that required more work. I liked having the confidence that I wasn't going to have to pay more if there were issues. They came out a few days later to replace both of my ancient systems. The installers were fantastic - they came out EARLY in the morning so they could get them both installed in one day. They did a thorough job and stayed as late as necessary to get it done, so I wasn't stuck with no A/C in JULY. Overall, great experience with Aire-serv!

The installation crew did a thorough job and didn't leave until everything was done right. Worked steady and cleaned up after themselves as well.

Trey and Robert came out and looked the system over, fixed it and gave me some ideas on how I can go about increasing the efficiency of the system in the future.

They were very reasonable and accessible. They responded quickly.

They have been knowledgeable and courteous. They explain things to me and they are very thorough.

Professional installers that explained things and left the area cleaner than when they arrived.

It went well. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked the system inside and out. He gave us his card so we could call day or night if the smell returned. We concluded that the smell may have come from the adhesive used a few days before when the chase pan on my chimney was replaced.

The experience was okay. The problems I had with the company have all been resolved because the people aren't working there anymore. After everything was done, the owner actually came out to do the inspection. He was a very nice man. The gentlemen who installed the air conditioner were great. They were very friendly and they gave us almost a $500 discount for putting a sign in our front yard for a month. They cleaned up after themselves every time they came out to work. I barely even knew they were here and they didn't bother me at all. They were very polite and did the job in the amount of time they said they would do it.
